The US presidential elections are moving for an exciting contest this time. As on the second week of July the surveys are indicating a close contest between the Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. Earlier the same surveys were showing Hillary Clinton much ahead of his rival Donald Trump. I had predicted the rise of Donald Trump in an article  written in February this year for the Hindi News Paper Amar Ujala. I had written then that terrorist attacks on the soils of USA will create a situation of Islamophobia once’s again and this will benefit Trump in his election campaign. It is well known how  Trump is making inflammatory statements against Muslim community since the beginning of his presidential run.

After the Orlando shooting terrorist incident the Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump repeated his call for ban on Muslim migration into USA. Trump claimed that he had warned of the sort of terrorism , which killed 49 people on the night of 12th of June.

Now have a glance at the foundation chart of USA to see how this country may get into a situation of a fear psychosis due to dangerous wars, terrorist attacks and sectarian violence before the presidential elections in November 2016.

The Aquarius is the 7^th house in the horoscope of USA having its natal Moon over there. The transiting Mars from Scorpio will keep exerting  its malefic 4^th aspect on the eclipse sign in Aquarius till 18^th of September when it will left this sign. The transiting Saturn from Scorpio, the 4^th house of USA,  would be in retrograde motion from 25^th of March  to 13^th of August. This period would be sensitive for USA as it may bring losses of lives and properties by a strong earthquake, terrorist attacks, deadly war and/or riots. The outrageous and hysterical nature of Donald Trump is explainable from the position of Moon and Sun in his chart. Moreover Jupiter, the Karaka of wisdom, is also retrograde and under the malefic aspect of malefic Saturn here.  As per the various classics of Hindu Astrology the retrograde Jupiter under the influences of malefic planets gives lack of idealism to the native.

However, since Trump is under a favorable Vimshottari dasha of Rahu-Mars (from 28 November 2015 to 15 December 2016) at present so he stands a very good chance to become the next president of USA. The Rahu is very strong in Taurus sign and it has become yogakaraka by virtue of its conjunction with lagan lord here. The Rahu is receiving the aspect of 5^th lord Jupiter which makes him involve in a good Rajyoga at the 10^th house of power. The depositor of Rahu is Venus which is Vargottama and placed in the 12^th house. The position of Venus in the 12^th house is considered good as per classics of Hindu astrology.

The anterdasha lord Mars is strongly place in the lagna of Rashi and Navamsha charts . Trump is likely to get elected as the president of USA during this strong dasha of Rahu-Mars in his chart which will run till the end of 2016. However, the unfavorable transit of Saturn and Mars over his natal Moon in Scorpio will make him struggle a lot for this and he will keep inviting troubles for himself by his offensive statements.
