Justice Bhushan Ramkrishna Gavai took oath of India’s 52nd Chief Justice of India (CJI) on 14th of May this year. He will serve as CJI until his retirement on November 23rd 2025. A few days after his oath taking the current CJI announced in an open court that ‘he will not accept any post-retirement jobs’. As per the website Bar and Bench 21% of Supreme Court Judges who retired from 2017 to 2023 took up post-retirement posts. As the CJI of India Justice B.R. Gavi has to deal with the issues such as huge pendency of cases in the apex court, judicial appointments in high court, cases related with validity of Waqf Amendment Bill, 2025 and the most important of them all is about the President of India’s questions regarding ‘Supreme Court’s extraordinary powers under Article 142 of the constitution to deliver complete justice. Constitution of India is Supreme, not the judiciary or executive

The Kesavananda Bharati Judgement (1973) is known as the ‘Fundamental Right Case is a landmark judgement of the Supreme Court which asserted its right to strike down the amendment to the constitution that were in violation of the basic structure of the constitution. This historic judgement by a larger bench of the court then had put limits to the power of the parliament to amend the constitution. Now in the current scenario of when we have a strong leader in power like that of late Smt. Indira Gandhi in 1970’s it is no surprise that the ruling party leaders are challenging the Supreme Court’s authority as the custodian of the constitution of India. There has been instances when some of the senior BJP leaders were found to be openly criticizing the apex court in last few years.

Also we can’t forget the ‘2018 Supreme Court of India Crisis’ when four Judges had held a press conference in which they spoke against the then Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra on the matter of allocating a certain politically controversial cases to such benches which give favorable judgements towards a political party.

“Justice Ranjan Gogoi said that the difference with the Chief Justice arose during the assignment of the case regarding the death of Justice Loya. He said the the death of Justice Loya left all four of them aggrieved.”

The Pisces lagna foundation horoscope of the Supreme Court of India is set for the time when its first hearing took place on 28th of January 1950 at 09:45 a.m. at Delhi. The placement of Rahu in the lagna clearly explain the secular values of the apex court. The aspect of the 5th lord Moon at the 9th house and the 9th lord Mars giving aspect to the lagna in the foundation chart of the Supreme Court amply explain the respect this institution command among the masses in general. The Gazette of India notification for the Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025, was issued on April 8, 2025, announcing that the Act would come into force on that date. This notification was issued from the Ministry of Minority Affairs of the Central government. Since in modern time we follow the 24 hours clock system in which day is chanced at the mid night so the horoscope for the Waqf Amendment Act, 2025 shall be set for 00:00 hours at 08 April 2025 at Delhi.

As per this horoscope the bill came into existence on Monday ruled by the Moon, Tithi Shukla Ekadasha, Nakshatra Ashlesha, Yoga Shoolam and Karana Vanija. The Hora at the time of birth was of the fierce planet Mars. It is no surprise that this bill came into existence on the day when Nakshatra was malefic Ashlesha has not come under a judicial scanner. The Supreme Court of India has reserved its judgement regarding putting up a stay on the Waqf Amendment Bill 2025 on the 22nd of May after the hearing was completed by the constitutional bench headed by CJI B.R. Gavai. As per my humble understanding of the horoscope of Waqf Amendment Bill 2025 the most of the points of the bill will pass the litmus test of its constitutional validity.

See the lagna lord is in the 6th house of is getting the aspect of natural malefic Saturnin the horoscope of Waqf Amendment Bill 2025 (chart 3). The lagna lord falling in the 6th house shows dispute and communal tension after this bill came into existence. The court may also direct to start the registration process for the “Waqf by user” properties which will create a nightmare for the various Waqf Board’s across the countries as these properties are without paper work or deeds. The central government will also be able to get clear the encroachments from government land by Waqf Board’s across the country as the strong 4th house in chart 3 of Waqf Amendment Bill suggest.

In the ‘Aditya Chaar’ chapter of the book Brihat Samhita written by the great Indian astronomer and astrologer Varahamihir of the fifth century A.D. , the Sun spots have been addressed as ‘Tamas Keelak’. According to Varahamihir, when these spots appear in large numbers on the Sun in different shapes, then the Kshatriyas, soldiers and kings are destroyed. According to modern science, the Sun-spot-cycle is a cyclic change in the activity seen on the Sun in every 11 years, which is measured as an increase and decrease in the Sun spots or the Solar flares. In the last century, the famous Russian scientist Alexander Chizhevsky had said that the spots seen due to these explosions on the Sun are the cause of the epidemics, revolutions and the wars on earth.

