Enigmatic Venus-Jupiter Vimshottari Dasha of Gautam Adani

In the February and March issues of Express Star Teller, my article on the topic “Enigmas of Jupiter-Venus and Venus-Jupiter Dasha periods” was published in two parts. In that article I had discussed the observations of legendary astrologers regarding results of Jupiter and Venus mutual Dasha-Bhukti’s which can bring major transformation in one’s life. I had taken 8 practical examples, including of famous personalities, to explain the results of Jupiter-Venus and Venus-Jupiter Dasha periods in the light of classical texts like Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, Dasha Phala Darpana and Bhaargava Nadika.

Now I am taking the birth chart of famous businessman of India Gautam Adani who has been into news since last 2 years for alleged violations of securities laws and stock manipulation cases. Recently on the 20^th of February this year the US Securities and Exchange Commission has sought assistance from India’s ministry of law and justice regarding a complaint against ‘Gautam Adani and his nephew Sagar Adani’ in an alleged violation of securities law {Refer link : https://indianexpress.com/article/business/companies/us-sec-seeks-law-ministrys-help-to-serve-complaint-against-adanis-9845225/}.

Interestingly in the Taurus lagna birth chart of Gautam Adani (chart 1) the enigmatic Vimshottari Dasha of Venus-Jupiter has started from 7^th of February 2025. It has been observed that Venus and Jupiter mutual Dasha-Bhukti’s are most troublesome for the natives born in Taurus, Libra, Sagittarius and Pisces ascendant in cases where these two planets are badly placed, afflicted and weak in the horoscope.

Gautam Adani (born 24 June 1962, 05:15 a.m. at Ahmedabad, Gujarat) has been in news for negative reasons since January 2023 when a US based short seller group Hindenburg alleged for an improper use of tax havens and stock manipulations by Adani group of companies. At that time Gautam Adani was the 3^rd richest man of the world as per the Bloomberg Billionaire index but now as of February 2025 he is at 23^rd place in that list with $66.8 billions of personal wealth behind his countryman Mukesh Ambani with $87.7 billion who is at 17^th place in the list of billionaires. Gautam Adani was under Venus Dasha and Rahu Anter Dasha from 7^th of February 2022 to 7^th of February 2025 when his fortunes started falling and from the 3^rd richest man of the world, he falls to the 23^rd place in the list of Billionaires.

Bandhan Yoga in Gautam Adani’s horoscope

In the Taurus lagna chart of Gautam Adani a very good Gaja Kesari Yoga is in the 10^th house of power and the strong 2^nd and 5^th lord Mercury placed in the lagan made him a super-rich business tycoon. In Navamsha the 5^th lord Saturn is in the 10^th house with 10^th lord and lagna lord Mercury is another major Raja Yoga and Dhana Yoga. Indu lagna is Aquarius where two benefic Jupiter and the Moon are placed. The lagna lord Venus is in mutual aspect with 9^th and 10^th lord Saturn is also a good Raja Yoga and Dhana Yoga in his chart.

But the equal number of planets are in the 2^nd and 12^th house which restrict his growth. This Bandhan Yoga has shattered his dream to become the richest man in Asia and in India. The affliction to the lagna and 6^th lord Venus by natural malefic planets Rahu, Mars and Saturn is a serious condition for fall from position, imprisonment and also a possible disease which requires surgery. Venus and Rahu are also in Sarpa Dreshkkan which is also not good.

Notice the aspect of Mars and Saturn on the 6^th house of disputes and court cases. The 6^th house also shows enemies, surgeries, disease and struggles. During Venus Dasha and Jupiter Bhukti from 7^th of February 2025 to 9^th of October 2027 his legal troubles will increase. He will further fall from his position in the list of Billionaires of the world but will remain the 2^nd richest man of India for some more time.

