It was exactly 15 years back, I remember when in the afternoon of the April 10^th in the  year  2010, the T.V news report flashed breaking news about the tragic death of then Polish President Lech Kaczynski, his wife and other military, political, and church officials of Poland in a plane crash near Smolensk, Russia. In total 96 people were killed including 7 crew members on board the Polish Air force Tupolev Tu-154 M aircraft   while making an attempt to land at Smolensk-north airport in Russia.

This accident wiped out a large portion of the Poland’s political, military and civil leadership. The crash of this aging Russian airliner proved to be the country’s worst disaster since World War II and left the Polish people in great mourning.

On that evening when I was discussing astrology with one of my fellow student in an institute, I also narrated this news to her. She gave her observations that in case of death of a national ruler (in office) there has to be an affliction on the 4/10 axis and Dasha co-relating to it in the foundation chart of the country concern.  I immediately asked her ; ‘since we do not have the foundation chart of the Poland so why not check this event and your findings on the Hindu New year chart of Poland, which can be easily made by taking the day of ‘Chaitra shukla pratipada’ of the country and adjusting the time for the capital of country concerned.

So we entered the date of 15-March-2010 for the place Warsaw, the capital of Poland, in astrology software in our laptop. The time we adjusted for the day of New moon of Chaitra shukla pratipada and reached at 22:01:01 hrs. This detail gives us the following chart of New Year for Poland.

Chart  1. Hindu New Year Horoscope of Poland

 

 

We find out in the chart that Mars placed in the tenth house of national ruler is afflicting the 4/10 axis.  The tenth house in mundane astrology shows king, rulers, prime minister, president, head of the state and cabinet as a whole and any affliction to it indicate danger to them. And fourth house, the throne of the ruler, was also afflicted by Mars and its lord Saturn falling in the twelfth was confirming her hypothesis.

I further discussed that we also see the condition of the cabinet from the ascendant and death of national ruler from the eighth house. In mundane astrology the lagna denotes the conditions of the cabinet and eight houses from it signifies the death of any cabinet member or national rulers apart from its other significations. In this case since the President of Poland was died along with his cabinet in that disastrous plane crash so there must have been heavy affliction to the lagna and eighth house apart from the tenth house.

Now again see in the New Year chart of Poland, lagna and the eighth lord Venus is falling in the sixth house and receiving the aspect of retrograde Saturn making this amply clear. Mars being the lord of seventh house of war in the tenth house aspecting the lagna was explaining this violent ravaging of the top Polish leadership. Also notice here the lunation taking place in the sixth house and Moon being the lord of tenth house is an active participant.

After this discussion with her I decided to work more on such cases of New Year charts of the nations for the year in which their national ruler died in office. To start with, I took the Hindu New Year horoscopes for the years when our four prime ministers were died in office. I observed few points, which are given below, and applied them in more such cases of other countries also to reach at some replicable technique of predicting the death of the national ruler/head of the state : –

 

1. The must be an affliction to the tenth house and/or its llord  by malefic planets in the Hindu new year chart, as tenth house represents the national ruler.
2. The fourth house/lord in the New Year chart must also be afflicted by malefic planets, as fourth being the house representing the throne of the ruler.
3. The eighth house which mainly shows the death of the national ruler and mourning must also be afflicted by malefic planets.
4. A point which I observed was that one of the luminaries (Sun and Moon) was either having the lordship of lagna or tenth house or together they were in the P.A.C.(Position, aspect and/or conjunction) relationship of these houses or their lords in Hindu New Year chart of the given year.

Now see the cases of Hindu New year chart for the year in which our prime ministers were died in office.

 

Case 2. Death of 1st Prime minister of India Jawaharlal Nehru
        
The Hindu New year chart given below is for the year 1964 when India’s first Prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru was died on 27 May leaving the problem of succession for his party and the country.

 

1. In the Hindu New Year chart for India the tenth house is under the affliction of Rahu/Ketu axis.
2. The fourth house of the throne of the ruler is also under the Rahu/Ketu axis.
3. The lord of eighth house Venus is receiving the aspect of Saturn.
4. The luminaries Sun and Moon are conjoined with the lagna and tenth lord Jupiter confirming our condition of their relationship with either lagna or tenth house or both.

