Partial Solar Eclipse of 21st of September 2025- What it foretells ?

A partial solar eclipse is scheduled to occur on the Ashwin Amavasya (New Moon day on the Lunar month of Ashwin) on the September 21st, visible only in parts of Australia and New Zealand and also Fiji. Since this partial solar eclipse is not visible in India, there will be no religious significations of it. However, the transiting position of planets at the time of this eclipse, which is in Virgo sign and Uttaraphalguni Nakshatra, is being affected by the seventh aspect of retrograde Saturn. Therefore, anti-government protests and public outrage are possible in many countries. In Australia, some racists minded people held a large rally in the second week of September protesting against the increasing number of Indian immigrants in their country.

Unsuccessful protests by such right wing hardliners may also occur in some other countries against the Indian immigrants. Ashwin Amavasya will end at 1:24 am on September 22nd, according to the Indian Standard time. This partial solar eclipse will occur in the Southern Hemisphere so its more impact will be felt there only as per cardinal rules of mundane astrology.

In the foundation horoscope of India (15 August 1947, 00:00 hours at Delhi) the fifth house of the Taurus ascendant horoscope of independent India will get the transit effect of Mercury, along with the Sun and Moon, in Virgo. The fifth house is considered to be related to the students, as well as the stock market, tourism industry, cinema, and diplomacy of foreign ministry. Due to the influence of retrograde Saturn transiting in Pisces on the eclipse sign, Virgo, students from India who have gone abroad to study within three months of the eclipse may face some difficulties, especially in countries like the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. Also, since the Maha Dasha of the 7th and 12th lord Mars has just started so the period of Mars-Mars in Vimshottari will be tough for NRI living in abroad.

Interestingly it was the India diaspora which was blindly supporting the Presidency of Donald Trump in the USA and there were many crazy fans of Trump who were doing various kinds of Pooja to wish him a grand success in the US Presidential elections. Now ever since Trump has came into the helm of affairs for his second term he is giving a hard time to the Indians on every front. Now coming back to the Partial Solar Eclipse of 21st of September 2025. As per the foundation horoscope of India the Vimshottari Dasha of Mars and Anter Dasha of Mars running is not favorable. Transiting Mars at present is in Libra in the 6th house of conflicts which shows that India will have a hard time for next 30 days in managing her foreign relations.

In Australia’s Pisces ascendant establishment horoscope (January 1, 1901, 1:25 pm, Melbourne), the difficult Vimshottari Dasha period of the Sun and the Anter Dasha of Venus is not auspicious until June 2026. In New Zealand’s Taurus ascendant foundation horoscope (September 26, 1907, midnight, Wellington), the favorable position of Venus Dasha and Saturn Anter Dasha will give moderate results to her economy.

The solar eclipse will have a greater impact on these people and directions

Total Lunar Eclipse of 7/8 September 2025 – What it foretells for India and the World ?

On the upcoming 7th September Sunday night, on the full Moon day of the lunar month of Bhadrapada, a long duration lunar eclipse is going to occur which will be visible in the entire Western Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Africa as well as the eastern regions of North and South America. According to the Indian Standard time, this eclipse will start at 9:57 pm and will be at its peak from 11:01 pm to 1:26 am on the night of 7/8 September. In India, the duration of this lunar eclipse will be 3 hours 29 minutes which will be quite long. This lunar eclipse will occur when the Moon is in Aquarius in Purvabhadrapad Nakshatra which will be very sensitive for India and Pakistan both. As per the Koorma Chakra the Purvabhadra Pada Nakshtra signify the North direction. Uttarabhadra Pada also signify this North direction and Saturn at present is transiting in it.

This eclipse will occur on the tenth house (government) from the Taurus ascendant foundation horoscope of independent India (15th August 1947, midnight, Delhi), due to which there may be important changes in the central government in the next 6 months and the stability of the BJP government at the center may also be in danger.

Jupiter, being in Gemini, is in the Kendra of Mars transiting in Virgo. And Saturn, being in Pisces, is forming Samsaptaka Yoga (mutual aspect) with Mars transiting in Virgo. The central position of these big planets at the time of lunar eclipse and the Samsaptaka Yoga of Mercury and Moon also is the possibility of loss of life and property in the Himalayas or Hindukush region due to earthquake, because of which people will suffer in some areas of India and Pakistan. Due to the affliction to the sign Pisces, there will be a possibility of more troubles in the flood-hit Punjab region of India and Pakistan. Rainfall within 3 days may increase problems of these ares. At the time of this lunar eclipse Jupiter aspect the eclipse sign Aquarius and Mercury also aspect the Moon.

