The conjunction of Saturn-Jupiter is known to bring major social, political and economic changes in the world. The conjunction of these two major planets in the fiery sign is studied more deeply as it creates catastrophic changes in the world order through a chain of events which become historic. In year 2019 the Saturn-Jupiter will be conjoined in Sagittarius and later in 2020 (after March) they will be again in conjunction in the Capricorn sign. As per Jaimini system the Sagittarius is the strongest among the 12 signs and the Capricorn is the weakest. The conjunction of Saturn-Jupiter in these two Rashi’s has always brought major social and political changes in the world.

In 1960 when Jupiter and Saturn were in Sagittarius together the society of USA experienced a major ‘sexual revolution’ known as ‘Roaring Sixties’. The society of USA then started to become more open towards sex and extra-marital relations which destroyed the institution of marriage badly. During 1960’s women started protesting for equal rights and demanded their independence from men through a serious of campaigns in the USA. The ‘Bra Burning Protests’ were widely organized by women’s in the entire USA as a symbolic gesture to show independence from men. The 1960’s was the era in the western society when women came out of their shells of being confined to the role of housewives and mothers. Apart from this the civil right movement in USA, Vietnam war and anti-war protests, political assassinations and ‘emerging generation gap’ was also considered as the major happenings of the 1960s by the sociologists.

In 1962 the Saturn-Jupiter were conjoined in Capricorn which brought ‘Cuba Missile Crisis’ which nearly put the USA and then USSR (now Russia) into a war like situation. The ‘Indo-China’ war was also a major event which bring a major set-back for India and its prime minister Jawahar Lal Nehru’s international reputation was badly damaged. The year 1962 was also historic in space technology as Neil Armstrong of USA then become the first man to walk on the Moon.

Now the Saturn and Jupiter are going to be in conjunction again in 2019 which is going to be very important for India who will be undergoing general elections then. The Hindu New Year horoscope and foundation chart of India suggest that a weak coalition government may then bring major fall in the stock markets around May-June months. The year will also be noticeable for historic judgments of the Supreme Court in the matters related with ‘marriage and sex’, and there will be major reforms in the Indian judiciary.

The transit of Saturn from ‘war sign Sagittarius’ will also aggravate the ongoing ‘Rafael deal’ case in the Supreme Court. Interestingly last time when Saturn was in Sagittarius in 1989-90 the ‘Bofors Scandal’ had then created major political upsets giving loss of power to Rajiv Gandhi in the general elections of 1989. The V.P. Singh who then become the Prime Minister ( December 1989- November 1990) decided to implement the ‘Mandal Commission’ report to give reservations to the OBC (Other Backward Cast) in government jobs. This move of V.P. Singh ignited a cast confrontation from which the Indian society and politics has still not recovered completely. Apart from this during the transit of Saturn from Sagittarius in 1989-90 the ‘Ram Janambhoomi Andolan’ by the BJP and RSS also tear-apart the social-secular fabric of Indian society. Now Saturn is in Sagittarius again with another defense scandal (now Rafael) dangerously looming as a danger over the head of current prime minister and ‘Ram temple’ issue is also likely to be aggravated in year 2019-20 during the conjunction of Saturn-Jupiter. The Rafale deal and Augusta Westland Scam and some corruption matters related with demonetization will be highlighted in year 2019.

In the Hindu New Year 2019 or Pisces New Moon 2019 horoscope the Cancer sign is rising which is the 3^rd house of the foundation chart of Indian Independence. The luminaries (Sun and Moon) are in the 9^th house of religion and judiciary. The 9^th lord Jupiter is in conjunction with Saturn and Ketu. Mars from the 11^th house is giving aspect to the 9^th lord Jupiter showing aggravation of these matters. So the events related with religion and judiciary will be in prominence during the time period of operation of this chart from April 2019 to April 2020.

