After the second landslide victory of BJP the political experts of the country are surprised and many of them are suspecting that this could be mutilating the soul of India’s democracy. If this victory has to be described in two words then it would be ‘Narendra Modi’ only. It was he who single handedly mesmerized the Indian public with his charisma in such manner that they got intoxicated forgetting all their woes and voted him with exuberance. The farmer’s distress, high unemployment , trader’s issues with GST, mob lynching etc. failed to become political issues. The mathematical equations of caste fall flat in front of Modi’s chemistry and emotional connect with the Indian public. Modi’s politics of ‘Development plus Nationalism’ has outshine all the opposition. After Jawaharlal Lal Nehru and Indira Gandhi it is Narendra Modi who has such an immaculate hold over the psyche of Hindu society.

It is the victory of majoritarianism over the ideology of secularism which has changed the political connotation of India. Now the question arises is our country going to run at the whim of one person for the next 5 years? Democracy survive at the fragmentation of power. But in the current ruling party the power is concentrated at the hands of Narendra Modi and Amit Shah only.
In present scenario the NDA led by BJP has over 350 seats in 543 members Lok Sabha, with BJP along having 303 seat alone, and the opposition is completely shattered. Before we study the oath taking horoscope of Narendra Modi let’s see his birth chart along with the foundation horoscope of India first.

Will Modi solve Kashmir issue ?
Narendra Modi has some classical combinations of fame in his horoscope. The Mars placed in own sign in the lagna is a ‘Ruchaka Mahapurush Yoga’. The Janma lagna is Vargottama and so is the Amatayakaraka Venus. The conjunction of lagna lord Mars with 9th lord Moon is a good Raja Yoga. The conjunction of Atamakaraka Saturn and Amatayakaraka Venus in the 10th house from Janma lagna and 9th from Karakamsha is another yoga for fame. The Karakamsha is Dhanu from where Mercury is in Kendra in own sign which is a great Jaimini Yoga for long lasting fame. He has won so many international awards and many countries of the world have honored him with their highest civilian awards including Russia and Saudi Arabia.
Narendra Modi will try to resolve the Kashmir issue and it is feared that he may end-up involving country in a war with Pakistan in 2020. In this war India will be victorious as we can judge from the strong horoscope of Prime Minister Modi. His Moon-Venus dasha in Vimshottari is till 5th of June 2020 which shows a clear danger of a war as the Venus is lord of 7th house here. And don’t forget the joint aspect of both Saturn and Mars on his 7th house. The 6th lord Mars in the lagna make him a ‘Shatru-Hanta’ i.e. destroyer of enemies. Later the Vimshottari dasha of Mars starting from 4th of December 2020 will give him some trouble due to political conspiracies and scandal. Mars is debilitated in both Navamsha and Dashamsha. As per Sage Parashara Mars is malefic for Scorpio lagna as its ‘Moola-Trikona’ Rashi falls in the 6th house. In Bhava Chalit Mars falls in the 12th house which is not good. The year 2021 and 2022 ( Mars-Mars and Mars-Rahu periods) will not be good for Modi.
Unmaad Yoga and Sarpa Yoga in Modi’s chart.
In the horoscope of PM Modi the 5th lord Jupiter is retrograde and get the aspects of Mars and Saturn both. Mars and Saturn giving aspect to Jupiter which is retrograde and 5th house under affliction make Unmaad Yoga which gives hysteria and tendency to become aggressive. This yoga is given in Jataka Tattwam. Mars and Jupiter at 1/7 axis also make this yoga. In Modi’s chart this yoga explain mass hysteria he has managed to create in the country in the name of nationalism.
Apart from this another important yoga Modi has in his horoscope is ‘Sarpa Yoga’ which is given in the ‘Poorva-Janma-Shrap’ Adhayaa of Bhriat Parashara Hora Shastra and also in other important classics. Rahu in the 5th house is getting the aspect of Sun and the 5th lord Jupiter is retrograde afflicted by malefic planets. This yoga gives denial of child birth and it also make one very radical in his thinking. Also notice the Saturn in Leo at 29 degrees deep combust by Sun. In the horoscope of Narendra Modi Saturn as the lord of 3rd house shows his colleague and partners which are combust by his 10th lord (charisma and power) Sun. What does it shows ? Saturn is also the Karaka for democracy and Narendra Modi is the least democratic person is what this yoga means.

