The Foundation Horoscope of ED- What it foretells ?

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is a law enforcement and economic offense investigating agency of the Government of India. The ED was formed on 1st of May 1956 (00:00 hours at Delhi) and its foundation horoscope is of Sagittarius lagna where the 8th lord (secrecy) the Moon is placed in the lagna, and it is in mutual aspect with the 6th lord (law enforcement) Venus which is in the 7th house. There is an exchange between the 2nd (finances) and 12th (foreign) lords in the foundation horoscope of ED. Interestingly ED’s primary function is to enforce ‘Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999′ (FEMA) and ‘Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002’ (PMLA) both related with the 12th and 2nd houses respectively as per astrological rules.

In recent times ED has been accused of misusing her statuary powers particularly against the opposition parties. All this has happened in the Vimshottari Dasha of the 2nd and 3rd lord Saturn placed in the 12th house and Anter Dasha of the 7th and 10th lord Mercury placed in the 6th house of disputes. Since Mercury Anter Dasha is till October 2026 and then Ketu Anter Dasha to be followed so ED will attract more controversies in next 3 years.

As per the opposition parties the ED, CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) and Income Tax Department work in tandem to put pressure on prominent leaders involve in corruption so that they join the BJP to get relief from investigation. Now Saturn Dasha and Mercury Anter Dasha in the horoscope of ED (chart 1) from February 2024 to October 2026 is showing a bad time for this investigating agency. Saturn falls in the 12^th house of the loss of reputation and Mercury is in the 6^th house of disputes along with malefic Ketu. Many of the ED officer will be found to be involve in some scandals of serious levels in the next 2 years to come.

Major controversies foreseen from March to June 2025

BJP fell short of the absolute majority in the general elections held this year, now to run the government at the center it depends upon the support from Nitish Kumar’s JDU, Chandrababu Naidu’s TDP and Chirag Paswan’s LJP. Narendra Modi will have to face controversies from his allies on big national issues like amendment in Waqf Board Act, Uniform Civil Code, National Caste Census, Rohini Commission’s suggestion on the OBC reservation etc. The Maha Dasha of 6th lord Mars and Anter Dasha of 8th lord Mercury is going on in Prime Minister Modi’s horoscope from June 2024 to June 2025. As per the rules of ‘Laghu Parashari’ the Anter Dasha of a functional malefic planet in the Maha Dasha of lagna lord or the lords of ‘Dusthana’ mostly give bad results.

Mercury is conjoined with the sinful planet Ketu in his horoscope and is combust by the tenth lord (ruler) the Sun. According to the principles of Varshaphala or Tajik, if the Rashi of the birth chart rises in the Annual horoscope , then that that year is called the ‘Dwi-Janma-Varsha’. This ‘Dwi-Janama’ year horoscope can bring radical changes in the life of the native. It has been observed that major changes in the life take place when in an annual horoscope the sign of the birth ascendant is rising. Incidentally, this year Narendra Modi’s yearly horoscope is of Scorpio ascendant, which gives him ‘Dwi-Janma lagna chart’ as his birth ascendant is also Scorpio (Vrischika).

In Narendra Modi’s Scorpio ascendant annual horoscope, lagna lord Mars is in the eighth house of controversies and is giving its 8th aspect (Parashari aspect) to the Muntha (progressed lagan) which is sitting in the third (allies and speech) house . The lagna and 6th lord Mars giving aspect to the third house of allies in the annual horoscope and the third lord Saturn becoming retrograde and is in conjoining with the Moon is creating a possibility of discord with allies due to some controversial statements as per the Prime Minister Modi’s Varshaphala. Next year, when he will be about to completes 75 years, he may also be under pressured to resign.

But since a natural benefic Mercury in the tenth house and Sun-Venus in the eleventh house are in a strong position in the annual horoscope, therefore, despite all the difficulties, he will be able to take a new step in economic reforms. By formulating an economic policy, he can bring down a little the record high unemployment rate in the next one year and provide some relief to the country on the economic front.