Venus is the lord of lagna (body) and 6^th (disease) in birth chart. Jupiter is functional malefic for Taurus lagna and it is the lord of 8^th house of obstructions, mishaps and incurable disease. Jupiter is also 11^th lord which is 6^th from the 6^th house of illness. In Trimshamsha (D-30) Jupiter falls in the 8^th house of mishaps. But since Jupiter is strong in Navamsha and Dashamasha so Gautam Adani may remain the 2^nd richest man of India for a couple of more years during the Anter Dasha of Jupiter.

However, the transit Jupiter from Cancer sign from July 2026 to July 2027 will be the worst period for his health and career. As per a Bhrigu rule the Jeeva Karaka Jupiter transit over Rahu can give serious setbacks in life. During that time Venus-Jupiter-Venus period from June 2026 to November 2026 will be the most difficult period in his career. He may get prosecuted by the USA courts which will impose a heavy financial penalty of millions of dollars which will affect his financial condition badly. Venus and Jupiter are in 6/8 from each are showing fall from position, humiliation and serious health conditions. He may also have a kidney or urinary aliments as Venus is afflicted along with the 6^th house in his Taurus lagna birth chart.

Israel-Iran War and Middle-East Tensions

The conjunction of Mars and Ketu in Leo will cause great loss to Iran

Oath taking horoscope of Chief Justice B.R. Gavai – What it foretells ?

Justice Bhushan Ramkrishna Gavai took oath of India’s 52nd Chief Justice of India (CJI) on 14th of May this year. He will serve as CJI until his retirement on November 23rd 2025. A few days after his oath taking the current CJI announced in an open court that ‘he will not accept any post-retirement jobs’. As per the website Bar and Bench 21% of Supreme Court Judges who retired from 2017 to 2023 took up post-retirement posts. As the CJI of India Justice B.R. Gavi has to deal with the issues such as huge pendency of cases in the apex court, judicial appointments in high court, cases related with validity of Waqf Amendment Bill, 2025 and the most important of them all is about the President of India’s questions regarding ‘Supreme Court’s extraordinary powers under Article 142 of the constitution to deliver complete justice. The oath taking horoscope of Chief Justice of India B.R. Gavai suggest astrologically that he will be able to over come all the challenges easily and his tenure, though of short duration, will be remembered as very successful one.

Justice B.R. Gavai is likely to give an important judgement before 20th of September on the matter of Waqf Amendment Act, 2025. Also he will deliver his reply to the 14 important questions asked by President Droupadi Murmu in Tamil Nadu Governor’s case regarding prescribing a time line for President and Governors by the apex court and on some other matters related with it. Justice B.R. Gavai is likely to set up a large constitutional bench to sort out the matter related with ‘Supreme Courts Overreach’ which will eventually give a major setback to the central government.

Constitution of India is Supreme, not the judiciary or executive

The Kesavananda Bharati Judgement (1973) is known as the ‘Fundamental Right Case is a landmark judgement of the Supreme Court which asserted its right to strike down the amendment to the constitution that were in violation of the basic structure of the constitution. This historic judgement by a larger bench of the court then had put limits to the power of the parliament to amend the constitution. Now in the current scenario of when we have a strong leader in power like that of late Smt. Indira Gandhi in 1970’s it is no surprise that the ruling party leaders are challenging the Supreme Court’s authority as the custodian of the constitution of India. There has been instances when some of the senior BJP leaders were found to be openly criticizing the apex court in last few years.

Also we can’t forget the ‘2018 Supreme Court of India Crisis’ when four Judges had held a press conference in which they spoke against the then Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra on the matter of allocating a certain politically controversial cases to such benches which give favorable judgements towards a political party.

“Justice Ranjan Gogoi said that the difference with the Chief Justice arose during the assignment of the case regarding the death of Justice Loya. He said the the death of Justice Loya left all four of them aggrieved.”

