BJP and its ideological parent ‘Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’ (RSS) have been in a state of great internal conflict since the results of the last Lok Sabha elections in June 2024. BJP’s National President JP Nadda was to leave the post in January 2024 after completing his two-year term twice since January 2020, but due to the Lok Sabha elections (General Elections) of May-June 2024, he was given an extension of service which is still going on. BJP, which was able to get 240 seats in the Lok Sabha elections, remained a little short of the magical figure of 272 for majority, due to which it had to take the help of satraps like Nitish Kumar (JDU cheif) and Chandrababu Naidu (TDP chief) . After a slightly less than expected performance in the Lok Sabha elections, BJP made a comeback and won important assembly elections in states like Haryana, Maharashtra and Delhi, but it has not yet been able to elect its new national president, due to which many speculations are being made in political circles.

From the astrological point of view, the Moon in the foundation horoscope of BJP is in Scorpio, while the birth ascendant of its parent organization RSS is also Scorpio. In the upcoming total Lunar Eclipse of 7/8 September which is falling in Aquarius sign, the fourth house of the throne from Scorpio, there will be a strong possibility of big changes in many positions of top leaders in BJP, RSS and the central government. The radical Moon of Amit Shah ( Born on 22nd of October 1964, 05:24 am, Mumbai, Maharashtra) who is currently the Home Minister is in Mars’ sign Aries, just like Lal Krishna Advani, who was Home Minister in Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s BJP government from 1998 to 2004. If we look at the birth charts of all the big BJP leaders, the effect of Mars and its signs Scorpio and Aries is clearly visible. The current leadership of BJP and the RSS is also under the influence of Mars’ signs Aries and Scorpio.

Mohan Bhagwat (Born on 11 September 1950 at 11:04 am in Sangli, Maharashtra) , who is in the Ashtama Shani transit , will have an increased conflict with Modi. Mohan Bhagwat has been the head of the RSS since March 2009. Mohan Bhagwat’s birth ascendant is Scorpio and the Moon is in Leo with Sun, Venus and Saturn in the tenth (karma) house. Forecasting Trends for the Hindu New Year 2025-26 for India

In the classical text Bhavishya Phala Bhaskar bad results have been given for the transit of Saturn from the Sagittarius and the Pisces sign. The transit of Saturn from the sign ruled by Jupiter tend to give less than normal rainfall, famine (Durbhiksha) and loss of cattle’s. As per Varsha Prabodha (page number 148, stanza number 383) when the Saturn transit from Pisces sign it gives an earthquake in ‘Paatala Desha’ i.e. North America, some disastrous event in hilly areas and loss of trees. It also gives troubles to the kings and their subjects. Another classical text ‘Mayur Chitram’ (page number 28, Graha Yoga Phala Kathan Adhyay, chapter number 2) says that Saturn transit from Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces is bad for the kings and it gives lots of bloodshed.

Saturn will be retrograde in Uttara Bhadra Pada Nakshatra on the 13^th of July and in the months of August-September 2025 it will be in opposition with malefic Mars which will bring high inflation, political upheavals and troubles to the government. Oath Taking horoscope of Narendra Modi 3.0 – What it foretells ?

Chart 1. Horoscope of Hindu New Year 2025

29 March 2025, 16:27:35 at Delhi

The Chaitra Shukla Pratipada (Pisces New Moon) is on the 29^th of March evening (16:27 hours) as per the Indian Standard Time. The weekday is Saturday but since the Pratipada Tithi (first day of brighter half) at the time of Sun rise is coming only on the next day so the King of the Year will be the Sun only. In 2025 the Sun will enter into Aries sign on the Sunday (14^th of April, 03:21:56 a.m. at Delhi) so the minister of the year is also the Sun.

Fall of Central Government foreseen

In the Hindu New Year chart, the Sun and the Moon are along with Gulika in the 8^th house which is bad for the ruler of the country. The king and minister of the year is both are the Sun the placement of which is inauspicious in the 8^th house. Also, there is a bad exchange between the 10^th lord Venus and 8^th lord Jupiter in the Rashi chart. The lord of the 12^th house (loss of the ruler) is in the 8^th house along with the 10^th lord Venus. In Navamsha the 8^th lord is Mars which is in the 10^th house of government and the 10^th lord falls in the 12^th house.