However, in the annual horoscope the position of 8th lord Mercury in the 10th house (career) and its mutual aspect with functional malefic Saturn is not good. Also notice that the 10th lord the Sun is in conjunction with 12th lord (retirement) Venus which is the surest sign of his moving towards the retirement. Planets and Haryana Assembly Elections in 2024

In the Haryana assembly elections, the BJP, which has been in power for the last ten years, may have to face issues like ‘anti-incumbency wave’ as well as growing unemployment and farmers’ anger. On the March 12th this year, the then Chief Minister of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar resigned along with his cabinet at the behest of the central leadership of his party , and on the same day at 5:25 pm, Nayab Singh Saini took oath as the Chief Minister of the state at the Raj Bhavan in Panchkula. On the same day, the BJP’s alliance with Dushyant Chautala’s ‘Jananayak Janata Party’ broke. If we look at the oath taking horoscope of the current Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, then his position seems to be shaky in the upcoming assembly elections for the 90 seats of Haryana state for which voting is on the 5th of October . In the oath taking horoscope of Nayab Singh Saini of Leo ascendant, the combination of Rahu, Moon and Mercury sitting in the eighth house of disappointment is showing the possibility of failure due to the selection of weak candidates in the elections.

The debilitated 2nd lord (speech) in the 8th house will make sure that the major leaders of his government will do damage to themselves only by their controversial speeches during election campaign.

In the oath taking horoscope of Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini of Leo ascendant the conjunction of Saturn, the Sun and Venus in the seventh house of the main opposition party is giving an astrological indications that the opposition party Congress will have an upper hand in the upcoming elections. In the Cancer lagna horoscope of Haryana state (chart 2) an enigmatic Saturn Dasha and Venus Anter Dasha is running from August 2023 to October 2026. In the second week of March 2024 the BJP’s allies in Haryana the Jannayak Janata Party (JJ) broke their partnership. It affected BJP’s performance in the Lok Sabha elections as they could won only 5 seats out of 10 though in year 2019, they had secure victory on all the seats in Haryana. Now in the upcoming assembly elections in Haryana the Vimshottari Dasha of retrograde Saturn Anter Dasha of of Venus and Pratyanter Dasha of Rahu can give a surprise results. The Pratyaner Dasha of Rahu would be from 5^th of October 2024 to 28^th of March 2025 in the foundation horoscope of Haryana state.

The Maha Dasha lord Saturn and Anter Dasha lord Venus are in the 6/8 relation which shows a change in the government. The Pratyanter Dasha lord Rahu is in the 10^th house from lagna and 12^th from the Moon also indicate the same. The transiting Saturn from Aquarius aspect the 10^th house of the foundation chart of Haryana. Jupiter in Taurus will be retrograde and influencing the 10^th house Aries. Thus, the double transit on the 10^th house of the foundation chart of Haryana state indicate a change in the government.

3 April 1988, 17:15 hours at Hissar, Haryana

Born on 3 April 1988 at 5:15 pm in Hisar, Haryana, the horoscope of fourth generation politician Dushyant Chautala is of Virgo ascendant, in which the 11th lord the Moon sitting in the 2nd house of family and wealth is in mutual aspect with Jupiter which is the lord of 4th house in the 8th showing inheritance. The excellent Gajkesari Yoga formed by the Jupiter sitting in the eighth house gives him the benefit of his family’s political capital. But Dushyant Chautala, who is currently going through the Vinshottari Dasha of Saturn sitting in the fourth house, does not seem to be able to repeat his previous performance.

Dushyant Chautala, the great grandson of former Deputy Prime Minister Devi Lal and grandson of former Haryana Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala, separated from his family party Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) on the 9th of December 2018 and founded the ‘Jan Nayak Janata Party’. In the horoscope of his party of Aquarius ascendant, the big Raj Yoga of Mars sitting in the ascendant and the Sun, Jupiter and Mercury sitting in the tenth house of power made him win 10 assembly seats in the 2019 Haryana Assembly elections, bringing him into the role of ‘king maker’ and putting the post of Deputy Chief Minister in his bag. But now Dushyant Chautala is in the Maha Dasha of Saturn which in his Virgo lagna horoscope (chart 3) is placed in the 4th house in Nakshatra of Ketu. In Navamsha Saturn falls in the 6th house of disputes and in Dashamasha it is in the 10th house but get the aspect of 8th lord Jupiter. Thus, performance of Dushyant Chautala’s party will be average only.

In the foundation horoscope of Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) 29 April 1998, 12:15 hours at Chandigarh the Vimshottari Dasha Jupiter-Jupiter is running in the Cancer lagna chart. Jupiter is badly placed in the 8th house along with Ketu which shows a bad performance in the up coming assembly elections.

