On the 28th of April when Mercury will went into retrograde motion then it become part of a very rare astrological phenomena of four planets getting retrograde simultaneously. At present Saturn and Mars are moving in retrograde motion in Scorpio sign. The Jupiter is retrograde in Leo rashi at the moment and will go into direction motion only on 9th of May only. So the period from 28th of April to 9th of May will be the time when four planets Saturn, Jupiter, Mars and Mercury will be transiting in retrograde motions.
Last time these four planets were into retrograde motion at the same time in 1980. During that year (1980) from 26th of February to 19th of March these four planets Saturn, Jupiter, Mars and Mercury were in retrogression. The superior planets Saturn, Jupiter and Mars were into retrograde motion for long duration at that time just like it is during this year. In 1980 the Saturn, Mars and Jupiter were into retrogression in fiery sign Leo (Simha). The Mercury become retrograde in Aquarius then and they were all in Rahu-Ketu axis at that time.
The 1980 was bad year for natural disaster as there was a severe heat wave in USA. On 18th of May 1980 a major eruption of Mount St. Helens occurred in the sate of Washington ruled by Zodiac sign Leo. Almost 57 people were killed during this volcano eruption. Another noted event that occurred was the boycott of Moscow Olympics by the USA. The Iran and Iraq also went for a dangerous war in 1980.
The year 1980 was very significant for India. In a big political turnaround Indira Gandhi came back to power defying all odds. Now a very important Bhrigu cycle of 36 year has completed since 1980. In these 36 year the Rahu-Ketu has completed their 2 cycles and Jupiter has completed its 3 cycles of the transit of 12 zodiacal signs. Apart from political upheavals the retrogression of four planets may cause following events in next few days.
- There could be a big earthquake causing huge losses of properties and lives in India, Pakistan and Afghanistan region. - The entry of Sun into Taurus (Vrishabha) rashi on the 14th of May will bring record breaking heat waves in south-Asia killings thousands of people. The intense heat will cause lots of fire accidents in the jungles, scarcity of water and delay in south-west monsoon this year.
- The stock market may start getting into bearish mood from the first week of May. The Jupiter getting into direct motion on the 9th of May will bring down the prices of gold, silver and stocks in a very surprise mode.
- A war could break out between North Korea and South Korea any time during the transit of Sun from Taurus from 14th of May to 14th of June. This dangerous war will bring a financial catastrophe in the stock markets around the world.
