Oath Taking Horoscope of Omar Abdullah – What it foretells ?

After winning the first assembly elections held after the removal of Article 370 on 5th of August 2019 the National Conference’s Omar Abdullah has now assumed his responsibility as the Chief Minister of the state. Earlier, from 2009 to 2014, when Omar Abdullah was the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, the circumstances were completely different. At that time, the Congress was leading the coalition government at the center and due to Jammu and Kashmir having the status of a special state, Omar Abdullah had a lot of power in the state as chief minister. But this time, by winning 42 assembly seats in the state, Omar Abdullah has left his rival BJP (29 seats) behind in the electoral battle, but due to the Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, who was once a minister in the BJP government, having more powers in the state, there may be some struggle for him in running the affaris of the state government. The oath taking horoscope of Omar Abdullah also indicate the same which we will discuss in this post.

Now it will be very interesting to see from Omar Abdullah’s oath taking horoscope whether he will be able to run the government in the state successfully or his situation will also be like that of Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi, which had conflicts over the division of executive powers with the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi and the matter had reached the Supreme Court many a time. Rahu-Moon conjunction in Omar Abdullah’s oath taking

On Wednesday, 16th October, during Shukla Chaturdashai Tithi, Uttarabhadrapada Nakshatra, Vyaghat Yog and Vanij Karan, Omar Abdullah took oath as the Chief Minister at 11:38 in the morning when Sagittarius ascendant was rising. All the elements of the Panchang (date, day, Nakshatra, Yog and Karan) being satisfactory, Omar Abdullah’s image as the Chief Minister is likely to be be clean.

But in the oath taking horoscope, the conjunction of Moon and Rahu in close degrees is extremely inauspicious, due to which he will face great difficulties in running the government. In the oath taking horoscope of Sagittarius ascendant, the ascendant lord Jupiter is in the sixth house of conflicts and is forming an inauspicious ‘Sam-Saptak’ Yoga with the lord of the sixth house, Venus. The lord of the sixth house, Venus, is also suffering from the aspect of Saturn, a functional malefic for Sagittarius ascendant. Due to these planetory directions Omar Abdullah will knock on the doors of the Central Government and then the Supreme Court with the demand of full statehood as well as some special concessions to Jammu and Kashmir, but he may get disappointment from both the places.

In the oath taking horoscope, Mars sitting in the seventh house of the opposition party is showing a big problem for Omar Abdullah due to facing strong resistance from the BJP in the assembly. But in the oath taking horoscope, due to the aspect of Jupiter on the tenth house in both the Rashi chart and the Navamsha, Omar Abdullah will be successful in running the government amidst all the obstacles. The lords of 3rd, 8th and 10th houses are strong in the oath taking chart which shows good longeiviety for Omar Abdullah government which is supported by Congress Party as his junior ally.

Omar Abdullah will face big problems in Sade-Sati

Omar Abdullah was born on the 10th of March 1970 in the city of Rochford, England at 6:58 pm. In the Leo ascendant birth horoscope of Omar Abdullah, the ninth lord Mars in the ninth house of the father is creating a good ‘Neech Bhang Rajyoga’ with debilitated Saturn in the sign Aries rule by Mars. In the horoscope of Omar Abdullah Saturn the Karaka for masses is along with the Moon (public opinion) and the 9th lord Mars. These planets are in mutula aspect with the 5th lord (minister post) Jupiter which is a good yoga for a successful and a long political career. In Navamsha the 9th lord is the Sun which get the aspect of lagna lord Jupiter which is a good yoga.

On the strength of the above mentioned Raja Yoga’s, Omar Abdullah took forward his father’s political legacy and now he has once again become the Chief Minister of the state. But on the 30th of March next year, when Saturn will leave Aquarius and enter Pisces signb, this transit of Saturn can cause a lot of trouble for Omar Abdullah as Saturn will be in the 12th house of loss from his birth sign Aries. He has won this assembly elections in Rahu Dasha Mercury Anter Dasha and Mercury Pratyanter Dasha. Mercury is Varogttama in his chart and in Dashamasha it is in own sign Gemini which is very good.