In 1931, Russian scientist Alexander Chizhevsky, after studying the data of 700 years, had said that whenever the number of spots on the sun increases after every 11 years, then wars, mass movements, revolutions and epidemics spread on the earth. The then Soviet Union (now Russia) dictator Stalin was angry with Chizhevsky’s discovery and put him in jail in 1942. Communist ideologue Joseph Stalin believed that the reason behind all revolutions on the earth is economic differences, while Alexander Chizhevsky’s research was that the reason behind the public uprising is the explosion on the Sun i.e. the Sun spots.

Spots on the Sun are increasing since 2022 according to the scientific study of the current solar cycle 25, the number of spots visible on the Sun are increasing rapidly since the year 2022, which can reach 115 in July 2025 (Link – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solar_cycle_25 ). The disturbance caused on the Sun by the increasing number of these solar storms or ‘Tamas Keelak’ in the context of Indian astrology is giving rise to an arms race in countries around the world. On 24 February 2022, Russia attacked its neighboring country Ukraine and this war is not showing any sign of stopping even at present. The Russia-Ukraine conflict increased inflation all over the world, which has not reduced yet. Since 7th of October 2023, a war is going on between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip and its surrounding areas, due to which there is tension in the Arab region.

These wars in the Europe and Middle East Asia are also expected to increase. In the last 3 years, there has been a race to buy weapons and increase their production all over the world. Recently, after the killing of innocent civilians in a cowardly terrorist attack by terrorists sent by Pakistan in Pahalgam, Kashmir, when India attacked the terrorist camps of Pakistan on the midnight of 7 May, in response, the Pakistani army attacked India with a large number of drones and missiles. The Indian Army foiled all the attacks of Pakistan and destroyed about 20 percent of the strategic infrastructure of Pakistan Air Force and forced it to ceasefire. But after this 4-day Indo-Pak military conflict, there is now a race to buy high-tech military equipment, air defense systems, fighter planes etc. in this region of South Asia.

Due to the increase in the number of spots on the Sun, the conflict between Iran and Israel may also increase this year. Corona cases increased in Singapore and Hong Kong, will it affect India too?

The coronavirus, which mysteriously spread from Wuhan city of China in December 2019, engulfed many countries of the world in a few months and in March 2020, the World Health Organization declared it a global pandemic. In a span of about 3 years, several waves of coronavirus killed more than 70 lakh people (7 million) worldwide. After the big disaster in China due to the last wave of coronavirus in November 2023, the effects of this virus was subdued naturally and since then it has not become a matter of great concern till now. But in the last week, the increased cases of corona in Singapore and Hong Kong near China have become a cause of great concern for health experts in Asian countries.

COVID-19 Cases Spike in Asia – About JN.1 Variant and Affected Countries

In Singapore, which has a population of only 59 lakhs (6 million) , the administration is worried due to more than 14 thousand people suffering from coronavirus reaching the hospital between 27 April and 3 May. According to reports in India, there are only 257 coronavirus cases till 19 May which has now increased to 1000 in just a few days. From the astrological point of view, the arrival of big planets in the constellation of Rahu and Ketu or the presence of more planets along with the Rahu-Ketu is a sign of a pandemic. At the time of conjunction of of major planets with Rahu and/or Ketu or the transit of major planets in the Nakshatra of Rahu and/or Ketu there is a danger of virus disease spread at mass levels.

There is no major threat of corona at present

At the time of the solar eclipse of 26th of December 2019, the major planets Saturn and Jupiter were conjoining with Ketu in Sagittarius sign along with other planets the Sun, Mercury and the Moon. At that time, a solar eclipse took place in the constellation of Ketu in Moola, after which the corona virus spread rapidly and became a global epidemic. The Rahu at that time was in Gemini which signify the throat in the ‘Kaal-Purusha’ chart. The Gemini sign signifying throat getting affect in 2019 bring about major pandemic related with virus affecting lungs.

