In a surprise chain of events in Karnataka today the BJP’s Yeddyurappa took oath as the chief minister of the state for third time after the governor Vajubhai Vala invited him to form the government on the night of 16th of May. In 224 member assembly of Karnataka the elections took place for the 222 seats and results were declared on the 15th of May. The BJP has the highest number of 105 MLA’s, including an independent, while the Congress having 78 allied with JDS 38 and with the support of 1 independent they have the number of 117 which is sufficient to form the government. The governor of Karnataka ignored the post-poll alliance of Congress and JDS (Janta Dal Secular) by inviting the Yeddyurappa to form a minority government. Now as per the oath taking horoscope of Yeddyurappa it seems that Karnataka crisis may take an ugly turn in next couple of days when the Moon will transit through the Gemini which is the 8th from the natal Moon of BJP, Yeddyurappa and Prime Minister Modi himself all having Scorpio as their Moon sign. Yeddyurappa will fail to prove his majority at the Karnataka assembly which will be a huge embarrassment for the BJP and its top leadership.
Yesterday on the 16th of May the Congress and JDS went to the Supreme Court of India in the mid night to file an appeal to the apex court to restrain the swearing-in of Yeddyurappa. In the historic post mid-night hearing in the Supreme Court the BJP’s lawyer Mukul Rohtagi argued since the legislator has not yet taken the oath so the anti defection law do not apply in this case. The court call this argument ‘preposterous’ and said ‘ it means an open invitation to horse-trading’.
Now the apex court has asked the BJP to submit the letter which it had given to the governor of Karnataka for staking its claim to form the government. The next hearing is tomorrow on the 10:30 a.m. by when the transiting Moon will reach the Gemini sign which falls in the 8th house from the natal Moon of the BJP, Yeddyurappa and Prime Minister Modi indicating a possible set back to them from some observation of the apex court.
Now see the given below swearing-in horoscope of Yeddyurappa
Oath-Taking horoscope of Yeddyurappa
17 May 2018, 09:00 a.m. at Bangaluru, Karnataka
77E 35′ and 12N 55′
In the oath-taking horoscope of Yeddyurappa the rising sign is Gemini with benefic planet Venus disposed int it receiving the aspect of Jupiter from the 5th house. The Jupiter is also in the mutual aspect with the lagan lord Mercury this seems a strong combination for the swearing-in chart. But the royal planet the Sun and Moon falling in the 8th house is a weakness.
The lagan Gemini is also hemmed between malefic Rahu and Sun on its either side. While a retrograde malefic Saturn from the 7th house aspect the ascendant. Mars and Ketu in the 8th house shows a sudden dramatic event causing a possible fall of the government in a controversial manner. In Navamsha the Moon is in Kendra along with all the malefic planet which is a classical ‘ Arishta Yoga’ showing ‘death’ which in this case means the sudden fall of government.
Since oath-taking horoscope are basically Muhurata charts which are indicative only so let us see the birth chart of B.S. Yeddyurappa it self which i had discussed few days back in my post on the Karnataka assembly elections 2018.
Horoscope of B.S. Yeddyurappa
27 February 1943, 03:00 a.m. at Mandya Karnataka.
In the horoscope of B.S. Yeddyurappa the Vimshottari dasha of Moon-Saturn-Rahu is running from 4 May 2018 to 29 July 2018. The Moon is the lord of 8th house falling in the 12th house in a ‘Veepreet Raja Yoga’. But this Moon is also in mutual aspect with Saturn which is in the 6th house of disputes. The Saturn, which is the sub period lord is also debliteated in Navamsha chart. The sub-sub period is of Rahu which is in the 9th house of luck but its depositor Sun is with Ketu sowing troubles.
In Chara dasha a period of Aquarius-Virgo is running till 28th of May. The Virgo receiving the aspect of Atamakaraka Mars , Amatayakaraka Jupiter and also of Ganatikaraka Venus. The influence of Atamakaraka and Amatayakaraka on the anter dasha rashi is a great Raja Yoga. But the Ganatikaraka Venus also giving its aspect to them create the trouble in it. Yeddyurappa may not be able to prove his numbers at the floor of the house in Karnataka assembly but he will remain very prominent in the state politics.
On the other hand the BJP will find itself in big trouble as the Venus transiting into Gemini sign having least number of Ashtakavarga Bindus , it is having only 19 bindus there, in the foundation chart of India shows trouble to the central government. Mars and Ketu transiting from Capricorn (Makar) also have only 20 bindus in the Ashtakavarga of the horoscope of Independence of India showing some violence incident. The next few days in the month of May will see political strife, agitation and political violence in Karnataka. The Congress has already taken this Karnataka political crisis to the other states where it were denied to be given a chance to form the government despite being the single largest party. The governors of Manipur, Goa and Meghyala had invited the BJP led coalitions to form the governments despite Congress being the single largest party in the assembly. But in Karnataka the things turn the other-way-round thanks to the ‘discretion’ of governor which is now being challenged in the apex court. The Supreme Court may also give an important decision in this case which will be a set back for the BJP led central government. There is a possibility that ‘Anti Defection law’ will be reviewed by the apex court in the aftermath of Karnataka political crisis.