In the Vinshottari Dasha of Rahu-Mercury-Venus from March to June next year, Omar Abdullah will have to face controversies with the Lieutenant Governor after some major incidents of terrorism in the Kashmir Valley. Incidentally, Moon is in Pisces in Omar Abdullah’s oath taking horoscope, due to which the transit of Saturn will keep him in a very stressful situation from March 2025 to mid-2026 when there will be an inauspicious conjunction of Saturn and Rahu in the Pisces sign.

Horoscope of Jammu and Kashmir state (chart 3) at present time is set for the 31st of October 2019 midnight . This is of Srinagar, the date on which the state was reorganized by the central government after the abrogation of Article 370. In the Cancer lagna horoscope there is an exchange of houses between the 3rd lord Mercury and 5th lord Mars which is a good yoga for the progress of the state. The 5th house has Scorpio sign which incidentally is the Moon sign in the foundation horoscope of BJP which abrograted the Article 370 and made Jammu & Kashmir a Uninon territory. The Scorpio has good Dhana Yoga and also Raja Yoga’s. The lord of the 11th house (gains) is along with the lagna lord the Moon and 9th lord Jupiter. This is a very good Yoga for the Cancer ascendant horoscope of Jammu & Kashmir Union Territory. The state will continue to progress economically despite some disturbing incidents during current Mercury Maha Dasha and the Sun Anter Dasha from August 2024 to June 2025.

Later in the Mercury Dasha and the Moon Anter Dasha from 7 June 2025 to 7 November 2026 the state of Jammu & Kashmir will get the full statehood rights. The Moon is strong in the 5th house in good Raja Yoga and also “Neecha Bhanga Yoga”. In Navamsha the Moon is in the lagna and is in kendra from Jupiter which is also good.

Solar Ingress of Libra 2024 – What it foretells ?

When the Sun enters the next zodiac sign after thirty days, the horoscope formed at that time is called the Sankranti horoscope of that particular zodiac sign. For example, this year, the Sun will enter Libra on the October 17th, 2024 at 7:42 am Indian Standard time, then at that time Libra ascendant will be rising and the Moon will be located in Pisces. In this horoscope of Tula Sankranti, the inauspicious position of Saturn and Mars sitting in the triangle houses from the Sun, the planet of political power, sitting in the ascendant, is an astrological indication of some big political and religious disputes arising in the country in the next 30 days. But since at the time of Sankranti the day lord is Jupiter, ruled by Thursday, the full moon (Purnima) is present , auspicious constellation Revati, the yoga of Harshan and Bava Karan is present so the government can take some good steps to give relief to the people from inflation during the festival season in the country.

But in the Solar Ingress Horoscope , the tenth lord (Central Government) is conjoined with the natural malefic planet Rahu, and is stuck in the sixth house of controversy, so due to this reason, the surprising victory of BJP in the recently held Haryana assembly elections, which shattered all the predictions of exit polls, can now reach the doors of the Supreme Court regarding the counting of votes. The deadlock will be at its peak between the ruling party and the opposition.

Even before the Jharkhand and Maharashtra assembly elections to be held in the month of November, the leaders of the main opposition India Alliance parties Congress, NCP, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and Shiv Sena Uddhav Thackeray group can once again approach the Supreme Court regarding 100% counting of all the VV Pad slips in the counting of votes. In the Tula Samkranti horoscope , the lord of the seventh house of the opposition party is Mars, which is situated in the ninth house of the country’s Supreme Court, due to which there is a strong possibility that many parties of the India Alliance will now move to the Supreme Court regarding the counting of votes.

Interestingly Supreme Court of India has rejected the demand for the counting of 100% of VV Pad slip in the last week of April this year only.