Pressure on India to make trade deal with America will increase

India has now also joined the list of countries struggling with the ‘trade war’ of US President Donald Trump. America has imposed 50% duty on some important items of export from India like diamonds, jewellery, precious clothes, shoes, leather goods, furniture, sports goods, chemicals etc. from the last week of August. After the upcoming lunar eclipse, America will put heavy pressure on India to make a trade deal and reduce the duty on some of its agricultural products like fruits and nuts, and automobiles, modern weapons and electronics goods etc. and import more from the USA. Under this new policy of pressure in global trade, the US government can also take strict action against the companies of some big industrialists of India.

Saturn Maha Dasha of C.P. Radhakrishnan

As per my teacher Shri K.N. Rao the Maha Dasha period of Saturn is generally considered very good for politicians in democracy. Saturn is the natural karaka (significant) for the democratic process. If Saturn as the Kendra (angle) or Kona (trine) lord is connected with the Kendra house/houses then such Maha Dasha of Saturn can give lots of success to the politician concern. In the horoscope of Mr. C.P. Radhakrishna the candidate for the Vice President election from the BJP this rule appears to be working perfectly. In the Scorpio lagna horoscope of C.P. Radhakrishna the Maha Dasha of 4th lord Saturn has given him good success ever since it has started in his horoscope in December 2022.

In a mysterious political development in the third week of July this year , the then Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar surprised everyone by submitting his resignation to the President Draupadi Murmu. 74-year-old Jagdeep Dhankhar’s tenure as Vice President was till 2027 but citing health reasons he suddenly resigned from his post. Now on the 9th September, members of both the houses will vote for the election of the Vice President of the country. BJP has fielded C.P. Radhakrishnan, who comes from Tamil Nadu of South India and has an RSS background. Radhakrishnan’s horoscope, all the planets are situated in the tenth house, eleventh house, twelfth house and ascendant respectively. If all the planets, except Rahu-Ketu, which are shadow planets, are in the 10th, 11th, 12th and 1st houses, then ‘Danda Yoga’ is formed which is from the category of Nabhas Yoga’s. If planets are strong in this ‘Danda Yoga’ then such native can reach a high position after initial struggle in his life.

Weak Jupiter’s Mahadasha brought struggle

In the Scorpio Ascendant birth chart of C.P. Radhakrishnan, a good Raj Yoga is being formed in the eleventh house of gains involving Jupiter, the lord of the second house of wealth and the fifth house of minister post, along with the ascendant lord Mars which is also the lord of the sixth (struggle) house. But Since both Mars and Jupiter are in the eleventh house in the sign of their enemy Mercury in Virgo , and due to the closeness of both the planets in degrees and declination , a planetary war is being created, due to this, C.P. Radhakrishnan did not get any major success in the 16-year long Maha Dasha of Jupiter, which ran between December 2006 and December 2022.

He was a Member of Parliament from Coimbatore in the Lok Sabha elections of 1998 and 1999, but later he lost the election thrice from the same seat of Tamil Nadu in 2004 (Rahu Maha Dasha and the Sun Anter Dasha), in 2014 (Jupiter Maha Dasha and Ketu Anter Dasha) and then again in 2019 (Jupiter Maha Dasha and the Moon Anter Dasha). Noticeable point in his Scorpio lagna chart is the lord of the 10t house the Sun falls in the 12th house along with 8th and 11th lord Mercury and also Rahu which had given him lots of setbacks in his political career. The degree conjunction of the Mars and Jupiter is a ‘Graha Yuddha’ in his horoscope which diluted the Raja Yoga of the lagna lord Mars and the 5^th lord Jupiter. Throughout the Maha Dasha of Jupiter (December 2006 to December 2022) he didn’t win any election personally.

But Jupiter has gone to its exalted sign Cancer in his Navamsha chart, so despite these three Lok Sabha defeats, he fought hard and in the assembly elections of 2011 and 2016, his party BJP, along with major ally in state AIADMK, performed well and gained power in the state assembly.

Saturn Maha Dasha brought great success

In the founding horoscope of BJP, the Moon is in Scorpio and it is a strange astrological coincidence that the ascendant and Moon of the former Prime Minister of BJP, late Atal Bihari Vajpayee were both Scorpio. Lal Krishna Advani, who was the Deputy Prime Minister in the Vajpayee government, had Scorpio as his birth ascendant. Now, the current Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who has won three elections, has Scorpio as his birth ascendant and the Moon sign also. Now, coincidentally, the birth ascendant of C.P. Radhakrishnan, who has been elected as the Vice Presidential candidate, is Scorpio in which Saturn and Venus are sitting strongly.

