The recent victory of Donald Trump is noticeable in this regard as it shows the major ideological shift in the psyche of the people of USA. The country of immigrants that attracted large number of people from around the world in search of great economic opportunities and religious and economic freedom has not elected a president who propagate protectionism as his core ideology. Trump had earlier pledged that if elected ‘Americanism, not globalism will be his credo’. The president elected has now made his intentions clear by issuing a warning to the US companies about moving job overseas. Trump has also pledged that he will tear up the trade agreements and tag products from countries like China and Mexico if they continue to take American jobs.
The USA which has always been the staunch advocate of globalization and free trade has now come under the danger of moving towards the policy of protectionism to shield country’s domestic companies by taxing imports from foreign competitors. The country which was build by immigrants keeping herself open for new ideas is now seems to be closing its doors unwelcoming new talent . The Trump’s stand against workers from Mexico, China and India has also threatened the H-1B visa holders and aspirants in USA . I made this correction on the basis of life events and personality of Donald Trump. Donald Trump’s Raja Yoga’s
In the horoscope of Donald Trump the Sun, Moon and Mars are in Kendra position forming a very good Karaka yoga.
. The lagna lord Sun in the 10th house receiving the aspect of 5th lord Jupiter is a good Raja Yoga.
. Moon receiving the aspect of its Rashi lord Mars is also a good Raja Yoga as per Parashara.
. The Moon is also forming a Neech Bhanga Raja Yoga as it is receiving the aspect of its depositor Mars.
. In Jaimini the placement of Putrakaraka Mars in the lagna, Atamakaraka Sun in the 10th house and the Amatayakaraka Moon in the 4th house is making a good yoga for successful career.
Donald Trump was lucky to get the maha dashas of Sun, Moon, Mars and Rahu during his life time all of them being in good Raja Yogas. The Parashara has Varahamihira has used a term Karaka Yoga for planets being strongly deposited in Kendras and making Raja Yogas. This is a classical examples of good Karaka Yoga in the chart of Trump who enjoyed the dashas of these planets for almost four decades of his life.

The USA is at present running under the Vimshottari dasha of Mars from October 2011 to October 2018. The Mars is in mutual aspect with 6th and 7th lord Saturn in the foundation chart of USA. The country has made lots of expenditure in Iraq and Syria wars.
Now the Jaimini Chara dasha of Makar (Capricorn) starting from April 2017 to April 2021 is showing more dangerous wars for USA which might involve the use of weapons of mass destruction. The Makar (Capricorn) is 6th from the lagna and Karakamsha. The cluster of planets in the 6th house from Makar is ominous.
Rahu Maha dasha of USA
During the second half of Trump’s presidency the USA will get the Vimshottari dasha of Rahu in its foundation chart. The Raha maha dasha will run from October 2018 to October 2036.