Apart from this the 2^nd house of finance, economy and government exchequer is getting the aspects of as many as 4 planets. In the foundation horoscope of India the Vimshottari dasha of Moon-Jupiter is running from October 2018 to December 2019. Jupiter as the lord of 11^th and 8^th house is in the sixth house of court cases and strife. The 11^th lord placed in the 6^th house also shows ‘come-back’ or ‘a fight-back’. Jupiter is giving aspect to the 10^th house from lagna and Moon which shows that the present NDA government will come back to the power again after the general elections of 2019. But since the sub period lord Jupiter is in enemy sign Libra and in enemy Navamsha Taurus so the government at the center will become weak and ruling party BJP will struggle to control demanding coalition partners.

The 10^th lord Saturn in the foundation horoscope of India is transiting from the 8^th house Sagittarius which is another astrological indication that the central government will become very feeble and will face lots of controversies in 2019. During the last general elections in 2014 the transiting Saturn was in exalted in Libra sign like it was in 1984 when Rajiv Gandhi had won general election with a record 414 seats in the parliament. In 2014 BJP had won 282 seats which give them comfortable majority as with their alliance partners they had 340 seats in the 543 member’s parliament.

But this time a weak Hindu New Year horoscope, bad transit and dashas in the foundation horoscope of India is indicating that BJP may not get full majority at their own which will create a coalition government at the center under is leader Narendra Modi who has till date got the advantage of leading only full majority governments. In the Hindu New Year horoscope the 3^rd lord Mercury falls in the 8^th house which do not show any great success in sports for India. In Navamsha the Jupiter is in the 3^rd and its lord Mars is in the 2^nd house with exalted Venus. Chandrababu Naidu’s Ashtam Shani Gochar and Andhra Pradesh Elections in 2019

N. Chandrababu Naidu, the CEO chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, is involved in a very interesting political battle in Andhra elections in April-May 2019. Chandra Babu Naidu had left NDA last year in June after being disdained by Narendra Modi’s BJP who denied his demand for special status for Andhra Pradesh. Naidu appears to be losing his political ground ever since his Ashtam Shani period has started. Chandrababu Naidu has his natal Moon in Taurus and the transiting Saturn is going from the 8th house from it in Sagittarius. The Ashtam Shani factor can give major set backs in life if dasha of malefic planets is running which is there in case of Naidu who is going through Saturn-Rahu period in Vimshottari in his Aries lagan chart. Astrologically Chandrababu Naidu is likely to lose the post of chief minister in this Andhra Pradesh assembly elections in 2019 and his party TDP’s strength is likely to reduce to half in both assembly and Lok Sabha.

Rise of Pawan Kalyan and danger for Naidu

Interestingly the two national parties BJP and Congress are almost in non-existent in Andhra Pradesh. It is now a political battle between Naidu’s TDP and Jaganmohan Reddy’s YSR Congress. The rise of Telgu actor turn politician Pawan Kalyan’s Jansena Party is a sign of worry for Naidu who got elected as chief minister in divided Andhra Pradesh in 2014 elections when Pawan Kalyan had openly supported him along with the BJP. Now this time Pawan Kalyan has an alliance with BSP and left Parties. Pawan Kalyan is the younger brother of super star Chiranjeevi who was very famous among Telgu and also a known figure in Hindi speaking cinema lovers. The son of Chiranjeevi is also a famous Telgu superstar of present generation who’s name is Ram Charan. Pawan Kalyan’s extended family’s 7 members are working in Telgu film industry so he has quite a hold in the state. Pawan Kalyan comes from the upper cast Kapu community who has strong base in central Andhra Pradesh. In the elections of 2009 Chiranjeevi, the elder brother of Pawan Kalyan, had jumped into politics launching his Prajya Rajyam party then. In the 2009 elections Chiranjeevi’s rise had become a major cause for Naidu’s defeat then. Later Chiranjeevi merged his party with the Congress.