 

Case  3. Death of India’s 2nd Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri

    
India’s second Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri was also died in office at Tashkent on 11 January 1966 supposedly of a heart attack. See the Hindu New year chart for year 1965.

1. The tenth lord Jupiter is in Rahu/Ketu axis and malefic Mars and Saturn are in Kendra from it.
2. The fourth lord Mercury is receiving the aspect of retrograde Mars.
3. The eighth lord Venus is also afflicted by the aspect of retrograde Mars from the sixth house.
4. The Sun and the Moon are conjoined in the lagna confirming our hypothesis of having P.A.C (Position , aspect and/or conjunction) links with lagna or tenth houses/lords.

 

Case 4- Assassination of Prime minister Indira Gandhi

  

Indira Gandhi was assassinated by her own body guards on 31st October 1984. She was than under her second term as prime minister of India.

 

1. In the Hindu New year chart 1984 for India the tenth house is receiving the aspect of Mars and its lord Mercury falling in the eighth house is under the aspect of retrograde Saturn.
2. The fourth house and its lord Jupiter are both under the influence of the retrograde Saturn.
3. The lord of eighth house is Mars which is conjoined with Ketu. And eighth house is afflicted by the aspect of retrograde Saturn.
4. The Sun and the Moon are giving their joint aspect to the lagna.

 

 

Case 5. Assassination of Prime minister Rajiv Gandhi

               

Rajiv Gandhi , the charismatic third prime minister from the Nehru Dynasty, was killed in a terrorist attack on 21st May 1991. See the Hindu New year chart for that year.

 

1. The lord of tenth house Mars is in the 11th house without any affliction on it.
2. The 4th house is getting the aspect of 8th lord Saturn.
3. The lord of eighth house Saturn is also under the Rahu/Ketu axis.
4. The Sun and the Moon are in the 9th house house and they are getting the aspect of the 8th lord Saturn. Since the Moon is the lord of the lagna itself so the affliction to the lagna is also there.

 

After going through the cases of death of national ruler in the world largest democracy now let us see some of the similar kind of cases in the other countries like the United States of America.

 

 

Case  6. Death of 9th President of U.S.A -William Henry Harrison

William Henry Harrison was the ninth President of America and the first to die in office. He died on April 14, 1841 due to pneumonia after giving a long inaugural address in the cold and rain during the month of March.

 

1. In New Year chart of U.S.A for 1841 the tenth house has malefic Ketu and its lord Moon is falling in the sixth house.
2. The fourth house of throne of the ruler has Rahu receiving the aspect of retrograde Mars.
3. The eighth house and the lord of it, Venus both are afflicted by retrograde Mars.
4. The luminary Moon is having the lordship of tenth house confirming our hypothesis.

 

 

 

Case 7. Death of 12th President of U.S.A- Zachary Taylor

Zachary Taylor was the twelfth President of United States and was second to die in office. He died of cholera (gastrointestinal illness) after eating cherries and milk in the middle of summer. He died in the White house on July 8, 1850.

1. In the New Year chart for America, the Mars is placed in the tenth house and its lord Mercury is falling in the sixth house with Ketu.
2. The fourth house has the double affliction by malefic planets Mars and Saturn. The lord of fourth house (Jupiter) is retrograde and badly placed in the twelfth with Rahu.
3. The eighth house/its lord are not afflicted in the chart.
4. The luminaries Sun and Moon are giving their aspect to the lagan.

 

Case 8- Death of 16th President of U.S.A- Abraham Lincoln

                  
Abraham Lincoln the 16th President of United States was died on April 15, 1865. He died a few hours after being shot by an assassin while attending a play at Ford’s Theater in Washington, D.C.

1. In the New Year chart for 1865 the tenth house or its lord Sun is not showing any kind of affliction.
2. But the fourth lord Saturn is badly placed in the twelfth house with Rahu confirming the second condition.
3. Mars placed in the eighth house is enough to show the death of national ruler (President in this case).
4. The luminary, Sun having the lord ship of the tenth house again confirms our hypothesis.

 

 

Case 9- Death of 20th U.S.A President- James Garfield

                   
                       
James Garfield who was  the 20th President of United States  died on September 19, 1881 in office. He died due to blood poisoning two months after being shot in the back by an assassin.

