The horoscope cast at the time of the Sun’s transit from one zodiac sign to another is called the Surya Sankranti horoscope. This horoscope is used to predict events that will occur during the 30-day period the Sun spends in a particular sign, according to the principles of mundane astrology. When the Sun enters the cardinal signs (movable Rashi) of Aries, Cancer, Libra, or Capricorn, the Sankranti horoscope at that time is of particular importance for predicting weather patterns and crop yields. This year, the Sun will enter Capricorn on Thrusday, January 15th , 2026, at 3:08 PM as per the Indian Standard Time.The Solar Ingress of Capricorn horoscope indicates difficult time for Iran particularly.

At the time of the Sun’s transit in Capricorn , the Sun will be conjunct with the benefic planet Venus in Capricorn, but the presence of the malefic planet Rahu in the next sign and the malefic planet Mars in the previous sign creates an inauspicious Papakartari Yoga. Due to this, some states may experience hailstorms or unusual rainfall in the next 30 days, potentially causing damage to crops. Supreme Court to deliver major decisions

In the Sun’s Makar Samkranti horoscope the Taurus ascendant is rising. The ascendant lord Venus is in the ninth house of the apex court of the country in conjunct with the Sun, the planet signifying political power and government.

Due to the debilitated Moon in Scorpio in the seventh house of the solar ingress chart, a major decision from the Supreme Court related to marriage or women’s issues is also possible. The mutual aspect between the seventh lord Mars and the tenth lord (political power) and the ninth lord Saturn, along with an aspect from the eighth lord Jupiter, also creates a possibility of a major sex scandal in the next 30 days, which will likely be in the headlines. In Navamsha of the solar ingress chart Rahu is in the 7th house and its depositor Saturn is badly placed in the 12th house also shows a possible sex scandal making the headlines in India which may involve some important persons of the ruling elite.

On the upcoming Amavasya (new moon) on January 18th, a dangerous conjunction of five planets – Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury and of Venus is forming at close degrees in Capricorn, which is creating a possibility of unusual rainfall in North India, snowfall in the mountains, and seismic activity. A moderate earthquake can create panic in the region of North India and also in Pakistan’s eastern parts.

Foundation Horoscope of Venezuela – What it foretells ?

In a shocking global development that occurred recently on January 3rd, the day of the full Moon, the United States carried out a highly precise military operation in its neighboring country, Venezuela. They apprehended President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, from their heavily fortified residence in the capital, Caracas, in the middle of the night without any major casualties, sending shock-waves in Geo-politics of the world. Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro is now in the custody of the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and is facing trial in a US court. The USA has accused Maduro, his wife and 14 senior officials of Venezuela for drug trafficking into the United States.

The above mentioned criminal case was filed on 20th of March 2020 by the United States Department of Justice {Refer link – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_v._Maduro,_et_al.}.

On the 16th of December 2025, i had discussed the solar ingress of Sagittarius for USA in my article ‘ Enigmatic Transit of Planets in January 2026- What it foretells?’ {Refer link – https://astrologicalmusings.com/enigmatic-transit-of-planets-in-january-2026-what-it-foretells/}. In that article i had forecast that USA will conduct a military operation in Venezuela within the period of Sun’s ingress into Sagittarius i.e. from 15th of December 2025 to 15th of January 2026 as per the Nirayan or Hindu Astrology system.

I had also given such predictions in my article written for the website of Hindi News Paper Nav Bharat Times then on the 15th of December 2025.

India’s leading overseas oil and gas exploration and production company, ONGC Videsh, has significant investments in Venezuelan oil production units, which have been stalled since the US imposed economic sanctions on Venezuela in year 2020. Therefore, India’s economic interests related to crude oil imports are directly linked to Venezuela.

How Baneful Sadhe-Sati of Saturn destroyed Venezuela’s economy ?

