The Jammu & Kashmir reorganization act 2019 was passed by Indian Parliament in August 2019. This act abolished ‘Jammu & Kashmir legislative council’ and revoked the special status of this state by abrogating Article 370. It also made Jammu & Kashmir a union territory along with Ladakh which came into existence on the 31st of October 2019 as two separate union territories. Now the horoscope of Jammu & Kashmir Union Territory shall be cast by taking the date as 31st of October 2019 at 00:00 hours midnight at Srinagar.

The investment for development project coming from UAE into Jammu & Kashmir is a big setback for the Pakistan which was seeking support of Islamic countries after the abrogation of article 370 by India in August 2019. Out of 52 Islamic countries Pakistan could manage the support of only Indonesia and Turkey while India has got success to corner Pakistan at various International platforms. The 12th lord Mercury is in conjunction with 4th lord Venus in the horoscope of Jammu & Kashmir Union territory is a good indicator for foreign investment into the development of the state in future.
