Jupiter in Virgo and Winter Season 2016-17

October 25, 2016 By Sachin Malhotra

The classics of Mundane Astrology (Medini Jyotish) has given very good results for the transit of Jupiter from Virgo Rashi. As per Bhavishya Phala Bhaskara the Jupiter in Virgo gives good rainfall, pleasant weather and good health to people and fall in the prices of food grains because of good harvest. The south-west monsoon season has been good this year with around 97% of normal rainfall. This has ended the severe drought of 2 years in many parts of the country.

The monsoon season was extended for about 15 days this year and there was very good rainfall in the states of Chattishgarh and Madhya Pradesh because of it. Now the retreating monsoon clouds are also promising a good North-East monsoon season in the southern peninsula.

In this article I will discuss about the possible weather trends during the coming winter season (2016-17).

New Moon Chart

29 November 2016 at 17:48 hours , Delhi

new-moon-29-november-2016

This year the conjunction of Saturn and Sun will occur from 16 November 2016 to 15 December 2016 in Scorpio sign. The conjunction of Sun and Saturn gives extreme weather conditions as per the season. The legendary astrologer late Shri B.V. Raman has mention about this conjunction in his book “Astrology in Predicting Weather and Earthquakes” at page number 7 in following words: “ When Sun is with Saturn, the pressure is stagnant over long periods and colder than normal for the season”.

This year due to the conjunction of Saturn and Sun in the second fortnight of November the winter season is likely to come earlier then its normal course. Apart from this the Mercury-Venus conjunction ahead of Sun and the transit of Mars from Capricorn is also going to become the cause of an early onset of the winter season in North and Central parts of India.

The Scorpio and Capricorn are watery signs as per the astro-meteorological texts. The Saturn-Sun in Scorpio and the Mars in Capricorn is likely to give cold winds and early fall of snow at the hilly areas of Himalayas from the last week of November and early December. This will give a very pleasant weather during the month of December in most parts of the country. It will be good for the Rabi crops and seasonal diseases like cough-cold will be less severe than the normal during the winter season.

Retrograde Mercury and blizzard in North India

On the 19th of December the Mercury will get into retrograde motion. It has been observed that a retrograde Mercury with Sun during the winter season tend to give sever cold wave. The Venus would then be in watery sign Capricorn under the aspects of Saturn and Jupiter. This will bring the onset of severe cold wave in the northern state of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Uttarakhand, U.P. and Jammu & Kashmir.

Saturn in Sagittarius and  winter season

The Saturn will move into Sagittarius sign on the 26th of January 2017. Later on the 28th of January the Venus will join Mars in Pisces which is a watery sign. These major changes of sign by Saturn and Venus will bring rainfall in many parts of North and Central India. At some places this rain may also damage the Rabi crops of wheat.

New Moon Chart

28 January 2017 at 05:36 hours , Delhi

new-moon-28-january-2017

See the New Moon chart for 28 January 2017 the opposition of Venus and Jupiter, the two watery planets, is a classical combination of good rainfall. During the first fortnight of February there will be very heavy snowfall in the state of Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and Uttarakhand. During this period there will also be some unexpected rainfall in the state of Andhra Pradesh and Telengana which are signified by the Pisces sign. There will be above normal rainfall for the season during the month of February in 2017 in the most parts of the country.

Jupiter in retrograde motion and rainfall

The Jupiter will get into retrograde motion on the 4th of February 2017 which will bring some more rain and blizzard in the northern states of the country. The weather will be pleasant and the temperature will be less than normal for the season during the month of February in other parts of the country.

Mars in Aries and the rise in temperature

The Mars will enter into Aries sign on the 2nd of March 2017. At that time it will come into trine position with Saturn moving from Sagittarius. The both Aries and Sagittarius are fiery signs. This will increase the temperature in the central and the eastern parts of the country. Later the Mercury will enter into Pisces to join the Venus transiting in retrograde motion which will bring some unseasonal rainfall for the season.

Mercury, Venus and Jupiter in opposition and unseasonal rainfall

The period form the 11th of March to the 29th of March will bring unseasonal rainfall in the states of Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, U.P. , Jammu & Kashmir etc. resulting into the loss of Rabi crops. The Mercury and Venus transiting from watery sign Pisces would be in opposition with Jupiter transiting from Virgo. As per the Bhavishya Phala Bhaskara the watery planets Mercury, Venus and Jupiter gives unseasonal rainfall when all of them are either in conjunction or in opposition. Moreover, the Venus and Jupiter would be in retrograde motion which as per the same authority is a combination of heavy rainfall. The unexpected rainfall and hailstorms will destroy the Rabi crops at many places in north, west and central India during the second fortnight of March in 2017.