Now the question comes will the rise of Pawan Kalyan is going to bring a change in the incumbent government in Andhra Pradesh ? Naidu is campaigning in the entire Andhra Pradesh projecting himself as the leader of anti-Modi front. On the other hand it is Jaganmohan Reddy who is secretly supported by BJP and K. Chandrashekar Rao’s TRS to dislodge Naidu from the seat of Andhra Pradesh’s chief minister. In the Cancer lagna horoscope of Andhra Pradesh the Vimshottari dasha of 12th lord Mercury placed in the 4th house is running at present. It is the Mercury-Mercury period from September 2018 to February 2021. The 12th house shows possibility of a change in regime. The transiting Saturn and Jupiter from Sagittarius are in the 4th house from the natal Moon of Andhra Pradesh and giving aspect to the 10th from Moon. If we see the double transit phenomena from the ascendant Cancer then also it indicate the same things. Saturn transiting from Sagittarius is giving aspect to the 10th lord Mars which is in Aquarius. Jupiter in Gochar from Sagittarius is giving its fifth aspect to the 10th house from Cancer. Both Saturn and Jupiter thus are influencing the 10th house from the lagna and Moon which is showing the astrological inevitability for a change of ruling Andhra Pradesh government of Naidu’s.

Why Andhra Pradesh got divided ?

Before i come to the chart of Chandrababu Naidu and Jaganmohan Reddy let me share with you an interesting astrological combination which i learned from my teacher Shri K.N. Rao. I use to visit him quite regularly at his home in Parparganj extension in Delhi. In one meeting he shared with me an interesting astrological observation on the chart of Pakistan which i later applied on natal horoscopes for testing. Rao Sir told me that in Aries lagan chart of Pakistan the exchange of houses between the 3rd lord Mercury and 4th lord Moon is under affliction from Saturn and Mars who are conjoining them respectively. This combination led to the division of Pakistan when it was going through an enigmatic Saturn-Venus dasha in Vimshottari and ‘Sadhe-Sati’ in 1971. Pakistan was divided after India gave her a humiliating defeat under the leadership of Indira Gandhi in 1971 war when Bangladesh was craved out of East Pakistan.

Now apply this principal on the chart of Andhra Pradesh which was divided in 2014 during Saturn-Rahu in Vimshottari and a ‘Sadhe-Sati’ as the transiting Saturn then was in Libra in the 2nd house from its natal Moon which is in Virgo. See carefully the horoscope of Andhra Pradesh here the 4th lord of land resources is falling in the 3rd house i.e. going 12th from itself. The 3rd lord Mercury is in the 4th house and 4th lord Venus is in the 3rd house. The 4th lord Venus is afflicted with the 8th aspect of Mars. The Andhra Pradesh has to loose its land by bifurcation. The same principal i tested on the charts of UP and Madhya Pradesh states which were also bifurcated in year 2000 when Uttarakhand and Chhatisgarh were created. If you check this combination in natal charts of persons who have lost landed property or have not got the share of their parental property you will find very good success.

Chandrababu Naidu after separating from NDA is now trying to create a grand alliance of 22 parties led by Congress to fight against Narendra Modi’s BJP. Naidu had become the chief minister of divided Andhra Pradesh in June 2014 when he was under the favorable Vimshottari Dasha of Saturn-Moon (March 2014 to October 2015) in his Aries lagna chart. See the exalted Moon in second house in good Gajakesari Yoga. Earlier he was the chief minister of undivided Andhra Pradesh from 1994 to 2004 during his maha Dasha of 9^th lord Jupiter ( 1987 to 2003) which is in great yoga here in the 11^th house of gains. Now Chandrababu Naidu is under an inauspicious Saturn-Rahu period from December 2016 to October 2019. Saturn and Rahu are in 6/8 position in his Rashi chart. In Navamsha Saturn as the lord of 6^th house is in the lagna. Rahu is in the 3^rd house with lagna lord Mercury and is in mutual aspect with 12^th lord Sun which is not helpful. The transiting Saturn from Sagittarius is in the 8^th from his natal Moon in Taurus. All these are indicating a great humiliation for him. Interestingly the horoscope of his party TDP ( 29 March 1982, 16:20 hours at Hyderabad) is also under the baneful ‘Ashtam-Shani’ transit.