The Pisces lagna foundation horoscope of the Supreme Court of India is set for the time when its first hearing took place on 28th of January 1950 at 09:45 a.m. at Delhi. The placement of Rahu in the lagna clearly explain the secular values of the apex court. The aspect of the 5th lord Moon at the 9th house and the 9th lord Mars giving aspect to the lagna in the foundation chart of the Supreme Court amply explain the respect this institution command among the masses in general. The lord of the 10th house is Jupiter which is in the 11th house along with the Sun (government) which is the lord of the 6th house of strife. These two planets are conjoined with the lord of the 8th house (disputes) Venus which astrologically explain many incidents in past when the apex court has been at loggerhead with the strong government in power.

During the difficult Saturn Dasha and Rahu Anter Dasha from June 2016 to April 2019 there was crisis in India’s Supreme Court when 4 judges came out in public to revolt against then chief justice of India. Saturn and Rahu are in 6/8 position from each other. In year 2018 the transiting Saturn was in Sagittarius which is the 8th house of the natal Moon in the foundation horoscope of the supreme court of India.

Supreme Court’s conflict with Central Government foreseen

Now the Vimshottari Dasha of Mercury and the Anter Dasha of Venus from March 2025 to January 2028 indicate some major strife between the apex court and the central government as per the study of the foundation chart of the Supreme Court of India (chart 2). Mercury and Venus are in the 2/12 axis in Rashi and in Navamsha they are in bad 6/8 axis from each other. TheAnter Dasha lord Venus is the lord of the 3rd and 8th house and is a functional malefic in the Pisces lagna chart of the Supreme Court of India. Now notice here the close degree conjunction of the 10th lord Jupiter and the 8th lord Venus in the Rashi. In Navamsha Venus is the 10th lord and Jupiter is the 8th lord closely conjoined. Since the Sun as the 6th lord is involved in this conjunction so a conflict with the central government is foreseen for the apex court on various issues including the matter of judicial over -reach. Also notice that the transiting Saturn in Pisces will be over the natal Rahu in the foundation chart of the Supreme Court of India which will bring major structural changes in the higher judiciary in the next 2 years and some scandals also. The transiting Ketu over the natal Saturn in Leo shows that some of the judges may be found indulge in controversies and corruption matters in the next 1.5 years.

The impeachment case of Justice Yashwant Verma in the matter of huge cash found from his Delhi home will bring some disgrace for the higher judiciary {Refer link Who is Justice Yashwant Varma, the Delhi judge ‘transferred’ after huge cash pile is recovered at his house? }. The Anter Dasha of 8th lord Venus in the foundation horoscope of the Supreme Court is going to be very challenging but fruitful for the higher judiciary in India.

Chart 3. Horoscope of Waqf Amendment Bill 2025

The Gazette of India notification for the Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025, was issued on April 8, 2025, announcing that the Act would come into force on that date. This notification was issued from the Ministry of Minority Affairs of the Central government. Since in modern time we follow the 24 hours clock system in which day is chanced at the mid night so the horoscope for the Waqf Amendment Act, 2025 shall be set for 00:00 hours at 08 April 2025 at Delhi.

As per this horoscope the bill came into existence on Monday ruled by the Moon, Tithi Shukla Ekadasha, Nakshatra Ashlesha, Yoga Shoolam and Karana Vanija. The Hora at the time of birth was of the fierce planet Mars. It is no surprise that this bill came into existence on the day when Nakshatra was malefic Ashlesha has not come under a judicial scanner. The Supreme Court of India has reserved its judgement regarding putting up a stay on the Waqf Amendment Bill 2025 on the 22nd of May after the hearing was completed by the constitutional bench headed by CJI B.R. Gavai. As per my humble understanding of the horoscope of Waqf Amendment Bill 2025 the most of the points of the bill will pass the litmus test of its constitutional validity.

See the lagna lord is in the 6th house of is getting the aspect of natural malefic Saturnin the horoscope of Waqf Amendment Bill 2025 (chart 3). The lagna lord falling in the 6th house shows dispute and communal tension after this bill came into existence. The Moon is in the own sign though it is in the 8th but it is with 5th lord Mars which is very good.