Swearing-in horoscope of Mamata Banerjee

October 12, 2016 By Sachin Malhotra

{ Note: This article of mine was appeared in the October 2016 issue of the Express Star Teller Magazine. The same has been reproduce here for the readers of my blog }

The firebrand orator and master political strategist Mamata Banerjee sworn-in as the chief minister of West Bengal for second consecutive term. By her resounding victory , in recently concluded assembly polls,  she has proved her metal as a regional satrap. In these assembly elections Mamata Banerjee virtually single-handedly overcame the challenges posed by Left-Congress combine and the BJP despite a shrill political campaign running against her party since last couple of years. The Saradha Chit-fund scam seems to had no effect on the image of Mamata Banerjee, fondly called ‘Didi’ by her supporters, as her party Trinmoola Congress won a thumping majority by getting 211 seats out of 294 contested. Her party got 27 more seats this time than the previous assembly elections in 2011 when she had created a history by ending the 34-year old rule of Left Front government in West Bengal. In year 2011 Mamata Banerjee was fighting assembly polls with Congress party in alliance. This year the Congress went along with the Left, so this victory is even bigger and convincing than the previous one.

Now see the swearing-in chart of Mamata Banerjee given here for prospects of her new government in West Bengal.

Oath Taking Mamata Banerjee

27 May 2016 at 12:45 hours at Kolkatta

Tithi: Krishna Panchami , Vaar: Friday , Nakshatra: Sharavana

Yoga: Brahma , Karana: Gara

oath-taking-chart-of-mamata-banerjee-27-may-2016

navamsha-oath-taking-mamata-banerjee-27-may-2016

The rising sign Simha (Leo) is a Sirsodia rashi which is consider very auspicious for an oath taking chart. The lord of lagna is Sun strongly place in the 10th house getting Digbala (directional strength) . The Sun is exalted in the Navamsha chart and so is the Moon which is excellent. The Panchanga parameters of the day are good. The Nakshatra is Shravana which is a movable (Chara) Nakshatra showing some important policy changes. The Moon is somewhat weak in Kemadruma Yoga as there is no planet in either side of it. Moon is also in Shakata Yoga as the Jupiter is falling in 8th from it. But the two benefic planets Jupiter and Venus are in Kendra in the Rashi as well as Navamsha chart which ward-off most of the ill-effect of these bad yogas from Chandra Kundali.

As per the senior astrologers like Shri K.N.Rao the oath taking chart mostly tell about the policy directions and working style of the leader. The personal horoscope of the leader concern should also be analysis for his long term political prospects. But here there is a handicap as we don’t have the correct birth details of Mamata Banerjee. In March 2012 Mamata Banerjee’s auto-biography ‘My Unforgettable Memories’ was published by Roli Books. This book is an English translation of Mamata Banerjee’s memoirs and is easily available online. In this book Mamata Banerjee disclosed that she is five year younger than her office age. { Reference link http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/Mamata-Banerjee-five-years-younger-than-official-records/articleshow/11641228.cms

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/Mamata-Banerjee-five-years-younger-than-official-records/articleshow/11641228.cms } This disclosure was widely covered by media at that time.

Mamata Banerjee writes in this book “I was not even 15 when I wrote my school final examination and would have been disqualified for being underage. So, my father gave a fictitious age and birthday to get around the problem. The result: a new birthday and five years added to my real age….”

Apparently ‘Didi’ was born on October 5, instead of January five, as the book says that her mother had once given her a horoscope with that date mentioned in it.

Her mother used to celebrate her birthday every Ashtami (the eighth day of Durga Puja which falls in October) with a special preparation of rice pudding, she says while explaining how she has had two birthdays so far. “To the world at large, my school certificate with its erroneous date of birth is the legally valid document,” Mamata Banerjee writes in this book. {Reference link http://www.ndtv.com/india-news/mamata-five-years-younger-than-official-records-571219

}

So in the absence of correct birth details of Mamata Banerjee we can combine her oath taking chart along with the horoscope of her party to access her political prospects for next 5 years in office.

Trinmoola Congress Party (TMC)

1 January 1998 at 11:00 hours at Calcutta

Balance of Dasha in Vimshottari: Moon 2 Years 11 Months 15 Days

horoscope-of-trinmoola-congress

The Trinmoola Congress party was founded on 1st of January 1998 after Mamata Banerjee separated from Congress (I) with her supporters. In early years  the Trinmoola Congress had to struggle very hard against the monumental political structure of Left parties ruling that state since 3 decades then. Saturn in the lagna of this party and 6th lord Sun in the 10th house shows early years of struggle and strife. The ‘Nandigram Movement’ in 2007 and later the ‘Ma Mati Manush’ ( Mother, Motherland and People) slogan gave immense popularity to Trinmoola Congress which had now become a household name in the West Bengal. In Rahu-Jupiter dasha in Vimshottari this party won assembly poll in 2011 and came into the helm of affairs in the state. Jupiter is in great Raj Yoga’s and Dhan Yoga’s in the 11th house of gains.

Now the TMC is running with the Vimshottari dasha of Rahu-Mercury from 26 November 2015 to 15 June 2018. The anter dasha lord Mercury is strongly place in the 9th house of luck. But since Mercury is in is inimical sign in Rashi chart and is in debilitation in the Dashamsha so it is bound to give some troubles.

The transiting Saturn will reach into Sagittarius on the 15th of February next year which will initiate a period of ‘Sadhe-Sati’ for Trinmoola Congress party. Now notice an interesting point here, in the oath taking chart of Mamata Banerjee the Moon is in Makar (Capricorn) rashi and  it is in the same sign in the chart of her party TMC. So the ‘Sadhe-Sati’ period in the chart of Trinmoola Congress Party is going to give lots of troubles to its chief Mamata Banerjee during next few years.