Venezuela’s foundation chart is based on July 5th, 1811 at 3 PM, in Caracas, the capital, when the country gained independence from the Spanish rule. In Venezuela’s foundation horoscope the Scorpio ascendant is rising. Mars is in the ascendant forming an “Unmaad yoga” (yoga of madness) with Jupiter in the seventh house. The rise in crude oil prices in the 1970s further benefited Venezuela economically, but the country’s rulers made a grave mistake by not using the wealth earned from crude oil exports for industrialization and agricultural development. Later, with the fall in oil prices, their economy collapsed which made them a poor country trapped in huge debt by the end of 1990’s. Noticeable point in the foundation horoscope of Venezuela is the aspect of both Mars and Saturn on the 8th house where the 8th lord Mercury is in conjunction with 10th lord (government) the Sun.

Why Venezuela is rich in crude oil and minerals ?

Although the influence of the Saturn on the 8th house is also a yoga for underground wealth. Bad Sadhe-Sati period for Venezuela

In 2015, crude oil prices fell once again. At that time, Saturn, the planetary significant of the crude oil, was transiting through the watery sign Scorpio, which was in the twelfth house from the natal Moon in Sagittarius in Venezuela’s foundation chart. This, it initiated the Sade-Sati period which was very bad for Venezuela as in Ashtakavarga Scorpio, Sagittarius and Capricorn signs each has less than 28 points. During this challenging period the Vimshottari Dasha of Saturn was running in the foundation chart of Venezuela. Saturn is placed in the 2nd house of wealth and it is debilitated in Navamsha. Venezuela’s economy crumbled, and the country experienced economic chaos for several years due to the effects of Sade-Sati and Maha Dasha of Saturn combine. Saturn Maha Dasha was running from June 2006 to June 2025 in the foundation horoscope of Venezuela.

Venezuela’s situation will change after June 2026, and India will benefit from this

In Venezuela’s foundation chart, with Scorpio as the ascendant, the Maha Dasha (major planetary period) of Mercury, situated in its own sign in the eighth house, has been running since July 2025. Mercury, the lord of the eighth and eleventh houses (house of gains), is conjoined with the Sun, the lord of the fourth house (house of power/throne). This conjunction is aspected by both the enemy planet Saturn and the friendly planet the Moon, the lord of the ninth house (house of fortune), from the house of wealth the 2nd house. The transiting Saturn is in Pisces in the 4th house from the natal Moon of Venezuela. Jupiter is in Gemini in the 8th house from the lagna. Both Saturn and Jupiter in the transit aspect the natal Saturn which as the 4th lord is signifying the throne of the ruler of the country.

Due to the influence of this planetary combination, there is a strong possibility of a change of power in Venezuela during this Maha Dasha of Mercury running current. Since Mercury is getting the aspects of both Mars and Saturn in close degrees so this change may bring more violence further. After apprehending President Nicolás Maduro, the US may bring the leaders of the opposition party to power in Venezuela in the next few months. Saturn, the planet associated with crude oil and gas, is situated in the house of wealth in Venezuela’s foundation chart and is aspecting the eighth house of underground resources with its seventh aspect, along with the Moon, the lord of the ninth house (house of fortune) is now favorable to bring improvement in economy of the country in coming years. Venezuela’s Maha Dasha lord Mercury is in the Navamsha of its friend Venus and in Dashamasha it is in own sign which bring hope for improvement in her administration.

Economy of Venezuela will improve

Venezuela possesses the world’s largest crude oil reserves, but due to adverse economic conditions and political instability over the past few decades, the country has lagged behind significantly in crude oil production. However, the Maha Dasha of Mercury in its own sign, situated in a wealth-generating combination, and Jupiter’s transit in Cancer (exalted) in the house of fortune from June 2026 onwards will gradually increase oil production in Venezuela, and improve the country’s economic situation. Between June 2026 and June 2027, Jupiter, transiting in the watery sign Cancer, will aspect Saturn already transiting in the watery sign Pisces with its ninth aspect, benefiting Venezuela and the world with increase in crude oil production. Several countries will increase crude oil (petroleum) production, leading to a decrease in petrol and diesel prices, which will greatly benefit petroleum-importing countries like India. According to one of our observation in mundane astrology, the transit of Saturn through watery signs and the aspect of Jupiter on it leads to increased production and a subsequent decrease in crude oil prices.