1. In the New Year chart, the lord of tenth house Mercury is falling in the sixth house with Mars. And tenth house is also afflicted by the aspect of Saturn from the eighth.
2. The fourth lord Jupiter is also falling in the eighth house with Saturn.
3. See the exchange between the lord of eighth and sixth house which is showing affliction the eighth and consequent death of national ruler.
4. The luminaries Sun and Moon are giving their joint aspect to the lagna also fulfill our last condition.

 

Case 10- Death  of 25th President of U.S.A- William McKinley.

                
                 
William McKinley was the 25th President of United States and was died on September 14, 1901. He died eight days after being shot by an assassin while he was visiting the Pan-American Exhibit in Buffalo, New York.

1. In the New Year chart concern the tenth house or its lord Saturn are not afflicted in this case.
2. The fourth lord Moon falling in the twelfth house and is afflicted by the aspect of retrograde Mars.
3. The eighth house has double affliction by the placement of Rahu and aspect of Mars.
4. The luminaries Sun and Moon are receiving the aspect of lagna lord Mars thus having a link with lagna though not complete P.A.C (Position, aspect and/or conjunction) connection.

 

Case 11-   Death of 29th President of U.S.A- Warren G. Harding      
Warren G. Harding,  the 29th President of United States  was died of heart attack on August 2, 1923.

1. The tenth lord Saturn is retrograde and falling in the sixth house under the aspect of a malefic Sun.
2. The lord of fourth house is Moon which is badly placed and afflicted in the twelfth house.
3. The eighth house of the death of national ruler is doubly afflicted by the aspect of Mars and Saturn.
4. The luminaries Sun and Moon are in mutual aspect with tenth lord Saturn . Thus it satisfies our hypothesis.

 

 

Case 12- Death of 32nd President of U.S.A- Franklin D. Roosevelt

                   
Franklin D. Roosevelt, the 32nd President of United States, also known by his initials FDR died on April 12, 1945. He was died of a cerebral hemorrhage.

1. In New Year chart of U.S the tenth house is afflicted by the aspect of Mars. The lord of tenth house Moon is falling in the sixth and receiving the aspect of Saturn.
2. The fourth house has Mars placed in it and its lord Saturn is conjoined with Rahu also showing double affliction here.
3. The lord of eighth house Venus is receiving the aspect of malefic Mars also fulfills our third condition.
4. Among the luminaries the Moon here occupies the lordship of tenth house confirming our condition.

 

Case 13- Assassination of 35th President of U.S.A- John F. Kennady

                            
 John F. Kennedy the 35th President of United States, also known by his initials J.F.K, was died on November 22, 1963. He was died a few hours after being shot by an assassin.

1. The tenth house in the New Year chart of U.S.A is showing the ultimate affliction.
2. Fourth house is also under the same kind of affliction, and its lord being badly placed and under the influence of malefic Saturn, confirm our second condition in this case.
3. Although eighth house doesn’t have any malefic influence but see the condition of its lord Mars which tells the story of the tragic death of the President of America that year.
4. Both luminaries  Sun and Moon are receiving the  aspect of the  tenth lord Saturn but there are not making the  complete P.A.C (Position , aspect and/or conjunction) relationship with either lagna or tenth house.

 

Now after dealing with the eight cases of United States of America  let us come to our neighboring nations,  to start with see this case of Bangladesh. But one thing we have to remember while we do an analysis on  the New Year charts of the neighboring countries of India, that  we should also give more emphasis on Navamsha here as the Rashi  chart will be the same in most of the countries like Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh etc. for the year concerned due to the proximity in time zone with India.

Case 14- Assassination of President of Bangladesh- Sheikh Mujibur Rahman

Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, also know as Bang Bandhu, was assassinated on August 15, 1975, by a group of junior army officers who invaded the presidential residence with tanks and killed Mujib, his family and the personal staff.

1. In the New Year chart the tenth house of the national ruler is heavily afflicted by the aspect of Mars and Saturn. And the lord of tenth house Sun is also receiving the aspect of Saturn.
2. Mars placed in the fourth house and its lord Saturn falling in the eighth house also shows the danger to the throne of ruler.
3. The eighth house and its lord Mercury are afflicted by the influence of Saturn. Andin Navamsha eighth house is afflicted by Rahu and Saturn.
4. Sun taking the lord ship of tenth house also fulfills our fourth condition of luminaries having the lordship of either lagna or tenth house or making a P.A.C (Position , aspect and/or conjunction) link with these houses/lords.