In Chara dasha the period of Gemini will start from 01 January 2017 and run till 01 January 2022 in the horoscope of TMC. The Gemini is the 6th house from Atamakaraka Jupiter and 8th house from Amatayakaraka Mercury. During this adverse dasha of Gemini lots of TMC leaders will get trap into serious scandals and controversies.

On the basis of a combine analysis of the chart of TMC and Mamata Banerjee we can make following astrological conclusions about her second term as chief minister.

  1. The Jupiter in the ascendant of oath taking chart of Mamata Banerjee shows that she will work for the betterment of poor and marginalized section of society with good intentions.
  2. In the oath taking chart the sixth (disputes) and seventh (opposition parties) lord Saturn giving aspect to lagna, lagna lord and 10th house shows that there will be serious disputes during the tenure of Mamata Banerjee this time. The opposition parties will attack her working style and put pressure on the government to act against corruption charges.
  3. The seventh house of oath taking chart has Ketu which is in the Mrityug Bhagh degrees. This Ketu will is under the joint aspect of Jupiter and Mars which are Karaka’s for this Leo lagna oath taking chart. Mamata Banerjee will work hard to improve her public image and may even try to project herself as the contender of prime minister’s post in coming years. But Ketu in the 7th house in its Mrityu Bhagh degrees will give her a setback in her public image.
  4. As per the horoscope of TMC the year 2017 and 2018 will be difficult time for the leaders of this party. During the ‘Sadhe-Sati’ period the ghost of Saradha Chit-Fund scam will arise again and it will keep them haunting for next few years.

Possible trends of North-East Monsoon in 2016

September 25, 2016 By Sachin Malhotra

A great deal of effort by the meteorologist within the country and abroad has gone into understanding the south-west monsoon, which provides nearly 80 per cent of India’s countrywide rainfall. The north-east monsoon has, by contrast, been far less studied. In astro-meteorology section of Mundane astrology (Medini Jyotish), one can find lots of discussion about the forecasting of rain for the south-west monsoon season (June-September) but not many astrologers deal with the phenomena of the north-east monsoon, which is also very important for many parts of the southern India as this region get considerable rain from the north-east monsoon during the months of October-November-December every year.

As the south-west monsoon season (June to September) draws to close, the direction of the surface winds starts changing and the stage is set for the north-east monsoon in the month of October. The winds coming from the south-westerly direction, during the south-west monsoon season, start blowing from the north-east direction. While traveling towards the Indian Ocean, the dry cold winds pick up some moisture from the Bay of Bengal and pour it over the southern-peninsular of India and parts of Sri Lanka. The state of Tamil Nadu, in particular, typically gets nearly half of its annual rainfall from this north-east or retreating monsoon season during the months of October to December every year. As per a research paper published in the Indian Meteorological Departments journal ‘Mausam’ , the normal date for this change in wind direction was October 15. During the same period of one hundred years, the monsoon’s onset happened between October 4 and November 11, with the normal date for onset being October 20.

This  year the Jupiter transiting from Virgo, a sign signifying south-direction, is giving an indication for excess rainfall again during the coming north-east monsoon season.

Due to the conjunction of transiting Jupiter and Mercury in the second week of October the north-east monsoon may set in earlier then its expected dates. Favorable conditions will start developing for an early onset of north-east monsoon in the coastal areas of Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Karnataka. Around the full Moon day of 16th of October there will be very good rainfall in these areas.

Full Moon

16 October 2016 at 09:52 hours, Delhi

full-moon-16-october-2016

On the day of Full Moon of 16th of October the Moon is in watery rashi Pisces. The Venus, which is also a watery planet, is in Scorpio rashi. In Navamsha the Moon and Venus are together in Scorpio which is a good indication of heavy rainfall. During the third week of October there will be very heavy rainfall activity in the southern peninsular of India. Later on the 21st of October the Mercury will move into Libra to join Sun. The Venus and Saturn transiting ahead of Mercury will give lots of wind in the coastal areas of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.

Mars in Capricorn and heavy rainfall

In the first fortnight of November the rainfall activity will increase when Mars will move into Capricorn on the 2nd of November. In astro-meteorology the Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces are watery signs. The entry of planets into these signs brings intense rainfall activity particularly when they are under the aspect of Jupiter. The Jupiter transiting from Virgo will be giving aspect to the Mars in Capricorn then. This combination will bring very heavy rainfall in the state of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh during the second fortnight of November. The cities of Chennai, Pondicherry, Bengaluru, Hyderabad etc. will receive very heavy rainfall immediately after the entry of Mars in Makar on the 2nd of November.

There is also danger of windstorm and cyclones in the southern peninsular particularly around 2nd of November and on the day of Full Moon of 14th of November.

Sun in Scorpio and increased rainfall activity

The entry of Sun into Scorpio on November 16th will increase the rainfall activity all of a sudden. This will happen due to Sun’s conjunction will Saturn in Scorpio sign. The conjunction of Sun and Saturn gives extreme weather activity as per the season. The Sun will also be conjoined with Mercury in the same sign then.

