Amrinder Singh was born in the royal family of Patiala (Punjab) belonging to the Jat dynasty of Sidhu Brar decent. His father Yadavinder Singh was the Maharaja of Patiala. In the Dhanu (Sagittarius) lagan chart of Captain Amrinder Singh Saturn and Mars are in conjunction in the 6th house along with Jupiter.