In the horoscope of Waqf Amendment Bill 2025 there is an exchange of houses between the 4th lord Jupiter in the 6th and the 6th lord Venus in the 4th house. Also notice that majority of planets are in the 4th house (land and property) which is a clear indication that lots of cases of land disputes and forceful grabbing of lands by various Waqf Board’s in states will come up at the level of higher judiciary in the coming months.

The Vimshottari Dasha of Mercury and Anter Dasha of Jupiter running in the horoscope of the Waqf Amendment bill 2025 is from 18th of July 2025 to 24th of October 2027 indicate lots of court cases and some major changes in the law. The apex court may ruled out the provisions of the inclusion of the non-Muslim member to the Waqf Council and State Waqf Boards. The court may also direct to start the registration process for the “Waqf by user” properties which will create a nightmare for the various Waqf Board’s across the countries as these properties are without paper work or deeds. The central government will also be able to get clear the encroachments from government land by Waqf Board’s across the country as the strong 4th house in chart 3 of Waqf Amendment Bill suggest.

In the ‘Aditya Chaar’ chapter of the book Brihat Samhita written by the great Indian astronomer and astrologer Varahamihir of the fifth century A.D. , the Sun spots have been addressed as ‘Tamas Keelak’. According to Varahamihir, when these spots appear in large numbers on the Sun in different shapes, then the Kshatriyas, soldiers and kings are destroyed. According to modern science, the Sun-spot-cycle is a cyclic change in the activity seen on the Sun in every 11 years, which is measured as an increase and decrease in the Sun spots or the Solar flares. In the last century, the famous Russian scientist Alexander Chizhevsky had said that the spots seen due to these explosions on the Sun are the cause of the epidemics, revolutions and the wars on earth.

In 1931, Russian scientist Alexander Chizhevsky, after studying the data of 700 years, had said that whenever the number of spots on the sun increases after every 11 years, then wars, mass movements, revolutions and epidemics spread on the earth. The then Soviet Union (now Russia) dictator Stalin was angry with Chizhevsky’s discovery and put him in jail in 1942. Communist ideologue Joseph Stalin believed that the reason behind all revolutions on the earth is economic differences, while Alexander Chizhevsky’s research was that the reason behind the public uprising is the explosion on the Sun i.e. the Sun spots.

Spots on the Sun are increasing since 2022 according to the scientific study of the current solar cycle 25, the number of spots visible on the Sun are increasing rapidly since the year 2022, which can reach 115 in July 2025 (Link – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solar_cycle_25 ). The disturbance caused on the Sun by the increasing number of these solar storms or ‘Tamas Keelak’ in the context of Indian astrology is giving rise to an arms race in countries around the world. On 24 February 2022, Russia attacked its neighboring country Ukraine and this war is not showing any sign of stopping even at present. The Russia-Ukraine conflict increased inflation all over the world, which has not reduced yet. Since 7th of October 2023, a war is going on between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip and its surrounding areas, due to which there is tension in the Arab region.

These wars in the Europe and Middle East Asia are also expected to increase. In the last 3 years, there has been a race to buy weapons and increase their production all over the world. Recently, after the killing of innocent civilians in a cowardly terrorist attack by terrorists sent by Pakistan in Pahalgam, Kashmir, when India attacked the terrorist camps of Pakistan on the midnight of 7 May, in response, the Pakistani army attacked India with a large number of drones and missiles. The Indian Army foiled all the attacks of Pakistan and destroyed about 20 percent of the strategic infrastructure of Pakistan Air Force and forced it to ceasefire. But after this 4-day Indo-Pak military conflict, there is now a race to buy high-tech military equipment, air defense systems, fighter planes etc. in this region of South Asia.

Due to the increase in the number of spots on the Sun, the conflict between Iran and Israel may also increase this year.
