State of Madhya Pradesh was at time among the poorest region of India struggling with underdeveloped infrastructure and lawlessness. It is still ranking low in terms of Human development index but undoubtedly it is on the path of development now ever since the BJP has came into power in this state in  2003. Now the astrological indicators in the horoscope of Madhya Pradesh chief minister Shiv Raj Singn Chauhan’s horoscope are pointing out the fall of BJP. At that time people from Punjab were going abroad to pretty jobs and menial  work. It was no surprise that  Gujarat and Maharashtra were the most industrialized state  after Indian independence. On that other hand Madhya Pradesh was counted among the ‘BIMARU’ (sick) states.

If we study the history we will find that it was from the coronation of great Maratha king Chhatrapati Shivaji in 1674 that this region of Maharashtra and Gujarat came under the Hindu nationalist rulers. Later the Peshwa’s of Pune dominated the Indian sub continent in the 18th century with the help of great Maratha generals  until the British defeated them in the ‘Third Anglo-Maratha war ( 1805-1818) ‘. The Peshwa’s had done lots of good work for the farmers of the western region of India with the huge money they collected in form of ‘Chauth and Sardeshmukhi’ (taxes) from other parts of the country.  Because of it this area was more prosperous than the other parts of the country and it had better irrigation facilities for the farmer to grow cash crops. So after independence the chief ministers of Gujarat and Maharashtra has got the advantages of a  much develop infrastructure and prosperous business community of this region.

But it was the media hype that created a perception that Narendra Modi as the chief minister of Gujarat had made this state develop in his 13 year rule. The sub period lord Ketu in the 11^th house along with lagna lord Venus and the 5^th lord Mercury is involve in a good Raja Yoga. Shiv Raj Singh’s work as the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh was highly appreciated and his popularity grew fast due to the good dasha of 11^th lord Jupiter in his chart. He helped BJP win twice in the assembly polls in 2008 and 2013 with his clean image as the  chief minister. Shiv Raj Singh will be under Saturn-Mercury-Rahu dasha in Vimshottari from 20 November 2018 to 16 April 2019 the period when the assembly elections are expected to take place. The sub period lord Mercury is debliteated in Rashi but is well placed in Navamsha in the ascendant. Mercury as the 5^th lord in Rashi chart can give ‘Pada-Chuti’ (fall from power) so is the sub-sub period lord Rahu which is in the 5^th house itself. The 5^th house is 8^th from the 10^th house. The above given Pisces (Meena) lagna horoscope is of senior Congress leader Kamal Nath who is president of Madhya Pradesh Congress committee. He was minister in the cabinet of prime minister Narsimha Rao and Manmohan Singh earlier. He has close ties with Nehru-Gandhi family. He was close friend of Sanjay Gandhi, the eldest son of Indira Gandhi, from his school days at Doon School in Dehradun. He got married on 27 January 1973 when he was passing through Rahu-Saturn dasha in Vimshottari ( June 1972 to April 1975). Rahu is receiving the aspects of 7th lord Mercury and Venus the karaka for spouse. The sub period lord Saturn is the lord of Navamsha lagan amply explaining his marriage during its dasha.

Jyotriditya is the grandson of Jivajirao Scindia who was the last ruler of Gwalior later joining Dominion of India in 1947. The father of Jyotriditya was late Mr. Madhavrao Scindia who was famous Congress leader who met with a plan crash death on 30 September 2001. The state of Madhya Pradesh was then under the chief-ministership of  Digvijay Singh who was ruling the state since 1993. The assembly elections in December 2003 brought BJP into the power of Madhya Pradesh and Chattishgarh. These two states since then had made tremendous progress thanks to the visionary leadership of Shiv Raj Singh Chauhan and Raman Singh who as per the views of many are among the best of chief ministers from the BJP .

In the 15 years of BJP rule in Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh lots of progress was made on the front of infrastructure specially development of roads and electricity facilities. But still these two states ranked among the lowest in Human Development Index calculated as per UN method. Astrologically Chattisgarh chief minister Raman Singh’s claims are not likely to be come out correct. Venus-Saturn dasha ( April 2016 to June 2020) will not only bring a change in the state government of Chattisgarh but it may also bring more violence. The transit of Saturn in Sagittarius over the natal Moon of Chattisgarh will bring change in the government after elections. Later in 2020 the transiting Saturn and Jupiter in the 7th house of the foundation chart of Chattisgarh may create some more problems related with Naxalism in new forms. In political circles it is rumored that the ‘Vyapam’ and ‘Lalit Modi’ controversies in 2015 were deliberately given prominence in the media  so that  the trio of Shiv Raj Singh Chauhan, Sushma Swaraj and Vasundhara Raje can be made weaken. Since 2015 the Vyapam scam has made Shiv Raj Singh Chauhan  unpopular in Madhya Pradesh. The Lalit Modi controversy gave a huge setback to the image of Sushma Swaraj who later  submitted to Modi’s authority in the party.

But it is Vasundhara Raje who seems to be the only satrap in the BJP who has not given-up to the authoritative powers of Modi-Shan due in the BJP. However, now the prime minister Narendra Modi himself is facing direct charges of nepotism and supporting crony-capitalist by his policies , so there emerges a possibility that after a big loss in the assembly polls in 2018 some voices against him can be found raising within the BJP. The Rafael Scam , meddling in the CBI and  bad effects  of demonetization on Indian economy will be the biggest cause of concern for the BJP in coming assembly elections in 2018. The 4^th lord Venus in conjunction with the 9^th lord Jupiter at the 10^th house is another yoga that shows her royal emblems. In Navamsha the Pisces sign is rising with a great Yoga of lagna lord Jupiter in the 9^th and the 9^th lord Mars in the lagan. She is a graduate from economics and political science. The 5^th lord Mars in the Nakshatra of Mercury and in conjunction with it explain the study of economics. She got married on 17 November  1972 during her Venus-Venus period in Vimshottari. Venus is in mutual aspect with 7^th lord Saturn. But her marriage with Hemant Singh, of the ex-royal Dholpur family, did not last longer and the couple separated after one year.

Now the assembly polls will be conducted when Vasundhara Raje would be under Libra-Gemini period from September 2018 to March 2019.