Solar Ingress of Scorpio

16 November 2016 at 06:17 hours , Delhi

As per Varahamihira the chart cast at the time of solar ingress of Scorpio gives indication about winter harvest. The crops sown during the winter season is astrologically judged from the Vrishabh Samkranti chart. The great Varahamihira in his monumental work Brihat Samhita has mention about it in the 39th Chapter ‘Saysyajataka’. As per Varahamihira the benefic planet in kendra (1,4,7 and 10) houses from Sun at the time of Sun’s entry into Scorpio are good for winter harvest. Here in the chart of solar ingress of Scorpio the strong Moon is in the 7th house. However, the conjunction of Mercury and Saturn with the Sun also indicate the losses of crops due to heavy rainfall and wind storms.

The intense rainfall activity in the state of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka will bring floods in many parts during the second week of November. The Saturn would be in Navamsha of Capricorn and Jupiter would be in the Navamsha of Cancer both in watery Navamsha. This is an indication of extremely heavy rainfall activity in the second week of November this year. The city of Chennai and Pondicherry will be flooded then.

There will be some more rain on the new Moon of 29th of November which will continue for 2 days. Moon will then join Saturn and Sun in Scorpio. Mercury will enter into Sagittarius joining Venus and bringing more rain. Venus Joining Mars will bring more rain

On the 3rd of December Venus will enter into Makar (Capricorn) to join Mars over there. It will bring more rain in the state of Tamil Nadu in particular. Mars will then be receiving the close degree aspect of Jupiter from Virgo and Saturn from Scorpio. This is a dangerous combination of heavy rainfall.

On the 11th of December the Mars will move into Aquarius sign. There will be some rain then. However, later when Sun will move into Sagittarius on the 15th of December the rainfall activity will start decreasing. The overall rainfall will be higher than the normal during the north-west monsoon season this year.

Mars leaving Scorpio and tensions in India

September 13, 2016 By Sachin Malhotra

Mars is about the leave the Scorpio sign  after its long stay in this rashi   for more than 6 months. While leaving its conjunction with Saturn it has started showing strange results. The capital of India New Delhi is struggling with the menace of Dengue and Chikungunya again. I had earlier forewarn about it in my article written on July 18, 2015 ” Transit of Saturn and Spread of Epidemics in Modern India

The Scorpio is a ‘Keeta’ Rashi and Saturn is a ‘Dukha-Karaka’ planet. Scorpio sign specifically signifies the Delhi-NCR region as per the classical text Bhavishya Phala Bhaskara. The sign Scorpio also represents insects and pests.  So there is no surprise that Mars-Saturn transiting from Scorpio is giving trouble to residence of this area from epidemic generated from a mosquitoes.

Apart from this another India state is in difficult situation at present. The state of Karnataka is burning with the ‘Cauvery issue’. In the city of Bengaluru the business establishments and vehicles own by Tamil’s are being burned since last two days. See this news report about massive violent protest in Karanataka and Tamil Nadu

Cauvery Issue: Violence in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu

Now see the horoscope of the state of Karnataka first

Balance of Dasha in Vimshottari: Moon 1 Years 10 Months 10 Days

In the Cancer lagna chart of Karnataka state the Vimshottari dasha of Saturn-Jupiter-Saturn ( 7 July 2016 to 30 November 2016) is in operation at present. The Saturn as the 7th (violence) and 8th ( mass deaths and disputes) lord is place in the 5th house along with Rahu. This enigmatic combination of Saturn and Rahu in the 5th has been ignited by the transiting Mars and Saturn over there.

Tamil Nadu State

Longitude: 80 E 17′ and Latitude: 13 N 05′

Tamil Nadu State

Balance of Dasha in Vimshottari: Ketu 3 Years 0 Months 19 Days

In the Libra lagna chart of Tamil Nadu state the Vimshottari dasha of Jupiter-Saturn-Mercury ( 28 August 2016 to 06 January 2017) is running at present. Jupiter as the lord of 6th house (litigation) is debilitated in the 4th house but is in comfortable position. The anter dasha lord Saturn is in inimical sign and inimical navamsha. The sub period lord Mercury is in the 3rd house of neighbors and is receiving the aspect of 7th lord Mars which is badly place in the 12th house.

This long pending water dispute between the two neighboring state may create fresh troubles again in the coming months. The transiting Saturn and Mars in the 8th house from the natal Moon of Tamil Nadu is not a welcome thing. The ‘Ashtama-Shani’ period of Tamil Nadu will put it into some other troubles as well. Its chief minister Jayalalitha may soon have to face the wrath of  some difficult judgement by the supreme court in pending court cases of disproportionate assets against her.

Mars in Sagittarius and its possible effects

Now Mars will leave the Scorpio sign and its conjunction with Saturn, which was going on since 20th of February, will come to an end on the night of 18th of September. Interestingly the Mars will change its sign just after the two days of the Penumbra Lunar Eclipse of Moon. This change in sign of Mars may bring an earthquake in some parts of India.

Mars moving into Sagittarius a war sign will also accelerate the ongoing tension between India-Pakistan and North Korea-South Korea. A possible war like situation may also develop between these neighbors resulting into bearish trends in global financial markets. The prices of gold and silver on the other hand will rise after the entry of Mars in Sagittarius.