Jupiter Dasha and Russia-Ukraine War – A Dasha Pravesh chart analysis

Russia is the largest country in the world sharing her border with 14 countries, and have eleven time zones. Its landmass spans a large part of Eastern Europe and North Asia having population of more than 140 million people. As per Ptolemy, the father of Western Astrology, Russia is ruled by zodiac sign Aquarius. In modern mundane astrology we take the foundation horoscope of Russia for the day when her declaration of sovereignty happened on 12^th of June 1990. After the dissolution of Soviet Union in 1991 a new constitution was adopted containing a federal semi-presidential system.

After the fall of the USSR (founded November 11^th , 1917 at 23hrs. 12 minutes, at Leningrad, Sankt-Peterburg, Russia) during the Gorbachev rule Russia continued to struggle on economic front in the 1990’s when Boris Yeltsin was the President (July 1991 to December 1999). Then Vladimir Putin emerged on the political scene and country’s economy started improving largely by a boom in the oil and natural gas industry. However, Russia’s unauthorized annexation of Crimea region of Ukraine in 2014 and then four other regions during 2022 in the ongoing invasion of Ukraine put Russia’s economy under stress due to the various economic sanctions by the western world.

In the Virgo ascendant foundation horoscope of Russia (chart 1) Mars aspect the lagna, the 10^th house from the Janma lagna and also the 10^th house from the Moon. The strong influence of Mars in Russia’s foundation horoscope shows streak of totalitarianism in this country. Vladimir Putin has been ruling Russia since year 2000 as Prime Minister and then also as President with an iron hand crushing the opposition parties. Mars is in the 7^th house in the foundation horoscope of Russia which is the house of war. The aspect of 5^th and 6^th lord Saturn on the Mars has kept Russia involved in many wars particularly in the Maha Dasha of Rahu (from February 13, 2006 to February 13, 2024). Under Putin’s leadership Russia involved in military campaign against Chechen Speariest, military conflict against Georgia, Syrian Civil War and now an ongoing full-scale invasion of Ukraine since February 24^th, 2022.

War causalities in Dasha of Jupiter

In the book Hindu Predictive Astrology in Chapter number XXXI at page number 235 Dr. B.V. Raman has mentioned, that the seventh house in mundane astrology signify, “Health of Women, immorality in the Country, rate of infant mortality, war, foreign relations etc.”. Ever since Russia has started Ukrainian invasion in February 2022 after the Maha Dasha of Jupiter started in her foundation chart there has been hundreds of thousands of causalities on the both sides. Jupiter is the lord of the 7^th house of war in the foundation chart of Russia (chart 1). Since Jupiter is also taking the lordship of the 4^th house (land) in Russia’s foundation chart so it has given her a control of about 20% of Ukrainian land {Refer link – https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c0l0k4389g2o}.

Jupiter aspect the 4^th house in Rashi in the foundation horoscope of Russia. In Navamsha Jupiter is placed in the 4^th house along with the 7^th lord (war) the Moon. In Dashamasa Jupiter as the 11^th house (gains) lord is well placed in the 9^th house.

But this Jupiter is a ‘Maraka’ and functional malefic from the lagna and the Moon. Its 16 yearlong Maha Dasha (February 13, 2024 to February 13, 2040) can give major set backs to Russia’s economy and there will be major unrest in her society in year to come.

In the Dasha Phala Adhyay, chapter number 48 of the Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, at stanza number 5 & 6 Sage Parashara says that “during the beginning of any Dasha if the lord of the Dasha is in the lagna, in its sign of exaltation or in its own sign or in its friendly sign, gets the aspect of a benefic planet then this Dasha period gives good results. But on the contrary if the Dasha lord in transit is moving from the 6^th, 8^th or 12^th and/or in its sign of debilitation or from its enemy sign at the time of the beginning of Dasha then it will give bad results”.