If we look at the current transit situation, the transit of Saturn in Pisces started from 29th of March. Saturn conjoined Rahu which was already in the transit of Pisces sign , the water element sign, and with this, the cases of corona virus increased rapidly in Singapore and Hong Kong of South East Asia, which are near the sea, in the months of April-May. The meeting of Saturn with Rahu, the planet of virus i.e. micro-organism in the water sign, became the reason for the increase in the cases of corona virus, but since Rahu is now going to leave Pisces sign , and enter Aquarius, so there is no major threat of corona virus. After the entry of Rahu in Aquarius, by the end of May month, the number of corona cases will reduce in Singapore and Hong Kong. Mars will enter Leo on 6th June and will be in conjunction with Ketu there. Due to this, the number of corona cases will increase in some cities of India and Pakistan but the situation will be under control and will not reach the level of an epidemic.

In the horoscope of the Full Moon of 11 June 2025 the transiting Mars will be in Leo in the Nakshatra of Ketu in Magha. Mars will be in conjunction with Ketu which signify ‘Sookshama Jeeva’ i.e. virus. Venus will be in Ashwini Nakshatra in Ketu’s star. Mercury will be in Ardra in the Nakshtra of Rahu. But no major planet will be in conjunction with Rahu and/or Ketu or in their Nakshatra’s. So, the new outbreak of COVID virus will not become an epidemic in any case and the situation will be under control of the government. Moreover the Rahu-Ketu axis has been out of the Cancer , Gemini and Taurus sign’s which are more significant for the outbreak of influenza pandemic due to their association with the lungs , throat and mouth related areas. Thus, there will be no major danger of the spread of any influenza epidemic in near future.

Six planets alignment in the sky in January-February 2025- What does it foretells ?

In the year 2025, from 21st January to 26th February, 6 planets will be seen in a line in the sky, among which you will be able to see and identify Mars, Jupiter, Venus and Saturn with naked eyes, while Uranus and Neptune can be seen in the sky through a telescope. In the 46th chapter ‘Mayura Chitraka Adhyay’ of Brihat Samhita, a book of Mundane astrology written in the 5th centaury AD , verses 7 to 9 describe the results of the 6 planets (Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Mercury and Saturn) including the Moon appearing in a straight line in the sky like a flag.

According to Brihat Samhita, if the 6 planets form the shape of a flag in the east direction or in the middle of the sky in the evening, a flag-like shape yoga is formed, then the east direction faces war or the central part of the country suffers. If these planets are dry, without revolution, small in size (i.e. small in appearance), then only there are inauspicious results. If they are smooth (beautiful), large, bright with a bright image, then the results are good only.

If these planets are seen with poor image (small) and dry in the south direction then there is loss of clouds in the southern countries i.e. decrease in rainfall. If these planets are bright and have large image then there is increase in clouds i.e. monsoon is good.

In Brihat Samhita, the results of seeing the planets in the north or south revolution i.e. north or south of the zodiac cycle have also been mentioned in the Pataka Yoga of 6 planets. In this Pataka Yoga of 6 planets, if these planets are situated in the northern declination, have clear image, have large rays (bright) then they are beneficial for the kings of the northern countries. On the contrary, if they are poor, dry, have few rays then they are inauspicious.

The effect of Pataka Yoga of 7 planets can be seen in these places

The flag-like view of Jupiter, Mars, Saturn and Venus visible in the sky from mid-January to the end of February will be visible in different directions in the sky from different places on the earth. In India Saturn and Venus will be visible in the West and Jupiter and Mars will be visible in the East. Saturn and Venus are currently moving on the southern declination and Mars and Jupiter are moving on the northern declination. According to Brihat Samhita, Saturn-Venus appearing in the West is a sign of damage to crops due to abnormal weather. This year, in the month of February and the first week of March, storms and unseasonal rains may cause damage to crops in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. In the some parts of Madhya Pradesh, West Uttar Pradesh, East Gujarat and Maharashtra, crops will be damaged due to hailstorms in the month of February. Due to Mars and Jupiter appearing in the East, violent incidents may take place in the northeastern states, especially in Manipur and West Bengal, in February-March. As the Avakahada Chakra Mrigshira Nakshatra and Gemini sign signify West Bengal. There will be some major turbelance in this region as Mars is in retrograde motion in Gemini sign. In Bangladesh some fresh incidents of violence against minorities can’t be ruled out.