In Chara Dasha the period of Taurus-Pisces (January 2019 to October 2019) is running at the time of these elections. Taurus has Ganatikaraka Moon and the Atamakaraka Mercury falls in the 12^th from it. From Bhuktisign Pisces the Amatayakaraka Venus falls in the 12^th house. All these astrological indicators not only shows a big political loss for Naidu but he may also have to face some serious health issues in next couple of years. TDP has 15 MP’s in lok Sabha and 105 MLA’s in Andhra Pradesh assembly. Their strength will not even remain half after elections results in May 2019 and Chandrababu Naidu will lost his chair of chief minister of the state.

Horoscope of YS Jaganmohan Reddy

Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy is the son of the former chief minister of undivided Andhra Pradesh late Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy popularly known as YSR. Jaganmohan’s father YSR was died on 2^nd of September 2009 in an air crash when he was undergoing the enigmatic Saturn-Venus-Saturn period in Vimshottari. Saturn is retrograde in the 9^th house of father getting the bad aspect of 8^th lord Mars in his Virgo lagna chart. In Dwadamsha chart the Gemini lagna is rising where Saturn and Venus are in the 9th house of father. Jaganmohan Reddy entered into politics just 6 months after his father’s death. Soon he started having differences with Congress party. On 12 March 2011 ( at 14:29 hours at Jaggampeta in East Godavari) he announced the name of his new party “ YSR Congress”. In the Cancer lagna horoscope of YSR Congress party the 10^th lord Mars falls in the 8^th house. It was no surprise that Jaganmohan Reddy had to struggle a lot in his first assembly elections in 2014. He was running under the Dasha of Saturn-Rahu ( December 2013 to October 2016) in Vimshottari in his Virgo lagna horoscope at that time. Saturn and Rahu are in the 6/8 axis made which him sit in the opposition. Earlier he had spend 16 months in Jail on the charges of embezzlement in year 2012 and 2013 during his Saturn-Moon and Saturn-Mars periods in Vimshottari.

Now the Dasha of Saturn-Jupiter is running from 27 October 2016 to 10 May 2019. Jupiter is with Sun, in the 4^th house, making a ‘Raja Lakshan Yoga’ which as per Shri K.N. Rao is a great yoga promising success in politics.The Saturn-Jupiter-Venus period will be running at the time of elections in April-May this year. Saturn and Jupiter are in the 6/8 position but the anter-dasha lord Venus is in good Raja Yoga. Venus as the 9^th lord is with 10^th lord Mercury and they are in mutual aspect with 5^th lord and 6^th lord Saturn which is excellent for wielding power. So after some struggle he can become the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh and may even join the NDA led by BJP to get some ministerial births for his MP’s at the center. The Vimshottari Dasha of vargottama lagna lord Mercury starting from 10 May 2019 shows a very promising political career ahead for Jaganmohan Reddy. He will shine both at the state and center politics by outmaneuvering his political enemies Congress and TDP. So it will be the Jaganmohan Reddy who is likely to become the next chief minister of Andhra Pradesh.

Saturn in Sagittarius and Indian General Elections in 2019

Transit of Saturn from Sagittarius sign is known to bring problems for the central government, defense scandals and major changes in the society. The Saturn was in Sagittarius for the first time in the history of Independent India during February 1958 to January 1961. This period is noted for the bitterness between India and China over the issue of Tibet which resulted in a war in 1962. During the Tibet uprising in 1959 Dalia lama came to India secretly to take asylum along with his cabinet which ignited China. Interestingly the Saturn-Jupiter have conjoined in Sagittarius in 1960 and later in Capricorn in 1962. The conjunction of Saturn-Jupiter in these two signs has to be sensitive for India. Sagittarius is the 8^th house from the lagna in the foundation horoscope of India. The Capricorn is the second weakest sign, after Gemini, as per Ashtakavarga system in the foundation horoscope as it gets only 20 points there.

