According to the English calendar, at the beginning of the New Year starting on January 1, Saturn, the planet significant for the general public, is transiting in the zodiac sign Aquarius which is the sign of religion and spirituality. Saturn will remain in the sign Aquarius throughout this year which is his ‘Moola Trikona’ sign. Aquarius (Khumbha) is considered to be the zodiac sign related to the temple (Devalaya) , charitable activities and welfarism . After the grand celebration of the much awaited Ram Mandir Pranapratishtha ceremony on 22nd January, at the time of Saturn’s transit in Aquarius, political activities will also intensify, because this is the year of general elections in India. If seen from the perspective of Independent India foundation chart , which is of Taurus ascendant rising, the Vimshottari Dasha of feminine the Moon and the Anter Dasha of the other female planet Venus is from July 2023 to March 2025. Kejriwal is also under heavy pressure from the Central investigative agencies in the matter of liquor excise policy corruption cases . In his birth chart, Mars and Sun, both sitting in the 12th house of losses, are creating the possibility of imprisonment as they are also in the Sarpa Dreshkana. Born on 24 October 1972 in Etawah in the morning time at 06:30 a.m., Akhilesh Yadav’s horoscope is of Libra ascendant and his Moon sign is Aries. Despite performing well in the 2022 Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly elections, he collected 38% votes but missed out on becoming the Chief Minister. Presently, the Vimshottari dasha of Jupiter and the Anter Dasha of the Sun is running in his Libra ascendant horoscope till June 7, 2024. Jupiter is in conjunction with Rahu in the 3rd house and get the aspect of 2nd and 7th lord Mars which is ‘Maraka’ planet for the Libra lagna chart of Akhilesh Yadav. But Jupiter is exalted in the Navamsha so it give some hope also.

The Anter Dasha lord the Sun is 11th lord which is placed in the ascendant along with 9th lord Mercury in a good ‘Dhana Yoga’ is giving assurance of some satisfactory performance in the Lok Sabha elections. Yogi Adityanath was born on June 5, 1972 at 10:54 am in Pauri district of Uttarakhand. His birth ascendant is Leo and the Moon sign is Aquarius. The aspect of Saturn falling from the tenth house (Karma Sthan) on the Moon, which is in Kemadruma Yoga in the 7th house, is a yoga for renunciation which made him a monk (Sanyasi) at a very young age. Yogi Adityanath, who is in the vimshottari dasha of Ketu and Anter Dasha of Mercury, has the responsibility to manage the inauguration ceremony of Ram temple in the beginning of this year and later in the middle of the year, the huge task of making his party successful in 80 Lok Sabha seats of the state. Currently, the Antardasha of Jupiter in the Mahadasha of Rahu is running from 26th December 2021 to 21st May 2024. Rahul Gandhi has got the benefit of Bharat Jodo Yatra in the Vimshottari dasha of Rahu and Anter Dasha of Jupiter but his gains were limited only in South Indian states like Karnataka and Telangana.

He got victory in the assembly elections of the southern states but the defeat in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh has once again raised questions on his political efficiency as the leader of grand old party. Prime Minister Modi was born on 17 September 1950 at noon in Vadnagar, Mehsana, Gujarat. His birth chart is of Scorpio ascendant in which ‘Lakshmi Yoga’ of Moon and Mars is being formed. He has been in power for the last two decades, first in Gujarat and then in Delhi. The conjunction of Atamakaraka Saturn and Amatayakaraka Venus is a major Raja Yoga at the 10th house from Janma lagna. Karakamsha lagna is Sagittarius from where these two planets are in the 9th house of luck.

The position of Rahu in the fifth house and the aspect of 10th lord the Sun on it and also of Mercury which is 11th lord is a a good Rajyoga, which gives him mastery in political tact and election policy. Maha dasha of Mars sitting in the ascendant and the antar dasha of Saturn running till the end of May indicates that he can become the Prime Minister of India for the third time. Rahu Anter Dasha of Arvind Kejriwal and Crisis in Aam Aadmi Party

Central investigating agencies had arrested senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Manish Sisodia on February 26th this year in connection with the scam in the excise (liquor) policy of the Delhi government. With the arrest of Manish Sisodia, who was the Deputy Chief Minister of the Delhi government, Kejriwal and his party ‘AAP’ had not even recovered then came another big blow when investigating agencies arrested party’s Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh on October 4th this month . Earlier, in another case, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had arrested Satyendra Jain last year on 30th of May 2022 who was then a senior minister in the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi. Satyendra Jain has not yet got a bail in that case. These major setbacks for AAP have come when Arvind Kejriwal is running under enigmatic Rahu Anter Dasha in his horoscope.

