Amit Shah is the current president of Bharitiya Janata Party (BJP) and is a close associate of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He was instrumental in the phenomenal success of BJP in the general elections of 2014. Under the leadership of Amit Shah the BJP won 73 Lok Sabha seats out of 80 in Uttar Pradesh in year 2014. After achieving this great feat he was appointed as the BJP chief by Narendra Modi. However, the humiliating losses in Delhi and Bihar assembly elections in 2015 had put a question mark at the election strategies of Amit Shah. Early Political Career of Amit Shah

In year 2010 he was accused of plotting the extrajudicial killing of a criminal Sohrabuddin Sheikh and in 2013 he was accused of an illegal surveillance of a women in year 2009. He was arrested in July 2010 in connection with Sohrabudding encounter case and could only get a bail after 3 months of his arrest. It was happen during the dasha of Rahu-Saturn from December 2008 to October 2011. The Rahu-Saturn and Saturn-Rahu are generally difficult periods. The Saturn is in this case is placed in the 6th house of Rashi and Navamsha chart. In Chara dasha he was under the period of Aquarius ( October 2009 to October 2017) then which has Ganatikaraka in it. The Aquarius is the 8th house from Atamakaraka Mars and it is the 12th house from his Karakamsha.

Rise in National Politics

In the dasha of Rahu-Mercury ( 30 October 2010 to 18 May 2014) he rise at the national level political stage when under his leadership in Uttar Pradesh the BJP had won 73 out of 80 seats in general elections of 2014. He was through accused of polarizing UP voters on religious lines by raising he Ram Janambhoomi or Ayodhya dispute and 2013 Muzaffarnagar riots.

The maha dasha lord Rahu is in the 10th house of power. The anter dasha lord Mercury is the lord of 10th house strongly place in the 2nd house. In July 2014 he was appointed as the president of BJP. Under his leadership the party won assembly elections in Maharashatra, Harayana, Jammu-Kashmir and Assam, but lost badly in Delhi and Bihar.

Now at present Amit Shah is running with Rahu-Venus period in Vimshottari from June 2015 to June 2018. The anter dasha lord Venus is the lord of 9th house of luck in his Virgo lagna horoscope. Venus is in mutual aspect with 5th and 6th lord which will give him rise with lots of efforts. The victory of BJP in the assembly elections in U.P. and Uttarakhand was phenomenal. The party also formed government in Goa and Manipur thanks to the cleaver manipulation by Amit Shah despite BJP being falling short of majority in the assembly polls of March 2017.

Will BJP will the general elections in 2019 ?

Now the Rahu-Sun from June 2018 to May 2019 will be running in the horoscope of Amit Shah at the time of general elections of 2019. The Sun is the lord of 12th house in exchange with 2nd lord Venus. This period will give Amit Shah a very limited success. In Jaimini Chara dasha the period of Pisces will be running from October 2017. The party will not perform well in the assembly elections in Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and some other states. This will affect the performance of BJP in the general elections of 2019.

Health of Amit Shah

I have been writing this since last 12 months that year 2016 is going to be a very bad one for the ruling BJP . The BJP had this enigmatic Jupiter-Rahu and Mercury-Ketu conjunction in their chart. These two are classical combinations for igniting controversies and giving humiliation if there is some influence of natural malefic planets is on them. At present these two combinations are active in their Rashi chart of BJP. The party has received two set-backs from the Supreme Court on the issue of unconstitutional dismissal of governments in Uttarakhand and Arunachal states. The recent uprising of Dalit community across various states is a big blow to the BJP’s policy to woo the Dalit voters for the coming U.P. assembly polls. The excessive prominence given by the BJP to its cow protection campaign for consolidating Hindu votes is now back-firing at them. This campaign was launched to target Muslim community ignoring the fact that a section of Dalit’s is also engaged in the work of skinning dead cattle’s for their livelihood since centuries. It is the effect of enigmatic Jupiter-Rahu conjunction in the chart of BJP that their political wisdom seems to have been paralyzed these days.

In the Mithuna (Gemini) lagna chart of BJP notice the enigmatic conjunctions of Jupiter-Rahu and Mercury-Ketu. These planets are covering the 3/9 axis and under the influences of hard malefic planets Mars and Saturn.

In the months of August or September the party may have to face a very tragic event. Astrologically there seems to be a serious threat for the security of the big leaders of this party during August-September months. The solar eclipse of 1st September falling at Leo would be bad for this party. Several of its leaders might caught in some scandals.

However, the conjunction of Mercury and Ketu is also a combination of falling into controversies. The Mercury is also retrograde and is in combustion here. In Navamsha the Mercury is under the influence of malefic planets.

In Mercury-Moon period in Vimshottari the Narendra Modi got married with Jashodaben in year 1968. However, within few days of this marriage he left his home and become a monk wandering in Himalayas. Since Mercury and Saturn are into combustion so he didn’t remain a Sanyasai (monk) for long time and went back to materialism.

He become the chief minister of Gujarat state in year 2002 during Venus-Mercury period in Vimshottari. However, soon the Gujarat riots in 2002 put a stain at his political career and he had to face a humiliating media trial due to this. It was happen during the sub period of Mercury and major period of Venus.

Later he overcome all these troubles and become the prime minister of India after winning general elections 2014 with full majority in 2014 (Moon-Jupiter period). Presently he is under a difficult Moon-Saturn period in Vimshottari which will continue till 12 October 2016.

The transiting Saturn and Mars are also hovering over his natal Moon in Scorpio. He is expected to face lots of troubles due to the bad conduct of his subordinates as the it is the sub period of 3rd lord Saturn in his chart in the major period of debilitated Moon. In the Kanya (Virgo) lagna horoscope of Amit Shah there are some very good Dhana yoga’s. The mutual aspect between the 2nd and 9th lord Venus and the 5th lord Saturn is a good Dhana yoga. The lagan lord Mercury in the 2nd house receiving the aspect of 11th lord Moon is a Dhana yoga. He was born in a rich Jain business family.

Now notice there the exchange between 8th lord Mars and 11th lord Moon. This combination gives money and power with illegal means. During the dasha of Moon ( 1986 to 1996) and Mars ( 1996 to 2003) he was working for the BJP along side Narendra Modi. He was the MLA in Gujarat assembly for four consecutive terms during 1997 to 2007. He also hold many important positions in the government of Narendra Modi then chief minister of Gujarat state.

However, his political career was very controversial. In 2010 when he was under Rahu-Saturn period in Vimshottari he was send to jail by a lower court in Gujarat in fake encounter case of Sohrabuddin.

His luck saw a great turn around during Rahu-Mercury period in Vimshottari in 2013-14 when BJP won elections with the help of his smart political strategies. The dasha lords Rahu and Mercury are mutually very well placed in both Rashi and Navamsha chart. But later when the transiting Saturn moved into Scorpio, which is the 8th house from his natal Moon in Aries, then he had to suffer his first electoral defeat during Delhi assembly polls in early 2015. Then came the Bihar elections where for the second time in a row he had to taste the better defeat.