Disputes related to counting of votes in elections can be taken to the Supreme Court, but since the lord of the seventh house Mars, is in its enemy sign Gemini, due to this reason the opposition parties may get some disappointment in this matter from the apex court.

Rahu is in the eighth house of sorrow and national mourning in Israel’s horoscope and is suffering from the tenth aspect of the natural malefic planet Saturn. Pratyantar Dasha lord Ketu is sitting in the 2nd house but is in an inauspicious position in the eighth house in Navamsha chart (D-9). In such a situation, Israel’s military action against Hezbollah in Lebanon may intensify by 9th of November and once again a major attack from Iran can also take place on Israel. This unrest in the Middle East may lead to a rise in the price of crude oil and a fall in the stock market.

Forecasting Trends for the North-East Monsoon 2024 for India

The South West Monsoon season in India (June to September) has just ended with 8% surplus rains this year. The monsoon is yet to fully withdraw and there will be more rains in coming days in Bihar, Jharkand and Chhattisgarh as transiting Jupiter from Taurus is giving aspect to the Sun and Mercury in Virgo. Since the Virgo sign denote Southern Penninsular so this year the North West monsoon will bring a timely onset in the mid of October. The long stay of Mars in watery sign Cancer due to its retrogression will bring bounty full of rains in Tamil Nadu and some other coastal areas of South India in the month of November.

Now let’s study the planetary position in the horoscope of the Tula Samkranti so see the prospects of the onset of North East Monsoon.

Chart 1. Solar Ingress of Libra

17 October 2024, 07:42:49 hours at Delhi

In the horoscope of the Solar Ingress of Libra Mercury and Venus are ahead of the Sun. The mutual aspect between the watery planets Venus and Jupiter is a very good yoga for the rainfall. It is highly likely that on or around the 17^th of October the North West Monsoon may give very good rainfall in the coastal areas of the Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The presence of the Moon in Pisces sign is also an indication of rainfall in coastal areas of Andhra Pradesha.

On the 19^th of October the transit of Mars in watery sign Cancer brings a very good spell of rainfall in the coastal areas of Southern Peninsular.

Chart 2. New Moon Horoscope

1 November 2024, 18:16:58 at Delhi

At the time of the New Moon of the 1^st of November the Moon will be in airy sign Libra and Navamsha of Airy sign Aquarius. This combination will bring a cyclone and heavy rainfall in the entire Tamil Nadu and some rains many other places of Southern Peninsular. The retrograde Jupiter in mutual aspect with two watery planets Mercury and Venus will bring heavy rainfall. This may also cause flood in the city of Chennai in the first fortnight of November this year. Also, many other parts of Southern Tamil Nadu will be affected by extremely heavy rainfall.

Chart 3. Solar Ingress of Scorpio

16 November 2024, 07:31:57 at Delhi

At the time of Sun’s entry into Scorpio sign the majority of planets are in fixed sign. This year Sun will enter into Scorpio (16^th of November) on the day of the Full Moon. The mutual opposition of the Sun and the Moon in fixed sign and the Kendra position of Jupiter and Saturn is a yoga for a major earthquake. In the second fortnight of November 2024 there will be a major earthquake affecting North and Eastern parts of the country. In Southern Peninsular there will be very good rainfall in the second fortnight of November this year.

Notice the mutual aspect of watery planets Jupiter and Mercury in close degrees which is an excellent yoga for heavy rainfall.

New Moon on 1^st December will bring more rain

On the New Moon (Amavasya) of the 1^st of December there will be very heavy rainfall due to the conjunction of Mercury, the Sun and the Moon in watery sign Scorpio. This rainfall may continue in Southern Parts of India for 2-3 days as Venus will move into watery sign Capricorn on the 2^nd of December and it will receive the aspect of Jupiter transiting from Taurus sign.

