In the third week of August at the Democratic Party’s National Convention Kamala Harris was formally nominated as the party’s candidate for the US Presidential Elections. Earlier in the third week of July US President Joe Biden himself dropped out of race and had endorsed his deputy Kamala Harris as his choice for the Democratic party candidate.I had discussed the horoscope of Kamala Harris in September 2020 and had forecast a great future ahead for her along with my prediction of Joe Biden victory in the USA Presidential Elections in 2020 which was published in many astrological magazines and also on the website of Hindu News Paper Navbhart Times. In the horoscope of Kamala Harris (20 October 1964, 21:28 hours at Oakland, California, USA) the favorable Maha Dasha of Rahu strongly placed in the Gemini sign is running at present. The Anter Dasha of 5th lord Venus in mutual aspect with the 9th lord Saturn can make Kamala Harris the next USA President. On the contrary the horoscope of former President and Republican Party’s candidate Donald Trump will be under weak Dasha period of Jupiter-Venus at the time of voting for the US Elections on the 5th of November this year.
Donald Trump has said that Kamala Harris will be ‘easier to defeat’ but he will regret later as in his Leo lagna horoscope the Anter Dasha of badly placed Venus in the 12th house of losses is going to start from the 5th of October. Trump may end up facing some new allegations of sex scandals etc and will not be able to win the USA Presidential elections this year.

Many a times Donald Trump has faced controversies and bankruptcies in his business career. In the Leo lagna horoscope of Donald Trump (chart 1) the Yoga Karaka Mars is giving aspect to the Moon which is a major Raja Yoga. The Moon getting the aspect of its sign lord has given here an excellent ‘Neecha Bhanga’ Yoga here. In November 2016 Donald Trump has won the USA Presidential Election after defeating Hilary Clinton then when he was under the Vimshottari Dasha of Rahu and Anter Dasha of Mars and the Pratyanter Dasha of the Moon as per Lahiri Ayanamsha calculations. It was the Vimshottari Dasha of Jupiter-Ketu-Mercury when a bullet aimed to kill Donald Trump had hit his right ear. Jupiter the Maha Dasha lord is taking the lordship of the 5th house but is placed in the 2nd a ’Maraka’ Bhava. Jupiter get the aspect of 6th (violence) and 7th (killer) lord Saturn. Ketu the Anter Dasha lord is at the 4th house getting the aspect of trine lords Mars, which is the 9th lord, and also the Sun is in Raja Yoga. Mercury as the 11th lord gave Donald Trump instant fame when he survives the assassination attempt. But at the time of the Presidential elections this good Dasha period will be over for him.

For Trump the Venus can bring losses as it is in its enemy sign in Rashi and in Dashamsha (D-10) it is in the 6th house of disputes. Dwadashottari Dasha of Donald Trump
As per Brihat Parashra Hora Shastra, Dasha Adhyay chapter number 48, if the rising sign of Navamsha is either Taurus or Libra then Dwadashottari Dasha is also applicable in the horoscope. It is a conditional Dasha of Sage Parashara which is applicable in Donald Trump’s chart. In Dwadashottari Dasha the period of Moon-Moon-Mercury would be running from 6th of June to 20th of November 2024. The Moon as the 12th lord can give a defeat to Donald Trump. The Maha Dasha lord Moon in Dwadashottari Dasha is making a 6/8 relation with Pratyanter Dasha lord Mercury which is also not good. The Moon and Mercury are in 6/8 position in both Rashi and Dashamasha (D-10) charts which as per Dwadashottari Dasha system shows election loss for the former President Doanld Trump due to some irrational and controversial behavior.