We do have the birth charts of Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh and Arvind Kejriwal. In such a situation, it is worth noting here from the astrological point of view that after coming out of the anti-corruption movement, these leaders of AAP are now themselves trapped in corruption cases. In his horoscope of Pisces ascendant, the birth ascendant and Karakamsha ascendant have equal number of planets in the third and eleventh house from it. Notice the position of Saturn in the 3rd house from Janma lagna Pisces and Venus is in the 11th house from the lagna. We don’t take Rahu and Ketu, the shadow planets, in Bandhan Yoga. The planets lying in the equal numbers at 3/11 houses from his Janma lagna and Karakamsha laganare forming Bandhan Yoga, but the Raj Yoga of exchange of houses by the ninth lord Mars sitting in the ascendant and the ascendant lord Jupiter placed in the 9th house will give them relief from the court soon. Manish Sisodia was arrested on 26th of February this year when he was under Rahu-Mercury-Venus Dasha in Vimshottari. Both Venus and Mercury are functional malefic planets from Janma lagna and also in Navamsha lagna.

But the aspect of Jupiter at the 10th house from his natal Moon is a yoga for getting relief from court cases. Also, if in Bandhan Yoga natural benefic planets aspects the planets which are causing this yoga then also person get freedom from bondage. Here Jupiter, a natural benefic planet, aspect the Saturn in the 3rd house which is involve in Bandha Yoga in this horoscope.

Relief foreseen for Manish Sisodia

Presently, in the birth chart of Manish Sisodia, there is Vimshottari Maha dasha of Rahu Anter Dasha of Mercury Pratyanter Dasha of Rahu is going on from 14 October 2023 to 1 March 2024, which due to the position of Rahu in the house of gains i.e. 11th house, can get him conditional bail from the court soon. The 11th house is the house which gives decree of court and if a strong planet is present in it or native is under the Dasha/ Anter Dasha of strong 11th lord then also he get relief in court matter. So, Manish Sisodia is likely to get his bail order very soon. In year 2025 in Rahu Maha Dasha and Ketu Anter Dasha or in year 2026 in Rahu Dasha and Venus Anter Dasha this case will be quashed, and Manish Sisodia will be acquitted from all charges of corruption due to lack of evidence against him.

In their horoscope, the inauspicious position of Ketu in the second house of the Moon and Mars-Saturn conjunction in the twelfth house is creating a big ‘Paap Kartari’ yoga. Along with this, the Atmakaraka Venus is having equal number of planets on its either side. Notice here 2 planets Mars-Saturn in the 2nd house from Atamakaraka Venus, and 2 planets Sun-Mercury in the 12th from it making a Bandhan Yoga. Sanjay Singh got arrested on the 4th of October this year in his Mercury-Venus-Ketu Dasha in Vimshottari.

He is likely to get his bail either in the sub-sub period of strong Mars or in the sub-sub period of Jupiter in Vimshottari. So, during Mercury-Sun-Mars from 21st of November 2023 to 9 December 2023 or most likely in February 2024 in Mercury-Sun-Jupiter in Vimshottari he is likely to get his bail order from the court. The final verdict of this liquor excise policy corruption case will come in 2026 when Sanjay Singh would be in Mercury Dasha and Mars Anter Dasha giving him complete relief.

In the Leo lagna horoscope of Arvind Kejriwal a Vargottama 10^th lord Venus is in the Janma lagna along with 5^th lord Jupiter is a good yoga. Then the conjunction of 2^nd and 11^th lord Mercury with them is a good Dhana Yoga. In December 2013 he become chief minister of Delhi for the first time in Jupiter-Mercury period in Vimshottari but resign after 49 days only. He went to jail in the last week of May 2014 when he refused to get the bail in a defamation case filed against him BJP minister and senior leader Nitin Gadkari. In Jupiter-Mercury-Rahu period from March 2014 to July 2014 his party AAP performed poorly in general elections in 2014 and he was in jail for more than 14 days due to his adamant decision for not taking bail from the lower court. Notice here the placement of Rahu in the 8^th from Janma lagna and 12^th from the Moon.

Now Jupiter Dasha and Rahu Anter Dasha is running from November 2021 to March 2024. The Anter Dasha of Jupiter has been averaged for Kejriwal as during this Anter Dasha only they win Punjab assembly elections in 2022 but their 3 seniors most leaders since then have been into jail due to corruption charges. As per the classical text Dasha Phal Darpan if Rahu is in 6th, 8th or 12th from Jupiter then during the Maha Dasha of Jupiter and Anter Dasha of Rahu native get troubles from the kings. Other classical authorities like Hora Ratnam, Jataka Parijat and Maansagari etc. also gives bad results for Jupiter Dasha and Rahu Anter Dasha.