Jaimini Astrology and career in judicial services

September 2, 2016 By Sachin Malhotra

During my days of studies at the Institute of Astrology Bharitya Vidhya Bhavan , New Delhi, I got familiarized with some exciting innovative techniques of  Jaimini Astrology by our teacher Shri Naval Singh. This write-up is a demonstration of one such method of Jaimini for predicting  career in judicial  services. I learned it from my teacher way back in year 2009.

The following parameters have been used in the ensuing case studies of persons working in judicial services.

  • Two Charts cast as per Lahiri Ayanamsha
    1. Birth Chart
    2.  Navamsha Chart

( B)  Houses Involved

  1. Tenth house (career)
  2. Ninth house ( judiciary)
  3. Sixth house (disputes and court cases)

( C)  Planets Involved

  1. Jupiter ( judiciary )
  2. Saturn ( law )
  3. Mars ( logic and law enforcement)

( D)  Chara Karak  Used

  1. Amatayakaraka -As a Karaka for tenth house it represents professional inclination.
  2. Bhatrikaraka – As a Karaka for ninth house it represents Judiciary.
  3. Ganatikaraka -As a Karaka for sixth house it represent court case.

( E)    Aspect used

Jaimini’s aspects between the Rashi’s only.

( F)    Dasha  used

Chara dasha calculated as per the method of

Shri  K.N Rao.

Methodology

  1. P.A.C (placement, aspect and conjunction) relationship of  10th, 9th and 6th houses and the influence of  Jupiter, Saturn and/or Mars on these houses/  lords in the  birth chart and navamsha is to be studied first.
  2. The mutual connection of Amatayakaraka, Bhatrikaraka and Ganatikaraka and their relationship with 10th ,9th and 6th houses in the birth chart and navamsha is carefully studied.
  3. Also notice the influence of Jupiter, Saturn and Mars on the Amatayakaraka , especially in the navamsha chart.
  4. Application of chara dasha on the  birth chart to see the timing of the fructification of  promise in the chart.
  5. Jaimini Raj Yoga’s present in the horoscope should also be consider.

       Case 1. Female: 14 February 1977 ,  2 hours 35 minutes at   Gwalior (M.P)

                        Longitude : 78E 10’ and Latitude: 26N 13’

Joined Judicial Services – March 2006

Case 1 Female

Karakamsha  is  Sagittarius

This  is the birth chart of  a lady who has done B.Sc in Criminology , L.L.B and also L.L.M .She joined Chattishghara judicial  services  as assistant judicial magistrate in  March  2006. In the birth chart the 6th lord Mars is giving Jaimini aspect to the 10th house and the 10th lord Sun is giving Jaimini asepct to the 6th house.

Jupiter the planet of judiciary  is placed in the 6th house and giving Jaimini aspect  to the 10th house of career. Saturn, which is also Amatayakaraka here , is placed in the 9th house of Rashi chart. The 6th, 9th and 10th houses lords have mutual P.A.C. link here and are influenced  by Jupiter, Mars and Saturn. The Ganatikaraka, signifying court cases, is Moon here which is the 9th lord and is in mutual aspect with Bhatrikaraka Venus.

In Navamsha Amatayakaraka Saturn is conjoined with Bhatrikaraka Venus and is in mutual aspect with Ganatikaraka Moon. The lord of 6th (Moon), 9th (Venus) and 10th (Mars) in the Navamsha are in dual sign thus they are in mutual Jaimini aspect with each other. Additionally the Amatayakaraka is also conjoined with Jupiter and aspected by Mars indicating her career in  judicial services (law related field).

Chara Dasha- At the time of her  joining the  Chattishghara   judicial  services she was running the  dasha of  Gemini-Aries( September 2005 to April 2006) was in operation in her horoscope.

From Gemini the tenth house has an exalted Venus and eleventh house has Jupiter the karaka for judiciary.Similarly, the anterdasha rashi  Aries has an exalted Mars place in the 10th from it and the eleventh house is getting under the Jaimini aspect of Amatayakaraka Saturn.

Case 2. Female

              04 December 1972 , 17 hours and 25 minutes at  Lucknow (U.P.)

              Longitude 80E 55’ and Latitude 26N 51’

Case 2 Female

Joined  Judicial  Services- November 2002.

Karakamsha is  Leo

This is the horoscope of a woman who has done B.sc(biogroup) ,L.L.B and L.L.M from Delhi University. She joined Delhi judicial services as an assistant metropolitan magistrate in November 2002.

In birth chart Saturn the 9th and 10th  lord is giving Jaimini aspect to the 6th  house and it’s lord Venus. In turn Venus(sixth lord) is also giving Jaimini aspect to the Saturn and also the 10th  house. So there is a strong P.A.C link of  6th , 9th  and 10th  houses/lords in the Rashi chart. Now see the relevant Jaimini karaka as per our hypothesis. The Amatayakaraka Sun is conjoined with Ganatikaraka Moon and both of them are giving Jaimini aspect to   the 9th house of Judiciary.  Mars is the Bhatrikaraka here which  is giving Jaimini aspect to  the 10th  house showing the promise of  a career in  judicial  services. The role of Jupiter is missing in its relation with either of the relevant houses i.e. 6th , 9th and 10th. But in the Navamsha Jupiter has make-up for this deficiency in the Rashi chart.