In Dashamasha (D-10) of the Hindu New Year the rising sign is Capricorn and the 10^th lord (government) falls in the 12^th house and get the aspect of the 12^th lord Jupiter from the 8^th house. In Shashtiamsha (D-60) of the Hind New Year the rising sign is Gemini and the 10^th house get the aspect of 8^th lord Saturn. The 10^th lord is Jupiter which aspect the 12^th house. Thus, in all the four divisional charts the 10^th house (government) is getting connected with the 8^th house (sudden end) and the 12^th house (loss) which is an indication for the fall of the central government which will happen any time before February 2026.

Unseasonal rainfall and Tsunami foreseen

In the Hindu New Year chart two planets (Saturn and Rahu) are in Purva Bhadapada Nakshatra. Also, we have four planets (the Sun, the Moon, Mercury and Venus) in Uttara Bhadapada Nakshatra. Both Purva Bhadapada and Uttara Bhadara Pada Nakshatra’s fall in the North direction as per the Koorma Chakra. There will be unseasonal rainfall in the month of April due to this planetary configuration in North direction mainly. A danger for Tsunami can’t be ruled out in the coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh and Odisha in the months of April and May this year.

Opposition Parties will become strong

In Mundane Astrology the lagna is the ruler of the country i.e. Prime Minister, the 7^th house is the opposition parties and the 10^th house is the government. In the Hindu New Year 2025 the lagna lord is the Sun which falls in the 8^th house and in Navamsha it is in the sign of natural malefic Mars. The 7^th house has Saturn in its own sign while we don’t have any planet in the lagna. Thus, opposition INDIA Block will be very aggressive towards the BJP led central government and may also expose some scandals of the government as the King of the New Year and also the Minister of the New Year both are in the 8^th house.

Economic Upheavals foreseen

The 2^nd house is the house of state government’s exchequer which get the aspect of as many as 5 planets (the Sun, the Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars). There will be some fall in the stock market during April to June due to the conjunction of Saturn-Rahu in the Pisces the sign ruled by Jupiter. But later the markets will recover and government will also get good revenue due to record breaking GST (goods and services tax) collection and also income tax.

Sex Scandal Foreseen

In the Hindu New Year horoscope (chart 1) the 8^th house of scandals has feminine planet Venus and the Moon along with the Rahu. The exchange between the 8^th lord (scandal) Jupiter and 10^th lord (government) Venus is a yoga for trouble to the central government due to a sex scandal and a major corruption case. The role of foreign espionage can’t be ruled out as the 12^th lord the Moon is in the 8^th house of scandals.

In the foundation horoscope of India (chart 2) the Maha Dasha of 7^th and 12^th lord Mars will start from 9^th of September 2025. The period of Mars Dasha and Mars Bhukti will be from 9^th of September 2025 to 5^th of February 2026. Mars as the 7^th lord is in the Nakshatra of Rahu which is Ardra. Mars aspect the 8^th house of scandals. In Navamsha Mars is in the 10^th house of government and aspect the lagna. This situation shows some difficulties to the government. Interestingly at around the time of the onset of the Mars Maha Dasha in the foundation chart of India a total lunar eclipse will also be visible in the country. There will also be some scandals related with unconventional relationships and marriage as Mars as the 7^th lord is in the Nakshatra of Rahu.

In the horoscope of Total Lunar Eclipse (chart 3) Taurus lagna is rising which is the same as the ascendant of the foundation chart of India (chart 2). This situation of repeating of the country’s ascendant sign in the lunar chart or solar ingress chart is consider very sensitive. Also, notice that Mars Maha Dasha will start in country’s chart (chart 2) when the transiting Mars will be in Virgo in mutual aspect with malefic Saturn which also shows some violence and terrorist activities. The stock markets will become volatile around this period and central government will start feeling shaky around then.

There will be controversies over the issues of a cast based national census, uniform civil code and proposed plan over delimitation of Lok Sabha seats in 2026. South Indian states will get agitated over the central government’s plan for the delimitations of the Lok Sabha seats as their declining population growth rate will not get them much rise in the share of increased seats in the Parliament. Nitish Kumar of JDU and Chandra Babu Naidu of TDP can left the BJP government over these issues any time after the total lunar eclipse of 2025.

In the Ashtakavarga the Gemini sign has only 19 points which is the lowest. The transit of Atichari Jupiter from Gemini sign will also give troubles to the central government which may fall any time before February 2026.