The above-mentioned principal is known as the study of ‘Dasha Pravesh Kundali’. The method of casting the Dasha Pravesh Kundali (chart) is very simple. All we need to do is to check on which day any specific Maha Dasha is starting in a horoscope. Then cast a chart for the start of the day of Maha Dasha by taking the rising sign same as the ascendant and also taking the same place of birth. The rules to study the ‘Dasha Pravesh Kundali’ has been explained in more details in the ‘Dasha Tattwam’ chapter of the classical text ‘Jataka Tattwam’ which is the last chapter of this book.

In case of Russia her Maha Dasha of Jupiter started on 13^th of February 2024. I have taken the Virgo rising chart for the Dasha Pravesh of Jupiter (chart 2) by taking place as Moscow which is same as for the foundation horoscope of Russia (chart 1).

At the time of the onset of Jupiter Maha Dasha in Russia’s foundation chart the transiting Jupiter was in Aries which is the 8^th house (mishaps and mass deaths) in the horoscope of Russia (chart 1). The aspect of Mars (8^th lord) and Saturn (6^th lord) on the Maha Dasha lord Jupiter make things worse. On the 22^nd of March 2024 a coordinated terrorist attacks against the civilians occurred Crocus city in Russia in which 149 people were died and more than 600 were seriously injured by gun fire and suffering from burns (Refer link – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crocus_City_Hall_attack}.

At the time of the onset of Russia’ Jupiter Dasha the transiting Moon was in the 7^th house of war in Pisces along with malefic Rahu in close degrees. In the mundane astrology the Moon signify the general happiness of the public. Since the Moon is afflicted in the Dasha Pravesh chart of Jupiter for Russia so it has to give her civilians lot of pain and grief due to some national mourning.

When will Russia-Ukraine war end ?

Jupiter Dasha and Jupiter Anter Dasha in the foundation horoscope of Russia (chart 1) is from February 13, 2024 to April 2^nd, 2026. Jupiter as the lord of the 7^th house of war is afflicted by the 4^th aspect of 3^rd (border clashes) and 8^th (mass deaths) 8^th lord Mars placed in the 7^th house of war don’t show any sign of peace in the ongoing war with Ukraine. But in the Jupiter Dasha and Saturn Anter Dasha we do expect a ceasefire in the Russia-Ukraine war. Saturn as the 5^th and the 6^th lord is Vargottama and is well placed in the 5^th house of ‘mentality of the ruler and diplomacy’ which does give hope for peace in the region.

The Anter Dasha of the 5^th lord Saturn in the major period of Jupiter will run from April 2^nd, 2026 to October 14^th, 2028. During this period when the transiting Jupiter will be in Cancer, from May 2026 to May 2027, giving its 7^th aspect to the Anter Dasha lord Saturn in the natal chart we can expect a ceasefire to be announced in the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war. Russian President Putin will agree for the cease fire but since the Anter Dasha lord Saturn is in conjunction with the 11^th lord (gains) the Moon so he will not give-up a major portion of Ukrainian land occupied by the Russian army. The ceasefire in Russia-Ukrain war can happen any time in the second half of 2026 or in first half of 2027.

The Anter Dasha lord Saturn strongly placed in the Navamsha and Dashamasa give Russia an edge over the Ukraine in the peace talk for ceasefire.

Chart 3. Foundation Horoscope of Ukraine

August 24, 1991 at 18h. 00m. at Kive, at 30 E 31 and 50 N 26 with a balance of 3 years 11 months 8 days of the Mars Dasha at birth.

In the foundation horoscope of Ukraine (chart 3) Capricorn ascendant is rising. The Maha Dasha of functional malefic 3^rd (border clashes) and 12^th (war losses) lord Jupiter is running since August 2^nd, 2013. Jupiter is badly placed in the 8^th house of mass deaths from the lagna and the Moon. The close degree conjunction of Jupiter with its enemy planet Mercury is also unhelpful in Ukraine’s foundation horoscope. An important point to note here is that Jupiter take the lordship of 12^th house of war losses in Rashi , Navamsha , Chathurthamsa and Dashamasa charts. In Rashi and Dashamasa Jupiter is badly placed in the 8^th house of mass deaths.