Born September 15, 1947 at 4h. 40m. at Rohtak , Haryana , at 76 E 34 and 28 N 54 with a balance of 4 years 5 months 8 days of Sun Dasha at birth.

Born on 15 September 1947 at 4:30 am in Rohtak, Haryana, Bhupinder Singh Hooda has won the Lok Sabha elections four times and has also been the Chief Minister of the state twice. In the Leo ascendant horoscope of Bhupinder Hooda, son of former freedom fighter and Congress politician Chaudhary Ranbir Singh Hooda, the Moon, Mercury and Venus are situated in the second house of family, on which the aspect of Yogakarak Mars gave him politics as inheritance. He entered the electoral fray in the auspicious Dasha of Jupiter sitting in the third house of valor and after being a Lok Sabha MP for four consecutive times in the 90’s, he also held the post of Chief Minister of Haryana from the year 2005 to 2014. l In the Mahadasha of Saturn sitting in the 12th house of loss, his party Congress had to face a huge defeat in the 2014 assembly elections.

In the Leo lagna horoscope of Bhupinder Singh Hooda the lagna lord the Sun is in the ascendant. The Moon is along with its sign lord Mercury and is getting the aspect of Yogakaraka Mars is exceptionally strong which makes him a popular leader in his state. Mercury Dasha is currently running in the horoscope of Bhupinder Singh Hooda since February 2022. Mercury is getting the aspect of Yogakaraka Mars in the birth chart. Interestingly in Navamsha Mercury is badly placed in the 12^th house but their it gets the aspect of Yogakaraka Saturn.

Favorable Ketu Anter Dasha for Hooda

Mercury Dasha and Ketu Anter Dasha would be running from July 2024 to July 2025 in the horoscope of Bhupinder Singh Hooda. Ketu is in the 4^th house of ruler’s throne. Ketu’s depositor is Mars which is strongly placed in the 11^th house from Janma lagna and get the favorable aspect of 5^th lord Jupiter which is a good Raja Yoga.

It will not be a surprise if Bhupider Singh Hooda become the chief minister of Haryana after winning a crucial election for his Congress Party this year in his favorable Ketu Anter Dasha in major period of Mercury. In Navamsha Ketu is in the 3^rd house of valor and get the favorable aspect of Moon and Venus.

Favorable Chara Dasha

As per the Jaimini system the Bhupinder Singh Hooda is under a favorable Chara Dasha of Gemini from September 2023 to September 2026. Gemini is the sign of his Karakamasha lagan as his Atamakaraka Jupiter is in Gemini Navamsha only. The 10^th house from Dasha Rashi Gemini get the aspects of Mars (Bhatrikaraka), Moon (Darakaraka), Venus (Ganatikaraka) and Mercury (Putrakaraka). As per a Jaimini rule of Moon and Venus are together or aspect each other then it is a special ‘Dhana Yoga’. Since Putrakaraka Mercury is involve in this Yoga so it can give Hooda a post of chief minister also.

Assembly Elections in Jammu & Kashmir Union Territory 2024- An astrological analysis

In December last year, a five-judge constitutional bench of the Supreme Court upheld the central government’s decision to remove Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir and also directed the Election Commission to conduct assembly elections in the state by 30th of September 2024. In my blog post written on 27th of April 2022 written with title ‘Horoscope of Jammu & Kashmir Union Territory’ i had forecast that a ‘process of election in Jammu & Kashmir’ will start in year 2023 or 2024 when the transiting Saturn would be in Aquarius which is the 4th house of the horoscope of Jammu & Kashmir. Now, recently, the Election Commission has announced to conduct elections in Jammu and Kashmir state in three phases from 18 September to 1 October, which has intensified political activities in the state. Former Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah’s party National Conference have joined hands with Congress in the state and agreed on the division of seats to contest the elections.