17 September 1950, 11:00 hours at Vadnagar, Gujarat

In the Scorpio lagna horoscope of Prime Minister Modi (chart 4) the Vimshottari Dasha of Mars and Anter Dasha of Mercury from 29^th of May 2025 to 26^th of May 2026 shows sudden retirement or downfall in career. The Mars is the lord of 6^th house and lagan both. Mercury as the 8^th and 11^th lord is in close conjunction with 10^th lord the Sun and also Ketu. Mercury is also 12^th lord in Navamsha. The transit of Saturn over his natal Rahu in the 5^th house, which is 8^th from the 10^th house of career, and the transit Jupiter in the 8^th house from lagna and the Moon will also not be favorable. A sudden fall of government and/or retirement of Mr. Modi can’t be ruled out from the analysis of above horoscopes any time during the operation of Hindu New Year 2025-26 i.e. before the March 2026 in any case.

Oath Taking Horoscope of Narendra Modi Government 3.0 – What it foretells ?

After the voting for the Lok Sabha elections ended on June 1st, all the major exit polls of the country had forecast the victory of BJP with more than 300 seats at their own, and NDA getting more than 350 seats. On the very next day, on June 2, in an article published on the website of Hindi News paper Navbharat Times i had refuted the claims of all the 8 major exit polls and had predicted that the number of seats of Congress in the Lok Sabha elections will double from the last elections of 2019 and the major parties of the I.N.D.I.A. alliance will get satisfactory success despite all the differences between them. About the ruling BJP i had forecast that it will form the government in alliance this time and it will have to face some controversies and big challenges in coming days. I had also given the same predictions earlier in the March 2024 issue of the Modern Astrology magazine. Now the oath taking horoscope of Narendra Modi government 3.0 is indicating more troubles for the NDA in future and there is a possibility that this government will fall any time during March 2025 to February 2026.

The Congress party won 52 seats in the 2019 elections, which has now increased to 99. The major parties of the India Alliance, Samajwadi Party, won 36 seats (in Uttar Pradesh), Trinamool Congress 29 seats (in West Bengal) and DMK won 22 seats in Tamil Nadu, thus preventing the BJP to get pass the majority mark of 272 for the record third time in continuity. The BJP had got 282 seats in 2024 and 303 seats in 2019 in the 543 members of the Lok Sabha (Lower house) under the leadership of its most charismatic leader ever Mr. Narendra Modi.

As per the Muhurata text this time around the Sun set is consider very auspicious for performing Puja, sacred rituals etc. Just like 2019 Prime Minister Modi has again selected the Scorpio (Vrischika) rising at the ascendant for his oath taking of the office. The Scorpio, which is not only a fixed sign but also the rising sign of his ascendant , is ‘Sheershodya’ (upward rising) Rashi which is preferred for oath taking (Rajya Abhishka) as per Dr. B.V. Raman. Some classical texts like Jataka Tattwam says that the Scorpio sign have nature of ‘doing sinful act secretly’ and it is ‘Teekshna’ i.e. very sharp in nature.

Narendra Modi’s Minister will create controversies

The nature of Scorpio sign is to take decisions in a very secretive and surprising manner. But on 9th June Sunday at 7:23 pm when PM Modi will took oath of his office the four planets Jupiter, Mercury, Sun and Venus were giving aspect at the Scorpio sign from the seventh house Taurus. Since the seventh house belongs to the opposition parties so this time the opposition will come hard at the government in parliament. Along with this, the lagna lord Mars of the oath taking horoscope is in its own sign in Aries placed in the sixth house of controversies, and is suffering from the third aspect of Saturn. Incidentally, the tenth aspect of Saturn is falling on the ascendant of the oath taking horoscope and the eighth aspect of Mars is also falling on the same place, which is indicating the controversies arising due to some quick and hasty decisions of the ministers of PM Modi’s government.

Opposition will play a constructive role for one year

Unlike the last 10 years of Modi rule the opposition parties this time has their strong presence in the parliament. In the oath taking chart the 7^th house having benefic Jupiter, Venus and Mercury shows that opposition parties will participate in constructive debates and many new MP’s will shine through their excellent parliamentary speeches. The opposition parties will not bring many hurdles in labour reforms and industrial reforms as the 7^th house has presence of benefic planets in both Rashi and Navamsha chart. But since the 10^th lord (governance) the Sun has combust the 7^th lord (opposition) Venus so the Modi government will try to dominate the opposition parties in an autocratic manner.