Ukraine loss Crimea to Russian forces and separatist in March 2014. Later in this Dasha of Jupiter Russia attacked Ukraine in February 2022 and occupied parts of parts of Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Luhansk, Mykolayiv, and Zaporizhzhya Oblasts.

Chart 4. Dasha Pravesh of Jupiter for Ukraine

August 2, 2013 at 20h. 23m. at Kive, at 30 E 31 and 50 N 26

At the time of Dasha Pravesh of Jupiter ( August 2^nd, 2013) in the foundation horoscope of Ukraine the transiting Jupiter was in its enemy sign Gemini in the 6^th house from the lagna Capricorn. In the Dasha Pravesh chart of Jupiter for Ukraine there is no benefic planet in Kendra and the Moon (general happiness of public) is relegated to the 6^th house of strife along with the 6^th lord Mercury and malefic Mars. It is no surprise that Ukraine suffered heavily in its war against Russia. Tens of thousands of Ukrainian civilian causalities and displacement of more than 8.2 millions people has created Europe’s largest refugee crisis since World War II (Refer link – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russo-Ukrainian_war_(2022%E2%80%93present)).

Now in the foundation horoscope of Ukraine (chart 3) the Vimshottari Dasha of Jupiter and Anter Dasha of the Moon from December 1, 2024 to April 2^nd, 2026 is showing the most dangerous phase of this war which will give more pain to the Ukraine’s general public. The Anter Dasha lord the Moon is taking the lordship of the 7^th house of war and is afflicted in the lagna along with Saturn. In Navamsha it is in the 6^th house and is in mutual aspect with Saturn badly placed in the 12^th house of war losses.

It is only in the Anter Dasha of 11^th lord Mars placed in the 9^th house of foreign treaty we can expect Ukraine to reach at a peace agreement with Russia sometime in the end of 2026 or in early 2027. The Jupiter Dasha and Mars Anter Dasha will be from April 2^nd 2026 to March 9^th 2027.

The Anter Dasha lord Mars aspect the 4^th house in Rashi and Navamsha . In Dashamasa it is the lord of the 4^th house and in Chathurthamsa (land) it is lagna lord. Thus during the strongly placed Mars Anter Dasha Ukraine can get some land back from her enemy Russia, and there will be a ceasefire announcement anytime during the second half of 2026 or in early 2027 in the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war.

Jupiter Maha Dasha of Pandit Dhirendra Krisha Shastri (Bhageshwara Dhaam Sarkaar)

Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, popularly known as Bhageshwara Dhaam Sarkaar, is serving as Peethdheshwara (chief) of Bhageshwara Dhaam a Hindu religious site dedicated to Bhagwan Hanuman, in Gada village of Chattarpur district of Madhya Pradesh state. His supporters claim he has divine powers and that he can heal the sick, cure people possessed by ghosts and help people tide over financial and business problem by remedies suggested by him. His popularity surge from the year 2021 and by the end of 2023 the BBC reported that he has more than 7.5 million social medial followers across various platforms {Refer link – https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-india-64480726 }.

Six years ago, he uses to travel on motorbikes but after his luck shines he is now using a convoy of dozens of cars and sometimes a private jet, for his travel in India and abroad.

Under his leadership the Bhageshwar Dham temple had expansion and at present he also runs many social activities; A vedic education center (Gurukul), a big cow shelter (Gaushala) and a community kitchen was established by him which serves large numbers of devotees visiting the Balaji Hanuman Mandir in his village.

Cancer Hospital at Bageshwar Dham

On the 23^rd of February 2025 Prime Minister Narendra Modi lays a foundation stone for a cancer hospital to be built at Bageshwar Dham at the invitation of Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri {Refer news link – https://ddnews.gov.in/en/pm-modi-lays-foundation-stone-of-cancer-hospital-in-mps-bageshwar-dham/ }

The project is estimated to cost about 200 crores and it will provide free medical treatment to cancer patients from underprivileged background. Prime Minister Modi highlighted that “highlighted that the Bageshwar Dham Medical Science and Research Institute will be built on a 10-acre plot, with its first phase featuring a 100-bed facility”. Praising Pandit Dhirendra Krishan Shastri Prime Minister Modi said, “Now, at Bageshwar Dham, devotees will not only receive the blessings of bhajan and food but also the gift of a healthy life.”

