The elections for Uttarakhand Assembly’s 70 seats will be held on the 14th of February this year. The result will be announced on the 10th of March along with the results of 4 other state Assemblies elections. The main context is between ruling BJP led by chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and the opposition party Congress who’s election in- charge is former chief minister Harish Rawat. The horoscope of chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami is not available at present so we have left with no option but to do an analysis of his oath taking horoscope. In case of Congress party the horoscope of its leader Harish Rawat appears to be very strong and it is highly likely that he can become the chief minister for the second time. The Aam Aadmi Party is also taking part in the elections but  they only have there organizational strength in the plain (Terai)  region of the state but not any where in the hills. Whatever vote share Aam Aadmi Party will get is going to damage the prospects of Congress party mainly which is eying to win as many as seats in can in the lowland region of the state.

      Oath Taking of Pushkar Singh Dhami

On the 4^th of July 2021 Pushkar Singh Dhami took oath as the chief minister of Uttarakhand replacing Tirath  Singh Rawat. In the period of 5 years since 2017 BJP had replaced 3 chief minister in hilly state. Mr. Dhami at the age of 46 is the youngest ever chief minister of Uttarakhand. In his Scorpio lagna oath taking chart the 10^th lord Sun falls in the 8^th house which is in-auspicious. He took oath on the day of Krishna Dashmi on Sunday when Moon was in Bharani Nakshatra. The Moon in Bharani Nakshatra is consider highly unfavourable for the purpose of oath taking ceremony as per Muhurat Chintamani. Here Moon is the lord of 9^th house and is placed in the 6^th house of struggle and strife. There is a bad exchange of 6^th lord Mars and 9^th lord Moon which shows some disputes related with religious matters which may harm his chances to get re-elected. The court has formed a ‘5 member SIT (special investigative team) to probe the controversial Haridwar Dharma Sansad Hate Speech Case’ 

Some new development in the  Haridwar Dharma Sansad Hate Speech case can damage the reputation of chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami before the polling for Uttarakhand state assembly take place on the coming 14th of February 2022.

Then the mutual aspect of retrograde Saturn and the lagan and 6^th lord Mars is also not helpful which at the 3/9 axis shows a religious disputes. But since Jupiter and Mercury are in Kendra of both Rasi and Navamsa so the performance of Mr. Pushkar Singh Dhami in the assembly polls will be good though he may not be able to come back into power again.

 

Horoscope of Harish Rawat

The Cancer lagna chart given here is of former chief minister of Uttarakhand (from 2014 to 2017) and senior Congress man Harish Rawat. In the maha dasha of Sun and anter dasha of Venus  earlier he had become the chief minister of Uttarakhand in February 2014.  Sun is exalted in the 10th house of power in birth chart and in Dashamsha it is in the 11th house of gains. Venus is exated in the 9th house of luck in birth chart and in Dashamsha it is the lord of lagan placed in the 5th house.

At the age of 73 he is eying for the post of chief minister of the state and is leading the campaign of the Congress party at present. Earlier he was also in-charge for the Punjab affaris of Congress party in which  he got success in ousting then chief minister Captain Amrinder Singh with the help of Navjot Singh Sidhu. There is a beautiful exchange between the 5^th lord Mars and 9^th lord Jupiter in his birth chart which make him a good administrator. The maha dasha of Moon has given Harish Rawat mixed results till now. In Moon dasha his own party MLA’s had created a conspiracy against him and gave resignations to make his government unstable. It was in year 2016 during the maha dasha of Moon and anter dasha of Rahu in the horoscope of Harish Rawat. Moon as the lagan lord is in conjunction with 8th lord Saturn. In the same Moon-Rahu dasha in Vimshottari he lost elections during 2017.

His Moon dasha and Ketu Bhukti is now running from 25 August 2021 to 26 March 2022. Moon is in the ascendant along with 7^th and 8^th lord Saturn in ‘Visha Yoga’. But the aspect of Jupiter on this yoga is mitigating its bad effects to a large extent. Bhukti lord Ketu is excellent in the 5^th house in Rasi and 9^th house of Navamsa. Ketu is associated with 9^th lord Jupiter in Rasi chart and in Navamsa it is along with 5^th lord Venus so it is making good Yoga’s in both the  charts. Ketu is also starongly placed in the Dashamsha lagna which is very auspicious for him. He can get the post of chief minister in this decent dasa of Moon and Bhukti of Ketu but after a very close election fight. In Jaimini scheme the Chara Dasa of Libra  and Bhukti of Sagittarius is running from 25 September 2021 to 24 February 2022. Amatayakaraka Mars is giving aspect to the 12^th house from Libra which is not good. But the Bhukti Rasi Sagittarius is getting the Jaimini apects of Atamakaraka Mercury, Amatayakaraka Mars and Matrikaraka Venus which is good. So Harish Rawat can become chief minister of the state but only after an extremely tight contest.
