According to Brihat Samhita, the fifth century text of mundane astrology, at the time of solar and lunar eclipse, the planets which influence the zodiac sign and constellation of the eclipse through their conjunction or aspect, all those planets have different effects due to their respective causative elements and their natural significations. These types of results are given for each planet involve with luminaries at the time of  eclipse are given in the texts of Mundane astrology. In the horoscope of  lunar eclipse on the night of 28th October 2023 , the eclipse of the Moon in Aries will be aspected by Saturn, Mercury, Mars and the Sun. But due to Jupiter’s conjunction with Moon in Aries, the effects of bad results will also be under control. For example, if Mercury has influence on Sun or Moon at the time of eclipse, then there is loss of ghee, honey, oil and the kings. If Mars has influence on the zodiac sign (Rashi)  of eclipse, then there is danger from war, fire accidents and thieves and robbers. If Venus is afflicted at the time of eclipse, then there is destruction of crops and many types of family troubles. If Saturn affects the zodiac sign of eclipse then there is fear of reduction in rain, famine and thieves etc. If Jupiter’s aspect or conjunction is on the eclipse point, then it is helpful in calming all these bad effects.

The lunar eclipse falling at midnight on Saturday, October 28/29 will especially afflict Aries zodiac sign. According to Brihat Samhita, an eclipse in the Aries Rashi and Ashwani Nakshatra is considered  inauspicious especially for officers working in the army. According to Rahu-Chaar Adhyay ,  Chapter number 4 of Brihat Samhita, the eclipse falling in Aries sign affect badly the  Panchal country (present western Uttar Pradesh) Kalinga (Odisha) , gives trouble to Shursen (Mathura and nearby areas), Kamboj country (present day Cambodia), Kirat (country of herding cast). Also those who earn their living from Shastra i.e. weapons  (soldiers), Agnijivi (goldsmiths, blacksmiths and furnace workers) etc also suffer after the eclipse in Aries sign.  Due to the effect of this eclipse, there are chances of senior army officers getting killed in Ukraine war and Israel-Palestine conflict. Also some major companies dealing with gold and metal’s may come under the scanner of government officials.

At the time of the eclipse in Aries Sign , the Leo ascendant will be rising in India, due to the eclipse falling in the ninth house, there is a possibility of religious disputes, loss to the government due to a big decision of the Supreme Court, some disappointment in the sports world. In the first fortnight of November month there  are chances of fire accidents and earthquake is likely to come in the second fortnight. An earthquake of medium intensity may occur in North India and North-Eastern region in the month of November. According to the Indian Standard  Time, this eclipse will start at 2.39 pm and it will  end (Moksha)  at 6.19 pm, but in India this eclipse will be visible only after 5.12 pm at the time of Moon rise, that too in partial form. The effect of this eclipse will be more in USA, Australia,  Bangkok, South Korea, Japan and China. According to the Brihat Samhita, the effects of this eclipse falling in Aries (Mesha Rashi) sign will affect  Panchal (present Punjab), Kalinga (Odisha), Shurasen (ie Mathura and West Uttar Pradesh), Kamboj in India. Imran Khan, after surviving an assassination  attempt , blamed PM Shehbaz Sharif, ISI and home minister. Imran Khan is under enigmatic Jupiter dasha and Venus anter dasha in his chart in which Pratyanter of Mars was running when he faced this serious injury. His popularity will increase though he his party will face many legal challenges in days to come.
