On the day of Kartika Amavasaya when Manohar Lal Khattar took oath as the chief minister of Haryana for the second time it was Aquarius ascendant rising with Moon in the 8th house. On the day of 27th of October it was Amavasaya on Sunday when the day lord Sun was debliteated in Libra. Generally the day of Amavasaya (no Moon) is consider inauspicious for oath taking ceremonies but it seems that political situations in Haryana had compel the BJP to run for the government formation. But since Mr. Dushyant Chautala will be under the adverse Vimshottari dashas of Jupiter-Mars and Jupiter-Rahu in his Virgo (Kanya) lagna chart during 2021-2022 so it is certain that he will create troubles for this alliance.

During the election campaign of Haryana assembly elections BJP was boasting that they would win more than 75 seats out of 90. They were making similar tall claims in Maharashtra assembly elections which were not fulfilled. In Haryana BJP could only manage 40 seats while Congress got 30 and new born 11 month old party JJP bagged 11 seats which give them strong position to become a king-maker in the state assembly.

In the oath taking horoscope of Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar the biggest lacuna is a weak Moon in the 8th house with Mars which also get the bad aspect of Saturn. I wonder which astrologer would have advise him to chose such disastrous Muhurata for swearing-in-ceremony of new government? Mr. Khattar came into the helm of affairs for the second time which is a record as his government is second after Bhupinder Singh Hooda which has achieved this feat. After the hung assembly results Congress party was trying to lure JJP’s Dushyant Chautala but it was BJP which grab the opportunity though in hurry they end up choosing a bad Muhurata which will cost them later.

Notice the exchange between the 10th lord Mars and 8th lord Mercury in the oath taking horoscope. It is showing an unstable government struggling with controversies. But since the oath taking Muhurata chart has Jupiter and Mercury, two natural benefics, in the 10th house so the image of chief minister Khattar will remain decent. In Navamsha the Libra sign is rising with Saturn in the lagna and Venus in the 9th house which is good. But then 10th lord here also falls in a ‘Dusthana’. The positive thing in this oath taking horoscope is the placement of lagna lord Saturn in the 11th house of gains. Saturn is the karaka for farmers, poor and old age people. The Khattar government is likely to bring many good schemes for the welfare of farmers and old age peoples which will be appreciated widely. Jupiter influencing the 10th house in birth chart and Navamsha shows that Mr. Khattar will do well in implementing administrative changes, education policy and employment in Haryana.

I tried hard to get the birth details of Mr. Khattar but my sources in Haryana told me that as per his family his official date of birth is not correct as day and time was not properly noted when he was born in village Baniyani in humble background.

Future of BJP and JJP alliance in Haryana

The newly born party JJP is supported mostly by Jat voters in rural areas of Haryana who’s aspirations will be very high to control government contracts and grab more government vacancies. But then since the 3rd lord Mars is  in the 8th house so there will be some controversies in this alliance. The 3rd house is the house of your alliance partner and 7th house is the house of opposition parties. The 6th lord Moon is in the 8th house with along with 10th lord and 3rd lord  Mars showing this controversy to be related with a court case.  Dushyant Chautala’s party will put pressure on the BJP to try for the release of Om Prakash Chautala and his son Ajay Singh Chautala who were convicted in a recruitment scam in January 2013 by a New Delhi court which penalize them with a ten year sentence. This old court case against Chautala family’s senior leaders may become a root cause of dispute between the JJP and BJP in future. The 7th lord (opposition parties) Sun is in the 9th house with 9th lord Venus is strong so Congress will be aggressively oppose the wrong doings of this government in the assembly of state.