But Saturn is also in a close degree conjunction with the 12^th and 7^th lord Venus a ‘Maraka planet’. Since Saturn and Venus are 4 degrees apart in declination so despite being within 1 degree of longitude in a Rashi they are not in a situation of ‘Graha Yuddha’. In Navamsha and Dashamasha Saturn is in the sign of Jupiter and is in good associations of strong planets. Saturn being the lord of the lagna in Navamsha and Dashamasha had made him governor of the Jharkhand state in February 2023. In March 2024 he was appointed as the governor of Telangana and later in July 2024 he took over the position of the Maharashtra Governor post.

Saturn’s Antar Dasha in Saturn’s Maha Dasha is going on in his birth chart since December 2022 in which he has been the Governor of some states including Maharashtra. In the auspicious Vimshottari Dasha of Saturn-Saturn-Jupiter, there is a good astrological possibility that C.P. Radhakrishnan will win the upcoming Vice Presidential election on September 9th, and will get this constitutional post. But the next Anter Dasha is of Mercury which is in the twelfth house of losses. In the Anter Dasha of Mercury in the Maha Dasha of Saturn the CP Radhakrishnan may have to face some health related problems and a big constitutional crisis in the year 2026. The transit of Ketu on the Moon in Leo and Saturn in the eighth house from the Moon sign is causing a baneful ‘Ashtam Shani’ which will cause some trouble to him in the year 2026.

C.P. Radhakrishnan can get elected as the Vice President but he will face difficulties and controversies in his tenure as Saturn is in Mrityu Bhag degrees and is in close degree conjunction with the ‘Maraka Venus’. Some health issues can’t be ruled out during Saturn Dasha and Mercury Anter Dasha from December 2025 to August 2028. Mercury is Vargottama but is combust by the Sun and is in the Nakshatra of lagna and 6^th lord Mars which is inauspicious for health.

Chenab Rail Bridge Inauguration Muhurata – What it foretells ?

The Chenab Rail Bridge over the Chenab River at Reasi district of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir state is an architecture and railway engineering marvel. It is situated at the height of 359 meters and is a 1,315 meters long steel arched bridge engineered to withstand the seismic and wind conditions. It is 35 meters higher than the iconic Eiffel Tower in Paris, France. Its construction work was started in year 2017 and it was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the 6th of June 2025. As per the astrological considerations the Muhurata chart of the Chenab Rail Bridge inauguration is not auspicious as the lagna, the Moon and the Sun, which is lagna lord, are all afflicted by the natural malefic planets.

The Panchang (Hindu Almanac) aliments of the Chenab Rail Bridge inauguration Muhurata are given below.

It is a cardinal principal of Muhurata to have a rising sign for the auspicious work when benefic planets are in Kendra and the 8th house is vacant. If we can’t find such rising sign or ascendant in the selected day where the 8th house is vacant then it should not have a natural malefic planet in it. In the Muhurata horoscope (chart 1) of the Chenab Rail Bridge inauguration the Leo lagna is rising. The lagna is afflicted by the natural malefic planet Ketu. The lagna lord the Sun is getting the aspect of malefic Saturn which is placed in the 8th house of mishaps. The Moon is also in mutual aspect with malefic Saturn which is not desirable.

In Navamsha chart we have only natural malefics (Rahu, Ketu and Mars) in Kendra and again the Moon is afflicted with Saturn which is not good. The lagna and the Moon are key areas which should not be afflicted in any Muhurata chart is a cardinal principal.

The Moon is in the Nakshatra of Mars which falls in the 12th house of losses in its sign of debilitation which is a major concern here.

India Opens World Largest Single Arch Rail Bridge – In Pictures

The Bridge is situated at the Baramulla-Banihal section of Rail Line which was completed between 2008 to 2013 and was started at the time of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh government (2004-2014). Earlier during the period of Atal Bihari Vajypayee government Jammu-Udhampur Rail line project was completed and was opened later in April 2004 (Refer link – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chenab_Rail_Bridge). The project work to link Jammu city with the Kashmir Valley has been going on since 1990’s. The Railway projects in Jammu & Kashmir have been developing at slow speed due to high altitude hills of Kashmir Valley and disruption from terrorist supported by Pakistan.

Now the transit Mars in Virgo over the natal Moon in the Chenab Rail Bridge Muhurat chart in month of August 2025 is bit sensitive. Also the period of Mars Dasha and Saturn Anter Dasha in Chenab Rail Bridge Muhurata horoscope (chart 1) from 15 May 2026 to 24 June 2027 is inauspicious. Some terrorist supported by Pakistan may try to disrupt the operation on this Baramulla-Banihal Railway line during the summer of 2026. Later the Mars Dasha and the Moon Anter Dasha in year 2030 and the Rahu-Rahu period in year 2031 would also be sensitive for this railway line as per this Muhurata chart of the Chenab Railway Bridge.