In Navamsha chart the things are more clear as  Amatayakaraka  Sun,  Mars and Jupiter are in mutual Jaimini aspect for being place in the dual signs. There is also a P.A.C link of 6th  , 9th  and 10th  houses/lords in the Navamsha chart. The Jupiter becomes the 6th and 9th lord in the Navamsha chart and it is in mutual aspect with Mars which is the 10th lord place in the 9th house. Adding to it the  Amatayakaraka and Bhatrikaraka are  influencing the 6th  and 9th  houses by their mutual aspect. The Ganatikaraka Moon is giving Jaimini aspect to the 10th house in Navamsha, thus confirm our hypothesis.

Chara Dasha- When she joined the  Delhi judicial services in November 2002 , she was running into the dasha of  Sagittarius-Gemini (December 2001 to December 2002). Sagittarius is the dasha of  rise or fall in life. Having Putrakaraka  Jupiter in  the rashi, which is giving Jaimini aspect to the 10th from Sagittarius , it proved a good time for her education and career. The anterdasha rashi Gemini has a strong 11th house receiving  the Jaimini aspects of Amatayakaraka Sun along with Moon and Mercury.

Case 3.Male  horoscope-

             22 April 1976 ,  13 hours and 15 minutes at  Kaithal (Harayana)

Longitude: 76E 23’ and Latitude: 29N 48’

Joined Judicial Services in March 2007.

Karakamsha is Sagittarius.

This native has done his B.com(H) , L.L.B and L.L.M  from Delhi University. He joined the Delhi Judicial Services as an assistant metropolitan magistrate in March  2007.

In the birth chart the 6th  and 9th  lord  Jupiter is placed in the 10th  house. The lord of 10th house is Mars which is giving Jaimini aspect to  the both 6th  and 9th  houses. So the connection of 6th ,9th  and 10th  houses/lords in the Rashi chart, as per our hypothesis,  is amply clear .

The  Amatayakaraka Venus is placed in the 9th  house and is in mutual aspect with the Bhatrikaraka Mars. The  Bhatrikaraka and Amatayakaraka in the Rashi chart are giving Jaimini aspect to the 6th house.Sun the Ganatikaraka is Placed in the tenth house. So in this way the 6th ,9th  and 10th  houses are influenced by Amatayakaraka ,Bhatrikaraka and Ganatikaraka in the Rashi chart.

In Navamsha chart 6th   lord (Moon) and 9th  lord (Venus) are giving Jaimini aspect to  each other. The Jupiter, Mars and Saturn are influencing the 6th ,9th  and 10th  houses .The Amatayakaraka and Bhatrikaraka are giving Jaimini aspect to the 6th  and 9th  houses in Navamsha. Moreover Amatayakaraka  Venus is under the Jaimini aspect  by  Jupiter and Saturn which confirms our hypothesis.

Chara Dasha- He joined  Delhi Judicial Services in the dasha of  Pisces-Cancer ( January 2007 to December 2007)   in march 2007.In Pisces has  Amatayakaraka  Venus   placed in  its exaltation sign. From anterdasha  rashi Cancer there is  a Jaimini Rajayoga of  Atamakaraka and Putrakaraka in the tenth house.

Case 4. Male horoscope

             14 March 1946 ,  12 hours and 05 minutes at  Almora (U.P)

Longitude: 79E 40’ and Latitude: 29N 37’

Case 4 Male

Joined U.P Judicial Services –December 1975

Karakamsha is Gemini

This man is a graduate in humanities and has also done L.L.B . He joined the U.P judicial services as assistant judicial magistrate in December 1975.

In the birth chart  6th  lord Mars and 9th  lord Saturn are conjoined in the lagna. Both of them are aspecting the 10th house of Rashi chart.Jupiter the 10th  lord is  giving its Jaimini aspect to the 9th house. There for there is a P.A.C  connection of  6th  ,9the and 10th  houses/lords here. The Amatayakaraka (Saturn) ,Bhatrikaraka (Mars ) and Ganatikaraka (Venus) are in mutual aspect with each other. They are also making connection with the sixth, ninth and tenth houses in the birth chart.

In  Navamsha chart 6th  and 9th  lord  is  Mercury , which is  in mutual  aspect with  10th  lord  Venus as both are in dual signs. The Amatayakarka Saturn is getting the Jaimini aspect of  Jupiter in navamsha. The Amatayakaraka and Bhatrikaraka are giving aspect to  the tenth house and Ganatikaraka Venus is influencing the 9th  and 6th  house.

Chara Dasha-When he joined  the U.P Judicial  Services he was then under the  dasha of  Aquarius-Leo (July 1975 to March 1976). Aquarius is  the dasha of  9th house from the lagna as well as from the Karakamsha. The Amatyakaraka , Putrakaraka and  fifth lord( Venus) are influencing  the  eleventh  house  from both the dasha rashi’s  Aquarius and  Leo fructifying a great Jaimini Raj Yoga.

        Case 5 – Male horoscope

06 July 1956 ,11 hours and 10 minutes at Shillong (Meghlaya)

Case 5 Male

Joined Higher Judicial Services-  July 2000

Karkamsha  is  Cancer

This is the birth chart of  a native who after doing L.L.B in 1988  practiced  as a lawyer for some years. Then he cleared the exam for higher judiciary and became judge in Delhi High Court in  July 2000.

