The announcement of the polls schedule for five legislative assemblies of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattishgarh, Mizoram and Telangana in November-December 2018 has set the stage for the Indian general elections 2019. Ever since Narendra Modi has came into power he has kept the nation into election mode always. Bet it the news channels, news papers or social media the BJP led by Modi-Shah duo is always engaged in extreme self-praising. Now with the taints of failure in implementing big policy decisions like ‘demonetization’ and Make-In-India the prime minister Modi is under lots of pressure. The opposition has also got an opportunity to attack him on the issue of nepotism in giving favor to Anil Ambani’s Reliance defense over state owned HAL in the Rafael deal. All these factors are likely to became a cause for BJP’s big losses in the assembly polls of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattishgarh in 2018.
I have already made these predictions about the weakening of BJP in my post ‘Sadhe-Sati of Rahul Gandhi and revival of Congress Party’ earlier in December 2017. The available horoscopes of Naveen Patnaik ( 16 October 1946, 13:00, Cuttack, Orissa) and of K. Chandarshekar Rao ( 17 February 1954, 10:30 am at Siddipet, Andhra Pradesh) are indicating that these two satrap will do will and stop the BJP’s rise in their respective states.

The sub period lord Jupiter is taking the lordship of 8th house and 11th house placed in the 6th house of disputes. This general elections held during the period shows a weak government at the center. The transiting 10th lord Saturn in the foundation horoscope of India is in Sagittarius the 8th house also confirm it. Last time when Saturn was in Sagittarius it was in 1989 the Congress party led by Rajive Gandhi failed to get the majority in the general elections. The V.P. Singh, the leader of Janata Dal, become the prime minister with the support of other parties from outside and Congress had to sit in the opposition despite getting more than 190 seats in the 543 members Lok Sabha. The V.P. Singh government was fallen in 1990 December when the BJP withdraw support from it on the issue of Ram Janambhoomi agitation at Ayodhya. The Chandrashekhar then become the prime minister with the help of outside support given by the Congress party. This was the time during 1989-90 when Saturn transiting from Sagittarius had started the era of coalition governments at the center.
Now Saturn transiting from Sagittarius again is likely to weaken the present BJP government which had won 282 seats in Lok Sabha in 2014. The BJP is likely to form a coalition government this time. This will give a chance to Naveen Patnaik and K. Chandershaker Rao to play a role of supporter to the BJP . Naveen Patnaik was the minister in Atal Bihari government earlier as his party BJD was part of NDA government during 1998 to 2004. K.Chandershaker Rao, also know as KCR, was a minister in Chandrababu Naidu’s Telugu Desam Party during 1990’s. Later KCR formed his own party Telangana Rashatra Samithi on 27 April 2001. He also become minister in the Manmohan Singh’s Congress government. So both Naveen Patnaik and K.Chandershaker Rao has tried their hand in the central politics in past. Now this time in 2019 they are likely to play an important role in the return of Narendra Modi’ led NDA back into power.

In Gemini lagna horoscope of BJP the maha dasha of Sun had given them great achievements as the party had a strong government at the center leading the NDA which has 340 seats in the 543 members Lok Sabha ( Lower house of Parliament). The Sun as the 3rd lord in the 10th house is in exchange with the 10th lord Jupiter which is in the 3rd house. Sun is also the lord of 10th house from Moon. During its dasha the BJP had state governments in 22 states out of 30 till the time I am writing this article in the last week of August.
Now the Moon dasha has begun from April 2018 which is giving bad results to the BJP. The debilitated Moon in the 6th house is in Kemadruma Yoga as there is no planet on the either side of it. Though as per Sage Parashara the debilitated planets are consider good in the 3rd, 6th and 8th houses but Moon being a Maraka here will give troubles to the BJP. The party was unable to form the government in Karnataka despite being the single largest party in the state assembly elections in May 2018. BJP is also likely to get the bitter taste of defeat in the assembly elections of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh in the November-December 2018 when the Moon-Moon period in Vimshottari will be running. At the time of general elections of 2019 in April-May 2019 the party will be running under Moon-Mars dasha. Mars being the lord of 6th and 11th house will give the power and resilience to comeback. The party may then get around 190 seats in the Lok Sabha to form a coalition government which will become unpopular after next three and half years until Saturn enters into Aquarius in July 2022. The transit of Saturn into Aquarius the 8th house from the natal Moon of the foundation horoscope of India and in the 4th house from the natal Moon of BJP will bring problems in the central government at serious level after the July 2022.

The Congress party is under the enigmatic Jupiter-Venus dasha in Vimshottari from January 2017 to September 2019. Venus as the 3rd lord in the 10th house can give a surprise comeback. In the sub period of Venus the Congress party had performed will during the Gujarat assembly elections in November 2017 when they gave BJP a tough fight. The Venus sub period has also given Congress comeback earlier in 2004 when party had won the general elections defying all odds against it. It was during Rahu-Venus period in Vimshottari in year 2004 when the Congress party under the leadership of Sonia Gandhi had defeated the BJP under the stewardship of then prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Now the current Jupiter-Venus period shows that party can win the assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan surprising everyone. The transiting Saturn in the Sagittarius is in the 4th house from the natal Moon of Congress which is a negative thing in their horoscope. Thus the Congress party will have to be contended with the role of an opposition in 2019.
