As per my understanding even if Mr. Hemant Soren got disqualified by Election Commission, which is highly likely, then also he will remain the chief minister as he will fight a election of MLA from some other seat in the state within in stipulated time of 6 months. In Vimshottari the dasha period of Mars has started in the oath taking chart of Hemant Soren which is in the 7th house giving aspect to lagan will have him courage to fight the onslaught of opposition party BJP. The period from 7 October 2022 to 25 October 2023 will be most difficult for Hemant Soren as then the dasha period of Mars-Rahu would be running in his oath taking chart. In the Jupiter-Moon dasha period (March 2024 to July 2025) he will be facing lots of troubles as Moon as the 8th lord is in the 10th house can bring into limelight some corruption cases of his government which will not let him re-elected for another tenure in the assembly elections in November 2024.