The transit of Saturn from Sagittarius during 1958 to 1961 was bad for the image of Nehru’s government then which was facing troubles due to rising inter-party corruption and bickering. Indira Gandhi’s selection as the Congress party president in 1959 arouse criticism for alleged nepotism by Nehru who was said to be nourishing dynastic ambitions then.

Next time when Saturn was transiting from Sagittarius during December 1987 to November 1990 the period brought volatile economic, political, social and religious upheavals for India. The Bofors Scandal shattered the ‘Mr. Clean’ image of then prime minister Rajive Gandhi. The Bofors Scandal become the major issue in the subsequent general election of 1989 in which Congress had to lose power. However, the coalition government of Janata Dal led by V.P. Singh was unstable and he had to resign in November 1990 when Saturn was transiting in Sagittarius. But during his short tenure he implemented the ‘Mandal Commission report’ to give reservation to the ‘other backward classes ’ (OBC) which tear apart the social fabric of Hindu society from which India has still not recovered. The Ram Temple issue had then become the main cause of the fall of V.P. Singh in 1990 when BJP withdraw support from his government after Lalu Prasad Yadava, then Chief minister of Bihar, arrested L.K. Advani in Samastipur during his Ram Janambhoomi agitation (Rath Yatra). During this period the economic crisis of India forced her to airlift its ‘gold reserve’ as a pledge to a large conditional bailout loan from the IMF.

Now when the general elections in 2019 is going to happen during April-May the Saturn will again be in Sagittarius, this time conjoined with Ketu and Mars will be in its opposition in Gemini sign in the month of May when the elections results are likely to be declared. This combination again shows some volatile political disturbances, economic crisis due to fall of share market and a coalition government at the center led by BJP.

The Vimshottari Dasa of Moon-Jupiter ( August 2018 to December 2019) will be running in the foundation horoscope of India at the time when general elections will be held. Jupiter, the sub period lord, giving aspect to the 10^th house from both the lagna and Moon shows the possibility of the return of incumbent government of NDA led by BJP. But since Jupiter is the lord of the 8^th house and is placed in the 6^th house from the lagna so the next NDA government will be weaker than the present one. Also notice that Jupiter is in enemy sign in both Rasi and Navamsa. BJP will not get the full majority this time unlike in year 2014 when they got 282 seats and with its alliance NDA had total tally of 336 seats in the 543 members Lok Sabha. The transiting Saturn was in Libra then in 2014. Interestingly when Saturn was in Libra in 1984 the Congress led by Rajive Gandhi has got more than 400 seats in general elections riding on the sympathy wave after the assassination of Indira Gandhi. Exactly 30 years after it the ‘Modi wave’ swept through the opposition in 2014. But this time in 2019 there will be a coalition government at center led by BJP as indicated by Dasas and transit.

Saturn is the lord of 10^th house (central government) in the foundation horoscope of India. Its transit from its exaltation sign Libra has given strength to the central government in 1984 and 2014. Moon as the 2^nd lord placed in the 6^th house has given problems of ill-health to many of the important BJP leaders in recent time like Arun Jaitely and Sushma Sawraj having kidney aliments, Manohar Parikar struggling with cancer and Anant Kumar died with the same disease in November 2018. Now the sub period of retrograde Mars giving aspect to the 6^th house in Rasi and Navamsa shows more troubles for its leaders like some of them facing accident, violence and even death in 2019. In Chara Dasa the period of Capricorn is running from where Atamakaraka Saturn falling in the 8^th house with Ganatikaraka Jupiter and malefic planets like Mars, Rahu and Saturn also shows the same concern from the Jaimini angle for the BJP leaders.