Now see this case of the death of a military ruler from Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Case 15- The death of President General Muhammad Zia-Ul-Haq of Pakistan.

          
General Muhammad Zia-Ul-Haq was the sixth President of Pakistan from 16-September-1978 to his death on 17-August-1988. Initially he was a chief Martial Law Administrator when he overthrew the ruling Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in a bloodless coup detat on 5 July 1977. His days are remembered in the country for the Islamization of military and civil services. He was died in a plane crash on 17 August 1988. See in the Hindu New year chart of Pakistan for that year.
         

1. The tenth house has two malefic planets Mars and Saturn.
2. The fourth house is afflicted with the aspect of two hard malefic planets and more over its lord Mercury is also afflicted in the twelfth house.
3. The eighth house of the death of the national ruler is under the benefic influence in the Rashi chart though if we see theNavamsha Mars is aspecting it and its lord Venus is falling in the twelfth.
4. The luminaries Sun and Moon are in the lagna making our hypothesis correct again.

Note:- I have already mentioned it and at the cost of repetition saying it again that  when we do an  analysis on  the New Year charts of the neighboring countries of India, we should also give more emphasis on Navamsha also as Rashi  chart will be the same in most of the neighbors on India like Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh etc. due to the proximity in time zone. So to make a bifurcation in the prediction for all these south-east Asian countries (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Nepal) one has to carefully look into the Navamsha chart of the New Year horoscope or Chaitra Shukla Pratipada chart. And of course, the role of the individual foundation chart of these countries along with the dasha running also comes into play when forecasting an event in mundane astrology.

Now I am taking a case of Nepal where a shocking massacre in the royal palace killed the King of Nepal and its family.

Case 16-  Massacre in the Royal Palace of Nepal

On 1-June-2001 there was a massacre in the Royal Palace. King Birendra, Queen Aiswarya, Crown Prince Dipendra and seven other members of the royal family were killed. Dipendra was accused of Patricide and of committing suicide thereafter. But there are still speculation and doubts among the Nepalese as to who was responsible for the incident. 4. The luminaries Sun and Moon doesn’t have any P.A.C (Position, aspect and/or conjunction) link with either lagna or tenth house but in Navamsha they are aspecting the lagna from the seventh house.

 

 

Now I am taking two case from the land of dragons and emperors–the China; one of the oldest civilization of the world.

 

Case 17- Death of the first Premier of the China- Zhou Enlai    

Zhou Enlai was the first Premier (better call him a communist dictator) of The People Republic of China, serving from October 1949 until his death in January 1976. Zhou was hospitalized in 1974 for bladder cancer but he continued to conduct work from the hospital itself. He was died on the morning of 8th January 1976. He was 77.

1. In the New Year chart of China for 1975, the tenth house of national ruler (communist dictator in this case) is afflicted by the aspect of Mars. The lord of tenth house is afflicted by the aspect of Saturn.
2. The fourth house of throne is also afflicted together with its lord Jupiter as they are getting the aspect by malefic Saturn.
3. The lord of eighth Moon is also receiving the aspect of Saturn.
4. Luminaries Sun and Moon are conjunct with the lagna lord Jupiter and tenth lord Mercury thus fulfilling our last condition.

 

Case 18- Death of first Chairman of Communist Party of China-Mao Zedong

                  Mao Zedong was the first chairman of the communist party of china who led the People’s Republic of China from it establishment in 1949 until his death in 1976. He is till date a controversial figure and regarded as a ruthless communist dictator outside China. His brands of communist policies are now collectively known as‘Maoism’. This communist dictator was died in the mid night of 8/9 September 1976.

1. In the New Year chart concern for the year the tenth house is afflicted by the aspect of Mars and Saturn.
2. The lord of fourth house (Jupiter) is conjoined with Ketu and is receiving the aspect of Saturn.
3. The eighth house has malefic Saturn and lord of this house Moon is conjoined with Sun.
4. The luminaries Sun and Moon are conjoined with lord of tenth and aspecting the tenth house also fulfilling our last condition.