In the Vrishabha lagna foundation horoscope of India the Vimshottari dasha of Moon-Jupiter is running from August 2018 to December 2019. Moon and Jupiter are in good Gaja Kesari yoga. Jupiter giving aspect to the 10th house from both lagna and Moon shows the return of incumbent government at center. The transiting Saturn is in Sagittarius with Ketu in the 8nd house from the lagna and Mars-Rahu are transiting at the 2th house in Gemini sign. What does they indicate? Four malefic planets transiting at the 2/8 axis of the lagna of foundation horoscope of country and also its Prime Minister Modi. The affliction to the 8th house is more severe as the sub period of Jupiter, which is the 8th lord, is also current. The 8th house shows mass death due to some natural calamity and also the death of some important leaders. These events may happen in next few months as the oath taking horoscope of Prime Minister Modi also shows the same.

As per my teacher Shri K.N. Rao the oath taking chart should be studied for the policy directions of the leader and his governments working style. The oath taking horoscope should be studied along with the available horoscope of leader. Oath taking horoscopes are Muhurata charts so they cannot override the horoscope of the person taking oath of office.
Given below are the main features of the oath taking horoscope of PM Modi.
- Panchang Parameters: The five aliments of the Panchanaga are good. Tithi, Vaar and Nakshatra are all auspicious. Since this Muhurata is within 24 minutes of Sun set, which is at 19:09 hours on that day, so it is a ‘Godhuli-Muhurata’. A Godhuli Muhurata is 24 minutes around the Sun set time is consider auspicious.
- Strength of lagna: The lagna is Scorpio is Vargottama which is the rising sign of Narendra Modi’s Janma lagna showing his absolute authority and command at cabinet. Jupiter in the lagan as 5th lord is good for the image of government in general.
- Strength of Moon: Moon is Vargottama in Pisces getting the aspect of its Rashi lord Jupiter which is a Raja Yoga. In Navamsha Moon and Jupiter are conjoined together. Both lagna and Moon Vargottama is a good Raja Yoga as per Varahamihira. The 10th lord Sun is also Vargottama which is an additional strength.
- What could be the major policy directions of Modi government ?
- The strong 5th house in Muhurata chart suggest that education will be given great importance along with hospitality sector and tourism in the policies of Modi government. The 9th lord Moon is in the 5th house of education institution showing a revolution in this sector. Hotel, entertainment industry and tourism will also flourish very fast during the second tenure of Modi Sarkar. In Navamsha also the Moon is in the 5th house there Jupiter joins it.
- The 10th lord Sun is with 11th and 8th lord Mercury in the 7th house shows that central government may bring thousands of new jobs within few months of this swearing-in. Jupiter giving aspect to this yoga is a very positive indicator. So good news for students preparing for central government jobs.
- Moon is the Karaka for agriculture products, medicines , health care and water resources. A strong Moon in oath taking chart and also its dasha running in the foundation chart of India and also in the natal chart of PM Modi suggest that India will make tremendous progress in these areas. River linking projects, Namami Gange Yogana, Water-way development, Fishing, drinking water supply, medicinal facilities, health care, organic farming etc. will be promoted at very fast in next 5 years.
- The 7th lord Venus in the 6th house in sign of Mars is a dangerous thing. Venus is in Rashi and Navamsha of Mars shows some ‘sex scandals and honey traps’ troubling the government. - As the fourth lord Saturn shows farming sector. The 4th house is about farmers and government buildings. Mars giving aspect to 4th lord Saturn which is with Ketu shows farmers distress and fire accidents in government buildings. This year will be full of such events as an erratic rainfall will compound the troubles of farmers and increase in fire accidents will also be a matter of concern.