New alliances for BJP

But the 6^th and the 11^th lord Mars will also help the BJP to come back into power at the center though with reduce majority this time. As per Jaimini the Amatayakaraka Moon and Putrakaraka Venus giving aspect to Dasa Rasi Capricorn confirm this astrological possibility. BJP may though get below 200 seats this time but they will get new alliances like K. Chander Shakar Rao (KCR), Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy and Naveen Patnaik joining the bandwagon of NDA to enjoy power. KCR has his Moon in Cancer which is in trine to the Moon sign of BJP in Scorpio. Naveen Patnaik has his Moon in Gemini which is the ascendant of BJP. So these two stalwarts can join the NDA in 2019 in the event of BJP falling short of majority.

In 2004 when Congress has come back into the power, after defeating the BJP led by Vajpayee, it was Rahu-Venus Dasa in Vimshottari. Rahu along with 5^th lord Moon is auspicious in the chart of Congress party. Venus sub period in major period of Rahu had then given power to the Congress party. But this time Venus sub period has come in the major period of Jupiter which is in enemy sign and afflicted by malefic planets in Navamsa chart. The transiting Saturn from Sagittarius is in the 4^th from the natal Moon of Congress is not very helping either. But astrologically the general elections of 2019 will make Congress an opposition party at the center with resilience to fight the ruling BJP .

The 7^th house from the Moon has malefic planets Mars and Sun. Venus the Karaka for marriage is in ‘Paap-Kartari’ yoga showing why he is likely to remain bachelor. In Navamsa the lagna lord Venus debliteated in the 12^th house also confirm this possibility. During his first ‘Sadhe-Sati’ he lost his father on 21 May 1991 when Saturn was transiting from Capricorn sign. Rahul Gandhi’s Moon is in Kemadruma Yoga and is a strong malefic due to Amavasya birth getting strength in ‘Shadabala’. It was Venus-Saturn ( February 1989 to April 1992) in Vimshottari when he lost his father Rajive Gandhi in a tragic incident of assassination.

Venus is in the 2^nd house from the Sun and the sub period lord Saturn aspect the 9^th house of father. The 9^th lord falling in the 8^th house in Rasi and Navamsa has to give his father short life. Also notice the affliction of malefic planets on the 9^th house in both Rasi and Navamsa.

Kemadruma Moon Dosha

The Kemadruma Moon made him a reluctant politician. Rahu in the 5^th house and the debliteated 5^th lord shows lack of intellect. The Vimshottari Dasa of Mars-Moon will be running from 14 September 2018 to 15 April 2019. Mars is combust with Sun but is in ‘Shubha-Kartari’ yoga which shows some promise. But the sub period of Kemadruma Moon do not show much success. In Chara Dasa Pisces-Capricorn is running from 20 March 2019 to 19 August 2019. Amatayakaraka Mars, Putrakaraka Sun and Darakaraka Moon aspect the Pisces which is the 6^th house from the lagna and the 12^th from Atamakaraka Saturn. The sub period sign Capricorn has Amatayakaraka in the 6^th house showing struggle. So Rahul Gandhi will have to content himself to be an opposition leader only.

The Vargottama Vrischik (Scorpio) lagna horoscope for Narendra Modi I am discussing here is from the data of my teacher Shri K.N. Rao. A Tula lagna horoscope of Narendra Modi is also in circulation but as per Shri K.N. Rao it is not correct for the three main reasons.

