On the other hand, Aam Aadmi Party has made Bhagwant Mann its chief ministerial candidate this time. But the unemployment and inflation are the most troublesome issues for India at present. As per the latest survey of National Statistical office (NSO) the unemployment rate in January-March 2021 was 9.4% while during the same period in 2020 it was 9.1% in the urban areas in people for all age groups. The current planetary trends in the annual horoscope for Indian Republic and Hindu New Year 2022-23 horoscope or Pisces New Moon chart are frightful, as some major yoga’s for a ‘national mourning’ are clearly visible in them. The elections for Uttarakhand Assembly’s 70 seats will be held on the 14th of February this year. The result will be announced on the 10th of March along with the results of 4 other state Assemblies elections. The main context is between ruling BJP led by chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and the opposition party Congress who’s election in- charge is former chief minister Harish Rawat. The horoscope of chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami is not available at present so we have left with no option but to do an analysis of his oath taking horoscope. In case of Congress party the horoscope of its leader Harish Rawat appears to be very strong and it is highly likely that he can become the chief minister for the second time. The Aam Aadmi Party is also taking part in the elections but they only have there organizational strength in the plain (Terai) region of the state but not any where in the hills. Whatever vote share Aam Aadmi Party will get is going to damage the prospects of Congress party mainly which is eying to win as many as seats in can in the lowland region of the state.

On the 4^th of July 2021 Pushkar Singh Dhami took oath as the chief minister of Uttarakhand replacing Tirath Singh Rawat. In the period of 5 years since 2017 BJP had replaced 3 chief minister in hilly state. Mr. Dhami at the age of 46 is the youngest ever chief minister of Uttarakhand. In the maha dasha of Sun and anter dasha of Venus earlier he had become the chief minister of Uttarakhand in February 2014. Sun is exalted in the 10th house of power in birth chart and in Dashamsha it is in the 11th house of gains. Venus is exated in the 9th house of luck in birth chart and in Dashamsha it is the lord of lagan placed in the 5th house.

At the age of 73 he is eying for the post of chief minister of the state and is leading the campaign of the Congress party at present. So Harish Rawat can become chief minister of the state but only after an extremely tight contest.