In the Annual horoscope (Varsha Kundali) of Donald Trump for the completed year 78 Leo sign is rising which is the Rashi of his birth ascendant. When the sign of birth ascendant rises in the annual horoscope that year is know as ‘Dwi-Janma lagan’ year which is consider very difficult at times. If a Vimshottari Dasha of ‘Maraka’ planet is coincided along with the ‘Dwi-Janma lagna’ in annual horoscope and Muntha is placed in the bad houses (2nd, 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th or 12th) then during that year native can received a major set back. This condition is applicable in the annual horoscope of Donald Trump as in his ‘Dwi-Janama-lagna’ year the Muntha is in the 7th house a ‘Maraka’ house and it is with 6th (conflicts) and 7th (killer) lord Saturn. In the Kamala Harris Gemini lagna horoscope (chart 2) Rahu is in the close degrees of lagna. Thus, it is placed in the ascendant of Rashi, Navamsha, Dreshkkan, Dwadashamsha, Dashamasha and Trimshamsha charts respectively. Except Trimshamsha (D-30) Rahu is in the benefic sign’s in all the divisional charts. In birth chart it is in Gemini which as per many classical texts is its sign of exaltation. In Navamsha it is in friendly sign in Libra and in Dashamasha (D-10) it is again in Gemini.
As per Sage Parashara Rahu and Ketu gives the results of their depositors, planets associated with them and planets giving aspect to them {Refer: Yogakaraka Adhyay Chapter number 35 of Brihat Parashra Hora Shastra, Stanza number 16 and 17} . In case of Kamala Harris since no planet is associated with Rahu, which is her current Maha Dasha lord, so we will focus on its depositor Mercury.
In the Gemini lagna chart of Kamala Harris Rahu’s depositor Mercury as the Kendra lord is in the trine in 5th house in its friendly sign Libra which is a good placement as per Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra. The Kendra lord placed in trine or the trine lord placed in Kendra can give good results as per the ‘Raja Yoga Sambhanda Adhyay’ of Parashra Hora Shastra.
Mercury is with the 3rd lord (Valur) the Sun and is in mutual aspect with the 2nd lord the Moon. The mutual aspect between the 2nd (finance) lord the Moon and the lagna (Lakshmi) lord Mercury is a good ‘Dhana Yoga’ for Gemini lagna native. This yoga become strong for Kamala Harris as the 11th lord (gains) Mars also aspect the Mercury. It was no surprise that she become Vice President of USA in November 2020 when she was under Rahu Dasha and Mercury Anter Dasha.
Dhana Yoga’s in Kamala Harris horoscope
In the Kamala Harris birth chart, the Moon is involved in a Rashi Parivartan Yoga with its sign lord Mars which is a good ‘Dhana Yoga’. Favorable Rahu-Venus Dasha in Vimshottari
Kamala Harris is under Rahu Dasha and Venus Anter Dasha from February 2024 to February 2027 which is highly promising for his political career. Rahu and Venus are in favorable 3/11 position from each other in Rashi chart and also Dashamasha (D-10) chart. At the time of Presidential Elections Rahu Maha Dasha Venus Anter Dasha and the Moon Pratyanter Dasha would be running from 1st of October 2024 to 31st of December 2024. All the three Dasha lords Rahu, Venus and the Moon are involved in various Dhana Yoga’s in the birth chart which is an exceptional situation for her as compare to Donald Trump (chart 1) in who’s case the Dasha lords are not very favorable.
Kamala Harris was also born on the day of Purnima (full Moon) like Donald Trump but in her chart the Moon is stronger as it is involved in a good Rashi Parivartan (exchange of houses) yoga with its sign lord Mars. In the Navamsha the Moon goes into the 8th house but it is in the sign Taurus which is her ‘Moola Trikona’ sign. In Dashamasha the Moon is again in Taurus and get the aspect of Jupiter, the Sun (royal planet) and Saturn (karaka for democracy). As per my teacher Shri K.N. Rao if the Moon get the aspect or association with Saturn in the horoscope of a politician then he/she can get a great public fame depending upon the Raja Yoga’s and Dhana Yoga’s in his chart. As per her strong Vimshottari Dasha of Rahu-Venus-Moon at the time of USA elections Kamala Harris is likely to win.
Strong Dwadashottari Dasha of Kamala Harris
In case of Kamala Harris, the rising sign in Navamsha is owned by Venus as in case of Donald Trump. So, here also the Dwadashottari Dasha is applicable as per Sage Parashara conditional Dasha system. In Dwadashottari Dasha the Kamala Harris gets Saturn Maha Dasha and the Sun Anter Dasha from January 2024 to March 2025. Saturn is strong in the 9th house of luck in its own sign and get the aspect of 5th lord Venus which is very good.