Jupiter Maha Dasha of Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri

Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri (born as Dhirendra Krishna Garg) had very difficult childhood during his entire Rahu Maha Dasha from December 1999 to December 2017. Rahu is in the 3^rd house getting the aspect of the functional malefic and ‘Maraka’ Saturn. From the Moon Rahu is in the 8^th house which is also not good. Rahu’s depositor Mercury is in the 12^th house of occult sciences. From the younger age he was interested into spiritual pursuits and ‘Sadhana’ under the guidance of his paternal grandfather Pandit Bhagwandas Garg. Moon and Mars in Nakshatra Parivartana

An important yoga to note in the horoscope of Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri is the Nakshatra Parivartana (exchange) between the lagna lord the Moon and Yogakaraka Mars. The Moon is in Dhanishta in the Nakshatra of Mars which in turn is in the Nakshatra Rohini ruled by the Moon. When two planets are in each other’s Nakshatra they create a relations, which is good or bad as per their lordship. Since the Mars is a Yogakaraka, for being the lord of the 5th and 10th houses, and the Moon is the lagna lord so their Nakshatra exchange will give results like a Raja Yoga only.

Yoga’s for marriage in Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri’s horoscope

In the birth chart of Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri the 7^th lord (Saturn) is in the 9^th house in its own Nakshatra along with Ketu. In Navamsha the 7^th house has Venus and Rahu in mutual aspect with 7th lord Mercury there which is promising for marriage. From the Moon the 7^th house gets the aspect of Jupiter and the 7^th lord the Sun is also getting the aspect of Jupiter which is also a yoga showing his intent to marry.

During the ongoing Jupiter Dasha and Venus Anter Dasha from October 2025 to August 2028 he is likely to get married. The most likely time for his marriage will be during July 2026 to July 2027 when the Jaimini Chara Dasha of Aries will be running. Aries get the Jaimini aspect of the Darakaraka the Moon. In Navamsha the Darakaraka the Moon is in the 7^th house from Aries.

The transiting Jupiter will be in Cancer from the mid of 2026 to mid of 2027 when it will aspect the 7^th house from his Janma lagna and also the 7^th lord Saturn from the 9^th aspect confirming his marriage then.

His Jupiter Dasha, which is till December 2033, will be good for his religious career but it will keep him involve in many controversies also. Since Jupiter has acquire the good lordship of trine houses in Rashi, Navamsha and Dashamasha charts, and it is also under good aspect of the Sun so he will continue to enjoy the patronage from the top politicians of the country.

Oath Taking horoscope of C.P. Radhakrishnan – Will he be able to complete his tenure ?

On the 12^th of September 2025 Mr. C.P. Radhakrishna took oath of the 15^th Vice President of India. Earlier Ex. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar had resigned on the 21^st of July citing health concerns and he has not appeared publicly since his surprised resignation from the post. Former Vice president Jagdeep Dhankhar attended the swearing-in ceremony of his successor, CP Radhakrishnan, at Rashtrapati Bhavan. As a candidate of the ruling NDA C.P. Radhakrishna had won 452 electoral votes as against his opponent B.Sudershan Reddy’s 300 votes on the election day of 9^th of September. The Vice President election is done by an electoral collage in a secret ballot in which the member of the upper house (Rajya Sabha) and lower house (Lok Sabha) both participate. Interestingly at least 15 opposition MP’s cross voted in favor of C.P. Radhakrishan which had created a buzz in the political circle of center.

In classical text Muhurata Chintamani’s ‘Rajya Abhisheka Prakranam’ Chapter number 10 first Sloka it is mentioned, “When the Sun is in Uttarayana (from Makar Samkranti to Mithuna Samkranti), Jupiter and Venus are not combusted and the Sun, Mars, lagna lord and the ruler of the running Dasha and the Moon sign of the native is strong then it is good time for swearing-in-ceremony of the king. Also, the lunar month of Chaitra, Riktha Tithi (4^th, 9^th and 14^th lunar day), Tuesday, night time and Adhik Mass is not considered good for the Swearing-in-ceremony”.