If Narendra Modi had Tula lagna then the ‘Paap-Kartari’ yoga on the lagna would have jailed him during emergency whereas he was one of the very few leaders who were never being caught by government agencies then. The ‘Bandhan Yoga’ in Tula lagna would have surely land him into jail but Vrischik lagna do not show such promise.
Modi was born in the poor family of grocers and has seen poverty for most of his life as per his own account. This is not astrologically explainable from Tula lagan where Saturn-Venus in the 11^th house, Mars-Moon in the 2^nd and the combination of 11^th lord Sun and 9^th lord Mercury in the 12^th are great Dhana Yogas. In Vrischik lagna the debliteated 9^th lord with the 6^th lord Mars in the lagna explains early death of father. The Saturn and Mercury, who’s Dasa he got during early years, become the functional malefic for Scorpio lagna giving him troubles.
If we take Tula lagna for Modi then it will be difficult for us to explain why did he left his wife after few days of his marriage? In Tula lagna the 7^thlord Mars is in the 2^nd house conjoined with the 10^th lord Moon do not show such promise. But in Scorpio lagna the Mars become the 6^th lord and Saturn a functional malefic giving aspect to the 7^th house of marriage. As per a Parasharai principal Saturn and Mars giving aspect to a house shows the loss of its significations i.e. Karakatattwa. Moreover, in Scorpio lagna chart the 7^th lord Venus is in Leo along with malefics in Rasi and Navamsa showing lack of happiness from marriage.

Narendra Modi had become the prime minister of India in 2014 when he was running under the Vimshottari Dasa of Moon-Jupiter (November 2013 to March 2015). Moon and Jupiter are both yoga giving planets for Scorpio lagna. So his tremendous victory in the general elections of 2014 and also in the states elections of November-December 2013 is explainable from Scorpio lagna chart.

Second term as Prime Minister for Narendra Modi

Now the Moon-Venus period will be running from October 2018 to June 2020. Venus being the lord of 7^th house (war and opposition) and the 12^th house (losses) is Vargottama in the 10^th house of power. The sub period of Venus can make him to retain the post of prime minister but his power will be reduced. He will have to run a coalition government now which will become weak after July 2022 when transiting Saturn will reach into Aquarius the 4^th house from the natal Moon of Modi and BJP. Before this in the first half of 2020 he will have to face a war with Pakistan and China as the sub period of 7^th lord Venus in his chart indicates.

As per Jaimini the Chara Dasa running in the horoscope of Prime Minister Modi is of Aquarius-Libra from March 2019 to September 2019 is just average. The Amatayakaraka Venus and Atamakaraka Saturn aspect the 12^th house from Aquarius sign. These two Jaimini Karaka’s also aspect the Libra which is the sub period sign. So it is showing reduction of strength and trouble in running the government.

Horoscope of KCR and Telangana Elections in 2018-19

Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao known as KCR is the chief minister of Telangana and founder of Telangana Rashtra Samithi party (TRS) . KCR has also served on important positions earlier as a leader of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in the cabinet of N.T. Rama Rao and Chandra Babu Naidu. In April 2001 he resigned from TDP and formed his own party TRS to fight for separate statehood for Telangana people. He later joined hands with Congress party who agreed to fulfill his demand for a new Telangana state. In September 2009 after the tragic death of Andhra Pradesh popular CM Y. S. Rajashekara Reddy (YSR) a leadership crisis emerged within the Congress party. KCR took advantage of this situation and went for a fast-unto- death for the demand of Telangana on 29 November 2009. His demands were conceded by the Congress and TDP. He become the first chief minister of the Telangana state on 2 June 2014. KCR is a staunch believer of astrology and it is reported that he took the surprise decision to dissolve the Telangana assembly six months before its term completion in March 2019 on the advise of astrologers. The horoscope of KCR is suggesting that he can come back to power after winning the Telangana assembly elections in 2018 and later in the general elections of 2019 he may join the NDA after the declaration of results.

As per some news reports the K Chandrashekar Rao has decided to jump in assembly polls before it’s official due period for the reason to take advantage of de-linking the state elections from the parliamentary elections in 2019. Now he can fight Congress, which is his principal opponent, as a regional force with behind the curtain understanding with the BJP during assembly polls and later he could join the bandwagon of NDA after the general elections in the event of BJP falling short of majority to form the government at center. I had already predicted about this possibility in my article ‘Planets and Indian Elections Scene in 2018-2019’ on 17 October 2018 at this blog. As per my astrological assessment the BJP may not get more than 200 seats in the general elections of 2019. This will give satrap like Naveen Patnaik and K Chandershakar Rao an opportunity to join the NDA led by BJP at center.