After going  through the cases of the death and fall of two communist dictators of China now I am going to take two cases of world famous leaders of Non-aligned movement who together with Nehru from India were the backbone of the Non Aligned Movement in the era of cold-war.
Case 19- Death of Second President of Egypt- Abdel Nasser

               
               
Gamal Abdel Nasser was the second president of Egypt from 1954 until his death on 28-September-1970 due to a heart attack. His funeral procession in Cairo, on 1st October, was attended by at least five million mourners. He is remembered as co-founder of Non Aligned Movement and as the most respected Arab leader of his era.

1. In the New Year chart of Egypt for year 1970 the lord of tenth house Saturn is debilitated and conjoined with Mars.
2. The fourth house is receiving the aspect of Mars and the lord of fourth is falling in the twelfth house.
3. The lord of eighth house is conjoined with Saturn in the lagna and also giving aspect to the eight house of the death of national ruler.
4. Although the luminaries has no P.A.C link with either lagna or tenth house. They are also not having the lordship of these two houses and thus our last condition is not being fulfilled here.

  Case 20- Death of the President of SFR Yugoslavia- Josip Broz Tito

                           
The Socialist Federal Republic (SFR) of Yugoslavia was the Yugoslav state that existed from the Second World War (1943) until it was formally dissolved in 1992 amid the Yugoslav wars. The SFR Yugoslavia was headed by President Josip Broz Tito from 1943 to 4May1980 until his death. Under Tito’s leadership, Yugoslavia also became the founding member of the Non Aligned Movement.
Given below is the New Year chart of 1980 for Yugoslavia when its president Tito was died in office.

 

1. The lord of tenth house Mercury is retrograde and is heavily afflicted in the sixth house.
2. The lord of fourth house Jupiter is also retrograde, falling in the twelfth house, and is under the ultimate affliction of three hard malefic planets.
3. The lord of eighth house is Mars which is also conjoined with malefic in the twelfth house.
4. The luminaries Sun and Moon are giving their aspect to the lagna; thus confirm our last condition as well.

 

Now at the end I take up the two cases of the death of the worlds most fearful dictators who were responsible for the killings of the millions of innocent people during the Second World War.

Case 21- Death of German dictator-Adolf Hitler.

Adolf Hitler was the leader of Nazi Party and was the absolute dictator of Germany from 1934 to 1945 until his death. He committed suicide on 30-April-1945, in the final days of Second World War at the fall of Berlin to avoid being captured by Soviet forces. Now see this New Year chart of Germany for the year 1945.

 

 

1. The lord of tenth house Venus is afflicted by the aspect of Mars.
2. Though the fourth house of throne of the ruler has the influence on only one malefic planet Mars.
3. The eighth house representing the death of national ruler is under the joint aspect by both Mars and Saturn. The lord of eighth house is also receiving the aspect of
4. The luminaries Sun and Moon are getting the aspect of the lagna lord Saturn though not making full P.A.C.(Position, aspect and/or conjunction) relation with the lagna or the tenth house.

 

 Case 22- Death of U.S.S.R communist dictator- Joseph Stalin

             
Joseph Stalin was the first General Secretary of the communist party of the Soviet Union’s central committee from 1922 until his death in 1953. After the end of World War II Stalin installed puppet communist government in most of Eastern Europe forming the Eastern bloc, behind what was referred to as an ‘Iron Curtain’ of Soviet rule. This communist dictator was died on 5th March, 1953 while in office; the cause of death was listed as cerebral hemorrhage. Here is the New Year chart of year 1952 for the former U.S.S.R.

1. Tenth lord Moon is afflicted in the sixth house.
2. The lord of fourth house is Saturn with is retrograde and falling in the twelfth house and also hammed between malefics.
3. The eighth house of the death of national ruler is afflicted by the aspect of retrograde Mars. And the lord of eighth house Venus is conjoined with Rahu.
4. Among the luminaries, Moon owns the tenth house confirming our hypothesis.