Arvind Kejriwal also have Mars in the 12^th house which as per Brihat Yavana Jataka is a yoga for imprisonment. The period of Jupiter-Rahu-Moon is from 25 November 2023 to 6 February 2024. During this period there will be danger for Arvind Kejriwal as he will be summoned by central investigating agencies in liquor policy corruption case and may also get arrested for a short period. The sub period lord Moon here is in conjunction with 6^th and 7^th lord Saturn. The performance of AAP in the upcoming assembly elections in November 2023 will also not be good. Later Maha Dasha of Saturn will start in the birth chart of Arvind Kejriwal from 29^th of March 2024 which will give him slow and steady recovery as Saturn is Vargottam and is getting the aspect of 5^th lord Jupiter. Saturn is in conjunction with Moon which is in exchange of houses with its sign lord Mars which is the yoga karaka planet here. So, Saturn in a manner is in association with 5^th lord and also the 9^th lord both so its Maha Dasha will give decent results to Arvind Kejriwal who will be able to survive from the current crisis in his party.

It has state government in Delhi since February 2015 and recently they came into the helm of affairs in Punjab state in year 2022. Their performance in Goa, Himachal and Gujarat assembly poll got them decent vote percentage which helped them to get the state of a national level party now. It all happened during the Maha Dasha of Venus in Vimshottari.

At present Venus Dasha and Saturn Anter Dasha is running in the horoscope of AAP from March 2023 to May 2026 which can help them to overcome the crisis situation which has emerged due to its three senior leader’s recent imprisonment on corruption charges.

The placement of Mars in the 12^th house of Rashi and also in Navamsha is a major ‘Bandha Yoga’ in the horoscope of AAP. Saturn aspect the Mars in both Rashi and Navamsha charts. The lord of the 12^th house (imprisonment) is Jupiter which is conjoined with Ketu and is in mutual aspect with 8^th lord Sun in birth chart.

Also, noticeable here is the planetary war between Saturn and Venus as they are only less than one degree of longitude, and their respective declination is also very close. So, during this enigmatic Dasha of Venus-Saturn from March 2023 to May 2026 party will face many court cases but it will overcome all the difficulties due to the strength of major Raja Yoga at the 10^th house of power.

Annular Solar Eclipse of 14th October 2023 and Saturn Dasha of Joe Biden

An Annular Solar Eclipse will be visible today in the USA which is going to be very sensitive for her as per the rules of Hindu Astrology. This eclipse falling in Virgo sign will affect the 4th house from the zodiacal sign of USA which is Gemini. At the time of this solar eclipse Sun will be in conjunction with Gulika, Moon and Mercury which is a combination of fear psychosis in the nation and error in judgement by its rulers. In the Scorpio lagna horoscope of Joe Biden this eclipse will fall in the 6th house from his natal Moon which is in Aries is bit sensitive for his health as at present he is undergoing a Vimshottari Dasha of Saturn which is retrograde and is getting the 8th aspect of Mars from the 12th house of hospitalization. The position of the Congress in Chhattisgarh is considered to be strong in the upcoming assembly elections . Congress Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel in the state is cleverly pursuing the ‘soft Hindutva’ policy and agriculture-based populist development schemes which has given him an edge over the opposition party BJP. A tough challenge is visible for the BJP which has reportedly adopted the policy of contesting elections under collective leadership by not putting forward the name of a three-time chief minister like senior leader Raman Singh as the contender for the top post. As per the available horoscope of present chief minister Bhupesh Baghel the Vimshottari Dasha of Vargottama Saturn placed in the 5th house is indicating his re-election after Congress party’s victory in the upcoming assembly polls of Chhattisgarh state. In year 2018 i had correctly forecasted the victory of Congress Party in the assembly elections by using the foundation horoscope of the state then. In the foundation horoscope of BJP ,which is set for April 6, 1980 at 11:45 am After 45 minutes at Delhi at present the Vinshottari dasha of Moon and Anter Dasha of Saturn is going on from July 2023 to February 2024. In BJP’s Kundli, the Moon is debilitated in Scorpio and is under the aspect by 6th and 11th lord Mars which is a good ‘Neecha Bhanga Yoga’. But the Anter Dasha lord Saturn is retrogrades and is in its enemy sign Leo and is conjoined with Gulika , Rahu, Jupiter and Mars, showing some serious concerns and mental tension in its senior leadership. Health of the senior leadership of party will also be a matter of concern when the transiting Rahu will come over the natal Sun in the chart of BJP after the end of October month this year.