Chart 4. Sun enters into Sagittarius

15 December 2024, 22:11:00 at Delhi

This year almost entire season of North East Monsoon (October to December) the Mars will remain in watery sign Cancer only. Mars will enter into Cancer sign on the 20^th of October. It will become retrograde there on the 6^th of December. It will fall back to Gemini in retrograde motion on the 21^st of January. This long stay of Mars in Cancer sign is also an indication of the late withdrawal of the North East Monsoon from the state of Tamil Nadu. This situation may bring very heavy rainfall during the last week of December 2024 and also in the first week of January 2025 in the interior Tamil Nadu. The mutual aspect between the retrograde Jupiter and retrograde Mercury is a yoga for more than normal rainfall.

Overall, the North East Monsoon will bring more than normal rainfall and will also remain active till January 2025. The excessive rainfall can bring situation of flood in the city of Chennai in the first fortnight of November and there will be excessive rainfall in the end of December also. The aspect of Jupiter on the Virgo sign will also give excess rainfall in the Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh region during the North East Monsoon season this year.

Will SEBI chief Madhabi Puri Buch resign from her office ?

The SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch, is under extreme pressure due to the allegation of a US based research firm Hindenburg regarding her alleged investments in the offshore funds connected to the Adani Group. Earlier in January 2023, Hindenburg published a report accusing the Adani Group of financial irregularities, leading to a significant drop in the company’s stock price then. Since SEBI was investigating this case of ‘stock manipulation scam’ by Adani Group so this recent allegation of this organization’s chief regarding ‘conflict of interest’ in his matter has made the situation very volatile. The opposition parties in India are demanding a Joint Parliamentary committee (JPC) on this matter for further investigation. Chart 1. Foundation Horoscope of SEBI: Born January 30, 1992 at 00h. 00m. at Delhi , at 77 E 13 and 28 N 40 with a balance of 11 years 5 months 12 days of Mercury Dasha at birth.

In the foundation horoscope of SEBI (chart 1) the Libra ascendant is rising and the Moon is in Scorpio along with Gulika. At present the transiting Saturn is in Aquarius at the 4^th house from the natal Moon in the chart of SEBI. This ‘Kantaka Shani’ Gochar is not good for SEBI as in Sarvashtaka Varga there are only 18 points in the Aquarius sign. Vimshottari Maha Dasha of Venus and Anter Dasha for Saturn is running from 12 May 2023 to 12 July 2026. As per the classical texts of Indian astrology the mutual Dasha and Anter Dasha of Venus and Saturn are very enigmatic and should be carefully observed. In this case of the foundation horoscope of SEBI Venus as the lagna and 8^th lord is afflicted as it is in conjunction with malefic Rahu and also ‘Maraka’ Mars. The aspect of Jupiter on Venus is not much helpful as Jupiter is retrograde and is a functional malefic for Tula lagna chart.

The Anter Dasha lord Saturn is deep combust by the Sun and is afflicted by the 8^th aspect of Mars in Navamsa which is also not good. At present from 29^th of June 2024 to 8^th of January 2025 the period of Venus Dasa Saturn Bhukti and Venus Antra is running which will be disastrous for SEBI. We will not be surprise if SEBI chief has to resign any time before the end of this difficult Venus Pratyanter Dasha which is ending on the 8th of January next year.

The most difficult period for SEBI chief will be after 29th of September this year as per Jaimini Chara Dasha of Aries and Anter Dasha of Gemini till May 2025. The Amatayakaraka Moon is in the 6th house from Gemini sign and is afflicted by natural malefic planets (Saturn and the Sun) as per the Jaimini aspect. The 10^th Pada is in Pisces which is in the 12^th house from Dasa Rashi Aries and the Amatayakaraka is in Scorpio which is in the 8^th house of humiliation from the Dasha Rashi.

It is highly likely that the SEBI chief is asked to resign by the apex court due to conflict of interest in Adani ‘stock manipulation case’.
