In an interesting development in Maharashtra the Shiv Sena led Maha Vikas Aghadi government is fighting a crisis following a rebellion by senior Shiv Sena minister Eknath Shinde who has more than 40 MLA’s along with him at present. Eknath Shinde was earlier said to be demanding from his party chief to walk out of the coalition with NCP and Congress for the sake of Shiv Sena and its party workers. In my analysis of the oath taking chart of Uddhav Thackery done on 3 December 2019 i had forecasted a major crisis for this unnatural alliance within 2 years time period and a subsequent fall of the coalition government. The Maha Vikas Aghadi alliance was looking jittery and unstable after facing crisis one after another. Mishandling of COVID during 2020-21, arrest of Home minister Anil Deshmukh, Suspension of Mumbai Police Chief Param Bir Singh etc. had made Maha Vikas Aghadi alliance fragile.
Oath Taking Horoscope of Uddhav Thackeray – Will his government complete his tenure in Maharashtra ?
The rebel group MLA’s led by Eknath Shinde are claiming to have two third majority required out of total 56 MLA’s of Shiv Sena. They have named their group as ‘Shiv Sena Balasaheb’ to which Uddhav Thackeray, Shiv Sena Chief, has strongly objected and have threatened to issue a legal action against the group.

The Panchanga Parameters at the time of Uddhav Thackeray oath taking were inauspicious as Nakshtra Moola is consider ferocious & bitter (Teekshna-Daruna). The yoga Shoolam is also not good and Moon is in the 8th house is highly unfavorable. The opending dasha was of Ketu-Rahu in Vimshottari till August 2020 and then Ketu-Jupiter to follow. Rahu, Ketu and Jupiter are all at 2/8 axis which shows instability. On this basis i had forecasted strong setbacks for this coalition government within first 2 years and subsequent fall of the government in my article posted on 3rd of December 2019 on this blog the link of which is shared below the first paragraph of this post.
Now the running dasha in this oath taking chart of Uddhav Thackeray is Ketu-Saturn from 12 July 2021 to 21 August 2022. The defection took place in Ketu-Saturn-Rahu period from 29th of April 2022 to 28 June 2022. Now in the next sub period of Jupiter this coalition government will fall any time during the first fortnight of July 2022.

In the foundation horoscope of Shiv Sena as many as 6 planets aspect the 2nd house of speech and exchequer (funds). From the 8th house Mercury, Jupiter, Venus and Sun aspect the 2nd house. Mars, as the lagna and 6th lord aspect the ascendant and also the 2nd house gives Shiv Sena leader fierce speech and actions. Even in Navamsha the aspect of Mars on the 2nd house of speech repeats which astrologically explain the logical, curt, sarcastic and little unparliamentary speeches of Shiv Sena leaders. Since the 2nd house of the party get the aspects of so many planets including three benefic Jupiter, Venus and Mercury so this party has and will never have shortage of funds. Shiv Sena has always maintained control over the municipal corporations of major cities of Maharashtra including the financial capital Mumbai which is the stronghold of this party.
Difficult time for Shiv Sena till 8th of July 2022
As per my understanding the time period till 8th of July is difficult for Shiv Sena during which some political violence, strife and a some major court cases are likely to affect its leaders. But after 8th of July when the sub period of 2nd and 5th lord Jupiter will start in the major period of Mercury then Shiv Sena will start becoming stronger under the leadership of Uddhav Thackeray. Till 8th of July Mercury-Rahu period in Vimshottari is difficult for Shiv Sena as Rahu signify defections and rebellions. Rahu is in the 7th house of opposition along with lagna and 6th lord Mars. When the Rahu sub period gets over Shiv Sena will be able to pursue many of its rebels leaders to join back the party. Thus Eknath Shinde’s , the rebel leader, dream to become CM and break the 2/3 of Shiv Sena party’s MLA will get deflated. Eknath Shinde will left with no option but to join the BJP along with at least a dozens of other MLA’s and hundreds of many of his supports. This will become the cause of the fall of Uddhav Thackeray coalition government.
In the sub period of Jupiter Shiv Sena will have to regroup itself for an early elections as president rule is very likely in Maharashtra state. Jupiter is weak in the Navamsha chart of Shiv Sena as it get bad aspects of Mars and Saturn both.

Former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan has Sagittarius lagan with Jupiter-Venus dasha current in which he was thrown out of power in the last week of April this year. Now in Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackery (27 July 1960, 10:14 am at Mumbai) Virgo lagna chart Jupiter-Venus-Jupiter is running when he is facing the biggest political crisis of his career. In his Virgo lagna chart Jupiter and Venus, dasha lords are making 6/8 connection which is inauspicious and will not let him save his government . After the entry of Mars into Aries on the 27th of June the Maharashtra government may fall. The Jupiter-Venus-Jupiter period is from 6 March 2022 to 14 July 2022 in the horoscope of Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.
Jupiter as the 4th lord is in conjunction with 5th lord Saturn is in mutual aspect with lagna and 10th lord Mercury is getting into a Raja yoga which made him chief minister in December 2019. Mars as the 8th and 3rd lord aspect the maha dasha lord Jupiter which shows the suddenness and an aliment of surprise in ascendance of Uddhav Thackeray and now an impending danger to his position as the chief minister of the state. During his tenure he rule with authority despite leading a coalition government in which his party had only 1/3rd of numbers. But the sub period of Venus in the major period of Jupiter is not supportive to his health and position. It is highly likely that Maharashtra may go for a president rule after the fall of Uddhav Thackeray government in July this year.