Public Opinion will change towards Narendra Modi

In the mundane astrology the Moon is the significant of the public opinion. The Moon is in Kemadruma Yoga in the oath taking chart of Mr. Modi as there is no planet on the either side of it. The aspect of lagna and 6th lord on the Moon, which is placed in the 9th house of religion, is an indication of some religious controversies troubling the government. The aspect of the 6th lord (conflicts and court cases) on the Moon indicate that public may not like the vindictive tendencies of the BJP led government towards the opposition parties and some prominent persons of the society. In Navamsha the Moon again get the aspect of a natural malefic Saturn which is not good for public opinion towards the government. When the transiting Jupiter will move into Gemini sign, after May 2025, then the public opinion may become negative towards this government. Jupiter in Gemini will be in the 8th house from the lagna of the oath taking of the Modi 3.0, and it will be in the 8th house from the natal Moon of both Narendra Modi and also of BJP which is also very inauspicious.

The Core Agenda of BJP may suffer

Prime Minister Modi took the oath for his office on the Shukla Paksha Chathurti Tithi (Rikta Tithi) on the Sunday which as per the Muhurata texts is not consider auspicious. The Nakshatra was Punarvastu which from his natal Tara of Anuradha is favorable but it would have been better if he had taken oath on the day of Pushya Nakshatra on Monday at Panchmi Tithi i.e. the fifth lunar day of the brighter half. In the oath taking chart the 3rd lord (junior alliances) is Saturn which afflict the lagna and its lord Mars both. This indicate some major obstructions from junior alliances like JDU (Janata Dal United) in very early days of the government formation. Later the major allies TDP (Telugu Desham Party), signify by the 11th house, will also give troubles as the 11th lord Mercury goes into the 7th house of opposition parties.

Hence in this third term of Prime Minister Modi, there will be major hurdles and disappointments in the implementation of some major decisions like Uniform Civil Code, NRC, removal of Muslim reservation from OBC list, Agniveer Yojana etc. His own alliances will create numerous hurdles in the implementation of the above mentioned core agenda’s of the BJP. Apart from this the demand for the ‘special status’ for Bihar and Andhra Pradesha by the JDU and TDP respectively will be another headache for Modi government. The delimitation of Lok Sabha seats will create a huge fraction between the BJP and its Southern allies TDP. The delimitation of Lok Sabha seats has to be done in 2026. The huge disparity between the Northern and Southern parts of the country will create fresh troubles for the government in 2025 as the Hindu New Year chart (29 March 2025, 16:27 hours at Delhi ) then shows a major public protest movement which will be in the Southern parts of the country.

Industry and farmers will benefit but students will get disappointments

Mars and Saturn’s aspect on the Lagna of the Oath taking chart and the aspect of both these planets on the 9th house of Navamsha means that big decisions will be taken in the next few months in the field of industry, labour laws, medical field, police reforms, appointments in judiciary etc. The presence of both Saturn and Moon, the planets of agriculture, in their own houses in the Oath taking chart is an astrological indication of some big announcement for farmers soon. The Moon is Vargottama in Cancer in the Oath taking hart , hence the government can soon take big steps for progress in the field of milk production and fish farming also. There will be very good reforms in the areas of improving India’s ranking in ‘ease of doing business’ as we have benefic Venus, Jupiter and Mercury in the 7th house of business.

But there will be huge disappointments for students, stock market investors and entertainment industry as the 5th house has Rahu and it is also hemmed between two hard malefic planets Saturn and Mars on the either side of it. The exam paper leak issue, stock market scams, sex scandal, recruitment scandals, crisis in hotel industry will trouble the government.

Modi 3.0 Government may not complete its tenure

In the oath taking chart the 7^th house (opposition) has a more number of planets in both Rashi and Navamsha which is dangerous for the incumbent government. When the Maha Dasha of Saturn starts in February 2025 in the oath taking chart then some troubles for the government will create a question mark on its stability. The same indications we are getting from the foundation horoscope of BJP and also in the birth chart of Prime Minister Modi.

In the foundation horoscope of BJP (chart 2) the Maha Dasha of the Moon and Anter Dasha of Mercury is running from February 2024 to July 2025. The Moon as the lord of 2nd house is in the 6th house in its sign of debilitation. But there is an excellent ‘Neecha Bhanga Yoga’ also as it gets the aspect of its sign lord Mars and also its “Uccha Naath” i.e. the lord of exaltation sign Venus which is also the lord of 5^th house making a great Dhana Yoga here. The effect of this ‘Dhana Yoga’ make BJP very rich in resource by which they have broken many political parties across the country in the last 10 years to expend its own base.
