Just a few months ago, due to internal strife, Congress had made a Dalit Sikh leader Charanjit Singh Channi the Chief Minister of Punjab and gave Amarinder Singh an embarrassing exit . On the other hand, Aam Aadmi Party has made Bhagwant Mann its chief ministerial candidate this time.