Balance of Dasha in Vimshottari: Jupiter 1 years 2 months and 6 days

In the Aquarius lagan horoscope of Telangana the lagna lord Saturn exalted in the 9th house is in mutual aspect with Yogakaraka Venus making a great Raja Yoga. Jupiter’s aspect on the Saturn is amply explaining why Telangana is financially better than Andhra Pradesh. The Telangana got the rich ancient city of Hyderabad and many cash rich temples whereas the residual Andhra Pradesh is left paying of debts. The 2nd ( state exchequer) and 11th ( gains) lord Jupiter with 5th lord Mercury in the 5th house is a great Dhana Yoga as per Sage Parashara. The 11th lord in the 5th house with the 5th lord is the best Parashari Dhana Yoga. The state of Telangana was lucky to get the dasha of Saturn from August 2015. The 19 year long dasha of Saturn and later the maha dasha of Mercury will make this state one of the richest in India.

Now when the transiting Jupiter is in Scorpio at the 10th house of Telangana state and giving aspect to its natal Moon in Cancer there is no astrological possibility for the loss of current government in the elections. So the anti-incumbency against KCR government and the Mahakutumbi ( Congress alliance with TDP and others) may fail to bring a change in the the assembly elections in Telangana.

In the horoscope of KCR the lagna Moon is in Cancer which is the Moon sign of Telangana. There is no surprise he is the most famous leader of the state at present. The Atamakaraka Moon receiving the aspect of so many Jaimini Karaka’s is a great Raja Yoga. Although some poll surveys are forecasting the loss of KCR in the assembly elections in Telangana in December 2018 but astrologically he is likely to come back to the power strongly. The Aries lagan horoscope of KCR has great Raja Yoga’s and his present dasha of Rahu-Venus in Vimshottari do not show fall from power. See the mutual aspect of 9th lord Jupiter with lagan lord Mars. Then the exalted Saturn in Kendra making ‘Shasha Mahapurusha’ Yoga. The 3rd and 6th lord Mercury in the 11th house shows his great fighting ability and resilience. The 5th lord Sun and the 7th lord Venus in the 11th house shows the involvement of his family in politics to assist him. He is facing the allegation of running the family rule in the state. His son K.T. Rama Rao is a cabinet minister holding important portfolio in his government. His daughter K. Kavitha is M.P. from Nizamabad and is nurturing the dreams of getting a role in center politics. His nephew T Harish Rao is in KCR cabinet and now another nephew J Santosh Rao has entered into the politics.

It is the dasha of Rahu-Venus from March 2018 to March 2021. Venus as the lord of 2nd house shows involvement of family members of KCR into his political affairs. Venus is combust with Sun and under the aspect of Mars from the 8th house showing some controversies which may trouble him once the transiting Saturn will move into Aquarius in the 8th from his natal Moon after July 2022. Venus is in the 11th house of gains and is in exchange with Saturn which is exalted in the 7th house of ‘Pada-Prapti’. It is important to note here that he become the chief minister on 2 June 2014 when Rahu-Saturn ( October 2011 to August 2014 ) period was running in Vimshottari. Now it is Rahu-Venus-Moon when assembly elections in Telangana will happen. Moon is in own sign Cancer at the 4th house of public opinion. The Rahu-Venus dasha of KCR is showing success in both assembly elections in 2018 December and later general elections in May 2019. The Chara dasha of Sagittarius from February 2015 to February 2020 shows rise of KCR. The Amatayakaraka Jupiter is giving aspect to the 11th house from Sagittarius. So KCR can come back to power after winning the assembly elections in December 2018. Later he can play an important role in the politics of center after joining the NDA government in May 2019.