Horoscope of Jammu & Kashmir Union territory (written on 27th of April 2022)

The last elections in Jammu and Kashmir were held in November-December 2014 when Mehbooba Mufti’s PDP won the maximum 28 seats and BJP took a very shocking decision and formed a coalition government with PDP, which had a soft stance towards separatism. As anticipated this odd political marriage between BJP and PDP fell apart in June 2018 due to internal contradictions. Horoscope of Jammu and Kashmir state at present time is set for the 31st of October 2019 midnight . This is of Srinagar, the date on which the state was reorganized by the central government after the abrogation of Article 370. After the abrogation of article 370 from Jammu & Kashmir the state was reorganized into a Union Territory. As per the data of Home Ministry the union territory of Jammu & Kashmir has seen 66% of decline in terrorist attacks and 81 percent drops in civilian killings since the abrogation of the article 370 {Refer link: https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/defence/66-per-cent-decline-in-terrorist-incidents-in-j-k-after-removal-of-article-370-amit-shah/articleshow/107149797.cms?from=mdr}

There has also been decline in the organized shut down of markets and stone pelting incident in the last few years. In the Cancer lagna horoscope of Jammu & Kashmir union territory (chart 1) all the 4 natural benefic planets Venus, Mercury and Jupiter are in the 5^th house. I have not counted the Moon among the benefic as it is of Shukla Tritiya only. The position of three major benefic planets in the 5^th house is good for the policy making for the state and it is also very good for the economy. The ruling BJP government at the center has already initiated many new developments scheme for the Jammu & Kashmir which will benefit its economy in the future.

In the Vimshottari Dasha of Mercury and Anter Dasha of the Sun the assembly elections in the Jammu & Kashmir state will take place. The Mercury as the lord of the 8^th and 11^th houses is strong. But the Sun being the 2^nd lord is debilitated in the 4^th house is weak in Shada Bala as it gets only 5.44 Rupas of Bala. The ‘Kashta Phala of the Sun’ is more than its ‘Ishta Phala’ in Shada Bala system so during the Anter Dasha of the Sun from 1^st of August 2024 to 7 June 2025 there will be lots of political disturbances in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. In the Navamsha chart the Sun is afflicted by the aspect of Mars also indicate a terrorist attack which may happen in the month of August or early September just a few days before the assembly elections. There are chances for the hung assembly as the Sun the Anter Dasha lord is weak in the 4^th house. Many separatist leaders will fight elections from the Kashmir Valley and some of them will get astonishing success also.

Balance of Dasha in Vimshottari : Ketu 3 Years 5 Months and 22 Days

Omar Abdullah was born on 10 March 1970 at 6:58 pm in the city of Roche, England. His father Farooq Abdullah was elected Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir thrice and was also a Union Minister in the Central Government twice. In Omar Abdullah’s Leo ascendant birth chart, the ninth lord Mars in the ninth house of the father is forming a good ‘Neech Bhang Rajyoga’ with debilitated Saturn in Aries. On the strength of this combination, Omar Abdullah carried forward his father’s political legacy and became a Union Minister in the Atal Bihari government at the Center between 2001 and 2002. Later, Omar Abdullah was also the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir from 2009 to 2014, but his tenure in the state is known for increasing incidents of stone-pelting and protests.

Currently, the Vinshottari Dasha of Rahu and Anter Dasha of Mercury will run from 15 August 2024 to 5 March 2027. Rahu is in the seventh house in Omar Abdullah’s horoscope where the conjunction of lagna lord the Sun with Mercury, the lord of the second (Dhan) and eleventh (Labha) houses, is creating a big Dhan Yog. This combination of Sun, Mercury and Rahu in the seventh house of partnership is giving astrological indications for Omar Abdullah that he may once again form a coalition government in the state with his ally Congress. In the Navamsha horoscope, Rahu is placed in the 4th house of the throne of the ruler and Mercury being in the 3rd house of valor can provide Omar Abdullah with an opportunity to sit on the chair of Chief Minister after the elections.

As per Jaimini Chara Dasha the Pisces-Libra period from 8^th of September 2024 to 7^th of February 2025 is showing the time for getting a high position of power. The Libra sign has his Matriakraka Jupiter in it and it get the Jaimini aspect of Atamakaraka the Sun and Amatayakaraka Mercury.

The 10^th Pada is in Capricorn which is the 4^th house from Libra. Since Amatayakaraka Mercury is Vargottama in fixed sign Aquarius so its aspect the movable sign Libra in both Rashi and Navamsha. Thus, Omar Abdullah can come back into the power any time after the results of the assembly elections in Jammu & Kashmir state this year.