In this exercise I try to show a replicable technique which can be used to predict the death of national ruler or very influential leader of a nation   based on the Chaitra Shukla Pratipada horoscope or the Hindu New Year chart of the country. I have read in the various books of  Mundane  astrology about the great war time prediction (of countries in second world war) by late ShriB.V Raman; also about the predictions of  another giant of Mundane astrology late Hardeo Sharma Trivedi who once predicted the death of President John F. Kennedy without his horoscope. And numerous prediction of Shri K.N Rao in Mundane astrology; His prediction of Japan winning a Nobel price in 1993 might  have  been based on the New Year chart of Japan is what I canguess!!!
These three legends of Mundane Astrology must have mastered the art of using New Year charts of the nations,  as many of these cases the foundation chart of the country is not available or is doubtful. So for astrologers learning and practicing Mundane astrology it is an absolute must to practice reading and giving forecast on the New Year chart of the countries as a first step towards entering this vast area of Hindu Astrology. On must also apply the transit of planets over the zodiac sign of the countries given by Ptolemy, who is regarded as the father of Mundane Astrology.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saturn has entered into Capricorn sign in retrograde motion on the 12th of July. It will become direct on the 23rd of October this year and later will again move into Aquarius sign on the 17th of January 2023. Saturn is in ‘Dhanishta’ Nakshatra at present which is the Janma Nakshatra of Ukraine who is facing a major war with Russia since 24th of February this year when Saturn has entered into this Nakshatra. Now the retrograde motion of Saturn into Capricorn, which is the Moon sign of Ukraine, is likely to accelerate conflict in the Eastern Europe which will intensify the energy crisis in the world. This will increase the problem of inflation and unemployment due to disturbance in supply chain of the market in coming months. In India we can expect some major economic reforms, growth in economy ,  religious disputes, national mourning, scandals, public protests  and  some political instability particularly when  Mars will enter into Taurus sign after 10th of August this year. Mars will stay for about 5 months in Taurus due to its retrograde motion which will be very dangerous for India particularly during mid of August 2022 to middle of March 2023.

Forecasting Trends for the Hindu New Year 2022 for India (from 1 April 2022 to 21 March 2023) 

In the horoscope of Hindu New year 2022 or Chaitra Shukla Pratipada the rising sign is Gemini with luminaries (Sun and Moon) at the 10th house along with 2nd lord (finance) Moon are receiving the bad aspect of Saturn from the 8th house. The 2nd house of economy and finances is also getting the aspect hard malefics of Mars and Saturn from the 8th house which explain the situation  of inflation in the country at present. As per RBI assessment rate of retail inflation is likely to remain above 6% till the end of 2022. But some economist are expecting it to be around 8% which could be true considering the planetary position  in the Hindu New Year horoscope. We don’t anticipate any major relief from inflation or price rise until April 2023 as per our astrological calculations.

Why so many religious disputes in year 2022 ?

An unusual serious of violence’s occurred on the day of Ram Navami and Hanuman Jayanti in the months of April and March respectively. More than a dozen incidents of communal violence, stone pelting and vandalizing were reported across more than 10 states of the country in the months of April and May this year. In the Hindu New Year chart of 2022 the combination of 9th lord Saturn along with 6th lord Mars is in the 8th house of controversies and destruction. In Navamsha of the Hindu New Year horoscope luminaries (Sun and Moon) are in the 9th house and the 9th lord Jupiter is in the 3rd house in the axis of Rahu-Ketu which shows Hindu-Muslim religious disputes. The trend is likely to continue in coming months intermittently.

Nupur Sharma and Gyanvapi Masjid dispute

On the 26^th of May 2022 Nupur Sharma, now the former BJP spokesperson, participated in a television debate where she had made some controversial remarks about ‘Prophet Muhammad’ during a television debate over ‘Gyanvapi Masjid’ dispute.  Her controversial comments were become viral over social media especially in the Arab world. The Uniform Civil Code is also likely to come as the transiting Saturn from the 9th house (law and higher judiciary)  in Capricorn indicates. On the 5th of August 2022 BJP may bring this law of Uniform Civil Code as we have witnessed earlier the ruling party has taken important decisions on this day like in 2019 on 5th of August  they abrogated Article 370  from Jammu & Kashmir and then on 5th of August 2020 the Ayodhya Ram Mandir Bhoomi Pujan made this day historical for all Indians.

Apart from this we can expect some new laws which would bring judicial reforms in the country. The retrograde motion of Saturn in the 9th house of the foundation chart of India indicate some major laws which will affect country’s judicial system. The ruling BJP government may bring a law to make mediation agreements legally binding and the process of mediation compulsory before filing a civil suit. This will bring down the burden on courts which are struggling with more than 45 million pending cases (4.5 crore) giving delay in justice to the common man.

Destruction from heavy rain foreseen