Health Problems Foreseen

At the time of the swearing-in of C.P. Radhakrishnan the Sun was in Uttarayana and natural benefic planets Venus and Jupiter were not combusted by the Sun. Also, C.P. Radhakrishnan (born 20^th of October 1957, 09:35 a.m. at Tirupur, Tamil Nadu) has the Moon sign, which is Leo, lord the Sun is also strong at the time of his oath taking. But his Janma lagna lord Mars is badly placed in the 12^th house of his oath taking chart and it is in mutual aspect with retrograde Saturn which is the Maha Dasha lord of his birth chart at present.

In the oath taking chart of C.P. Radhakrishna the Moon is in Bharani Nakshatra who’s lord is ‘Yama’ and this Nakshatra being a ‘Kroora’ in nature is not consider good for the swearing-in-ceremonies. The Moon is the 10^th lord in his oath taking chart and it is in Mrityu Bhagh degrees. The Moon is placed in the 7^th house of opposition and a ‘Maraka Bhava’ getting the aspect of 7^th lord Mars which is also not good for his health. In Navamsha the Moon is in the sign of Mars and in Dashamasha the Moon is with Saturn a natural malefic.

The weak position of the Moon and the natural malefic planets in the 6/12 axis from the both lagna and the Moon producing a classical ‘Bandhana Yoga’ is a clear indication of some health issues to the newly elected Vice President of India in future.

Although Jupiter from the 9^th house aspect the rising sign of the oath taking but since Jupiter is a functional malefic here as the 6^th lord and 3^rd lord , and it is also in its enemy sign in Gemini so it’s aspect on the lagna is not much helpful.

Trimshamsha horoscope of C.P. Radhakrishnan

In the birth chart of C.P. Radhakrishna the Maha Dasha of the 4^th (throne of the ruler) and 3^rd lord Saturn is running which is in its Mrityu Bhag degrees. Saturn is functional malefic for the Scorpio lagna chart and it is in conjunction with 7^th and 12^th lord Venus which is a ‘Maraka’ planet for him. Saturn as the lord of the Navamsha lagna and Dashamasha lagna made him reach at the higher constitutional position in his political career, but this Saturn is a functional malefic from both his Janma lagna and Chandra Lagna.

From the Moon, which is in Leo, Saturn is the lord of the 6^th house (diseases) and 7^th lord thus becoming a ‘Maraka’. Also, since Gulika is in Aquarius so Saturn is also Gulika Rashi Pati which as per Prashna Marga is not good as Maha Dasha of Gulika Rashi Pati can be dangerous for health if it is not under good conditions in the birth chart. The Maha Dasha of Saturn and the Anter Dasha of Mercury in Vimshottari from December 2025 to August 2028 will not be good for his health. Mercury as the 8^th lord in the 12^th house is creating a ‘Vipreeta Raja Yoga’ but it is not good for health matters. In Navamsha and Trimshamsha (D-30) Mercury as the lord of the 6^th house shows some health issues during its Anter Dasha. When the Anter Dasha of Ketu placed in the 6^th house will run from August 2028 to September 2029 in which he may have to resign from his post due to some health issues or controversies. Ketu is making a 6/8 relations with Maha Dasha lord Saturn which is inauspicious for C.P. Radhakrishna.

Enigmatic Transit of Planets in January 2026 – What it foretells ?

As per a principal of mundane astrology if 4 or more planets move their sign simultaneously in a particular fortnight or lunar month then that period could be very sensitive. If Mars is involve in such planetary cluster then major political, social and meteorological disturbances take place rapidly. In the beginning of the January 2026 the Sun, Mars, Mercury and Venus will be in Sagittarius sign. But in the second half of January 2026 these four planets will join together in Capricorn. This may bring an earthquake in the region of Nepal and India, also some major political disturbances will also take place in this region.