In the birth chart 9th  lord  Venus and 10th  lord  Mercury  are conjoined in the tenth house. But there is no link of 6th  house/lord with these houses. The Bhatrikaraka  the karaka of 9th  house of  judiciary is  placed in the 10th  house. However, the   Amatayakaraka  has no  link with the 9th  house. So the readers must have notice by now that in the rashi chart of this native , who become judge  after practicing as a lawyer for more than a decade , the combinations which we had discuss above are not clear as they were in the four horoscopes discuss before this. The earlier four horoscopes were of the persons who cleared the examination for judicial services immediately after their education in Law (L.L.B. or L.L.M.).

Now see the Navamsha  chart in this case where 6th  lord   Mars  and 9th  lord Saturn are in mutual Jaimini  aspect with each other. The  Amatayakaraka Mars is conjoined with Bhatrikaraka Sun in the Navamsha and is getting the Jaimini aspect of Ganatikaraka Saturn. Both Amatayakaraka and Bhatrikaraka are giving Jaimini aspect to  the 6th  and 9th  houses in Navamsha.

Chara Dasha- He cleared the exam for higher Judiciary in the  dasha of  Aries-Capricorn ( from March 2000 to January 2001) and became high court Judge in July 2000.

Aries, which is the 10th house from Karakamsha,  is receiving the aspect of Amatayakaraka Mars and 5th lord Saturn in the rashi chart. Jupiter the key planet for judicial services is also giving aspect to the Aries and tenth house from it. From anterdasha rashi Capricorn the 10th  house is under the Jaimini aspect of  Amatayakaraka Mars and Atamakaraka  Moon.

India and Pakistan sliding towards a big war….

August 25, 2016 By Sachin Malhotra

I have been warning about a possible India-Pakistan conflict over the Kashmir issue since last one and half years in my writings. The conjunction of Saturn-Mars in Scorpio in 2016 and the Saturn-Jupiter conjunction in Capricorn in 2020 are two dangerous astrological combinations which can bring wars in south-east Asia and around the world.

The effects of  these  two planetary phenomena’s   are going to remain for a long duration and it will have a significant impact on the international affairs. I will explain it in more detail by taking up the charts of both India and Pakistan. But first see the time line of events leading to the current tension between these  two arch rivals of south-Asia.

India-Pakistan border skirmishes ( 2014-present)

Narendra Modi after winning a historic general election in May 2014 had invited the Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to attend  his swearing-in-ceremony. Nawaz Sharif ignoring  the advise of Pakistani Army  went on  to have a meeting with his Indian counterpart in New Delhi. This diplomatic gesture of both country heads   was praised by the world leaders but at home both of them  were criticized by the hardliners.

Later in July Pakistan army broke the ceasefire at the line of control in Kashmir. At home the Pakistan army secretly instigated Imran Khan, an opposition leader of Tehreek-e-Insaf party, to stage a huge protest against Nawaz Sharif ruling government in the month of August which continued till December. The army generals sitting in Rawalpindi had now managed to pin down Nawaz Sharif and confined his political powers  to Islamabad only.

By the end of 2014 the Nawaz Sharif had lost his popularity at home and was merely seen as a puppet Prime Minister in the hands of  army chief Raheel Sharif .  Nawaz Sharif’s bold decision to accept Narendra  Modi’s invitation of meeting has also lost its significance by then due to the continues violation of ceasefire by Pakistan army at the Kashmir border.

The aggressive retaliation by the India army in response to the ceasefire violation was shocking for the Islamabad. The Indian army and BSF (border security force) had now been given complete freedom to act against the provocative actions across the LOC. The volume and intensity of India’s return fire across the LOC was much higher than the usual calibrated response that Pakistan expected.

Narendra Modi’s Pakistan Visit

By the mid of 2015 the Pakistani establishment had stared to take part in a secret  peace talk with Indian government. The Narendra Modi’s so called surprise visit on the birthday of Nawaz Sharif on 25th of December  2015 was actually said to be planned diplomatically. The national security advisers of the two countries had earlier  met at Bangkok few days before to setup this meeting of two leaders.

But the Pakistan army and terrorist organization  miffed at this meeting of Nawaz Sharif and Narendra Modi. The expected return gift was send by them on the 2nd of January 2016 when a heavily armed group of terrorists attacked the Pathankot Air Force station in the border state of Punjab in India. This terrorist attack by Pakistani militants received a worldwide condemnation and led to the break-down of India-Pakistan relations.

Kashmir unrest of  2016

A series of violent protest erupted in the month of  July-August in the Kashmir valley in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. These public protest were started after the killing of a militant commander Burhan Vani by the Indian security forces on 8th of July 2016. A curfew was imposed by the  Indian authorities to pacify the riots. The security forces has to use pellet guns, tear gas, rubber bullets and assault rifles to curb the hooligans. It resulted in the deaths of scores of civilians and thousands were injured.