We will study the solar ingress of Sagittarius, the Full Moon of 3rd of January 2026 and the New Moon horoscope of 19th of January 2026 to understand this planetary phenomena of the 4 planets moving together to the next sign.

On December 16th, at 4:20 AM as per the Indian Standard Time, the Sun will enter the Sagittarius zodiac sign. The Sun, the king of planets, remains in each zodiac sign for 30 days. The horoscope cast at the time of the Sun’s entry into a Rashi (zodiac sign) is called the Surya Samkranti Kundali, which, according to the principles of mundane astrology, is used to predict the weather, fluctuations in commodity prices, political upheavals, etc., for the coming month. To create a Solar ingress horoscope for a country, the standard time and location of that country’s capital are used. This year, when the Sun enters Sagittarius according to Indian Standard Time, the Libra ascendant will be rising. The Sun’s entry into Sagittarius will occur on the twelfth day of the waning moon phase, with the Moon in the Swati Nakshatra of the Libra sign. The Sun will be conjunct with the malefic planet Mars in Sagittarius, and the combined influence of Jupiter’s seventh aspect and Saturn’s tenth aspect on this conjunction will cause unrest in some countries due to earthquakes, war hysteria, and political turmoil.

The mutual square influence of Mars, the Sun, Jupiter, and Saturn on Sagittarius at the time of the solar ingress (Surya Samkranti) indicates a potential for earthquakes. Uttar Pradesh and Nepal are particularly influenced by the Sagittarius sign. The Arab world and Australia are also associated with Sagittarius as per Ptolemy.

There is a possibility of earthquakes in North India and Nepal around the full moon of January 3rd. Foundation Horoscope of IndiGo and aviation industry crisis in India

India’s largest airline, IndiGo, is currently grappling with its biggest crisis, which has not only cast a shadow over its future but also raised questions about the reputation of the country’s aviation sector. In the last seven days, IndiGo has cancelled more than 2,000 flights, causing troubles and humiliation to millions of passengers and creating chaotic situations at several major airports across the country. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) implemented new Flight Duty Time Limitation (FDTL) rules, aimed at providing more rest periods for airline pilots and crew members to prevent fatigue.The Ministry of Civil Aviation has introduce the FDTL rules in January 2024 but they failed to comply them on IndiGo resulting a major aviation crisis { Refer link – https://www.business-standard.com/industry/aviation/india-pilot-fatigue-rules-fdtl-indigo-flight-cancellations-explained-125120400570_1.html}

The government had given all airlines sufficient time to implement these new rules, but IndiGo, a low-cost carrier already struggling with a shortage of pilots and staff, showed gross negligence and disregarded the government’s orders. From an astrological perspective, InterGlobe Aviation Limited, or IndiGo, was officially incorporated on August 11, 2006, under the Companies Act, 1956. Jupiter is in the sixth house in Libra, the sign of its enemy Venus, and Venus, the lord of Antardasha, is in the third house in Cancer, the sign of its enemy Moon. Jupiter and Venus are showing a big conflict in the mutual position of 6/8 in the Navamsa chart in IndiGo’s horoscope. The Vimshottari Dasha of Jupiter Anter Dasha of Venus and Pratyanter Dasha of Jupiter is running from December 11, 2025 to April 20, 2026 is going to be very tough on IndiGo. At this time, the Central Government can impose a huge fine on IndiGo, due to which the matter will go to the Supreme Court.

Major Upheavals foreseen in the Aviation Sector of India

The foundation chart of independent India (August 15, 1947, midnight, Delhi) has a Taurus ascendant, where the inauspicious Dasha of Mars in Mars is currently running.

Mars is a Maraka (death-inflicting) planet and is situated in the Nakshatra of Rahu, the significator of the aviation sector. But in every sector of the country we find only one or two corporate players have almost entire control on the business; Be it telecom (Airtel and JIO), Ports (Adani), Aviation (IndiGo), Oil and Gas (Reliance), Airport infrastructure (Adani Group) are a few examples.