On the 15th of August 2016 the Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused Pakistan for cross border terrorism. In his address to the nation he also raised the issue of  Pakistan occupied Kashmir and Baluchistan to put tactical pressure at neighboring country.  The statement of Narendra Modi ignited Pakistani leaders and they have now started creating a war hysteria again.

Narendra Modi’s Horoscope

Now see this given below horoscope of Prime Minister  Narendra Modi to understand why India risk at entering into big wars during his tenure.

Narendra Modi

17 September 1950 at 12:09 hours at Vadnagar , Gujrat

Horoscope of Narendra Modi

Balance of Dasha in Vimshottari: Saturn 10 Years 2 Months 20 Days

In the horoscope of Narendra Modi the lagan is Scorpio (Vrischik) and Moon is also there in Anuradha Nakshatra. At present the transiting Mars and Saturn are hovering in Anuradha Nakshatra which is the Janama Nakshatra of Narendra Modi. The Vimshottari dasha of Moon-Saturn running till 12th of October 2016 is also bad.

In the chart of Narendra Modi the maximum number of planets are connected with the 7th house or its lord. The current dasha lords Moon and Saturn are also connected with the 7th house/lord of war. Later in the year 2020 he would have been under the Vimshottari dasha of Moon-Venus ( October 2018 to June 2020) which also indicates danger of war under his leadership. Venus is the lord of 7th house in the chart of Narendra Modi.

Foundation Chart of India

In the foundation chart of India the 7th house of war and foreign affairs has been under the influence of both Saturn and Mars since last 6 months now.

Horoscope of India

Foundation Chart of India

Balance of Dasha in Vimshottari: Saturn 18 Year 0 Months and 23 Days

In Vimshottari the current dasha is of Moon-Mars from 9 July 2016 to 7 February 2017. The Moon is the lord of 3rd house showing border tensions with neighbors. Mars as the lord of 7th house is indicating a war coming very soon.

The solar eclipse of  1st of September 2016 will fall at the Leo sign which would be under the exact degree aspect from Saturn then. It is a classical principal of Mundane astrology that at the time of an eclipse if the Sun and/or Moon receive the aspect of a malefic planet then it will  bring natural calamities and war. The exact degree aspect or conjunction by malefic planet like Mars and/or Saturn to the Sun and/or Moon at the time of an eclipse is a tested principal of  predicting war and earthquakes.

So around the solar eclipse of coming 1st of September  there are strong chances of India and Pakistan getting entangled in a territorial war. The China under Saturn-Rahu dasha in Vimshottari is likely to aggressively support Pakistan.

This territorial war between India and Pakistan may become the cause of a bigger conflict in 2020 when Saturn-Jupiter would be transiting from Capricorn. The transiting  Rahu-Ketu  then would have been covering the Taurus-Scorpio signs which is very crucial for both India and Pakistan. It has been observed that  the affliction to the Capricorn-Cancer and Taurus-Scorpio axis bring  wars and earthquakes in the sub-continent.

In the foundation chart of India the Capricorn is the 7th house from its natal Moon in Cancer. The Capricorn sign gets only 20 points in the Sarvashataka Varga which make it a weak rashi. So the major planets like Saturn, Jupiter and Mars transiting from the Capricorn sign gives trouble to India. This combination has  had given war in 1962 with China and it will again give a devastating war in 2020. But before this in 2016 there will be territorial wars that India will have to face risking a danger to its economy which is going upward with the GDP growth rate of more than 7 percent at present.

Foundation Chart of Pakistan

In the horoscope of Pakistan an enigmatic Vimshottari dasha of Rahu-Venus is running at present.  Venus is the lord of 7th house signifying wars. The maha dasha of Venus was stared in December 2007 since then Pakistan has witness brutal terrorist attacks at its soil. The country’s reputation has sunk very low. There has been no international events of hockey and cricket in the country ever since Pakistan has entered into this Venus dasha.

Horoscope of Pakistan

14 August 1947 at 00:00 hours at Karachi

Balance of Dasha in Vimshottari: Rahu 1 years 4 months 8 days

Now in Venus-Rahu ( 21 February 2015 to 20 February 2018) the country is at the risk of another disintegration. In year 1971, during the Saturn-Venus dasha in Vimshottari, the country lost East Pakistan after war with India. The Indian army with the help of  ‘Mukti Bahini’ created an independent state of Bangladesh by driving out Punjabi-Pukthoon army of West Pakistan who were earlier indulge into atrocities on Bengalis there.

Now it is the enigmatic dasha of Venus-Rahu is in operation and Pakistan is at the risk of loosing Baluchistan and Aazad Kashmir (or Pakistan Occupied Kashmir as India claims). The Rahu in the 2nd house is at ‘Maraka’ position but it also shows heavy influx of foreign funding during its sub-period. In case of war with India the Pakistan is assured in getting the strategic support from Muslim countries (Rahu) and China.

The current transit of Saturn and Mars over the 8th house Scorpio in the chart of Pakistan is indicating the fall of government. The Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif will be at the risk of loosing his chair after a humiliation in territorial war with India during 2016. These events will set the stage for a dangerous India-Pakistan war in 2020 when transiting  Saturn and Jupiter will be in conjunction in ‘Makar’ Rashi. China will also support Pakistan in its war against India. There will be lots of destruction in this devastating war in the sub-continent in year 2020.
