The terror attack on Paris unleashed by Islamic State on the night of 13 November 2015 has once again started a debate on the ‘Clash of Civilizations’ theory given by famous political scientist late Samuel P. Huntington. According to this theory propounded by Huntington in 1992 , People’s cultural and religious identities will be the primary source of conflict in the post-cold war world . The Islamic State terrorists who inflicted the mass murder in Paris are an offshoot of the ‘Sunni Wahhabism’   movement that sees Islam and the West locked in an inevitable moral combat. Earlier it was Al-Qaeda now it is Islamic State and in future there could be some other terrorist group that may emerge out challenging the world peace.

The Paris attack has highlighted the Huntington’s ‘Clash of Civilizations’ theory as many Western political scientists are now acknowledging that hardline Islam is on the rise even in some of the countries like Turkey, Malaysia and Bangladesh which were previously regarded as the model of the  moderate Muslim majority societies. In a reaction to it  the anti-Muslim prejudice is also entering into the mainstream politics of US, Europe and India. The US Presidential hopeful Donald Trump is unleashing some horrifying words about Muslim’s in his speeches. In Europe the tensions are growing between Muslims and non-Muslims since Charlie Hebdo shooting in France in early 2015. In India the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been accused of tolerating anti-Islamic prejudice and speeches by some of his party members.

The situation has become so volatile that US President Barak Obama has issued a challenge to the Muslims to suppress extremism. In his speech  aftermath of Paris attack Obama said “ I also think the Muslim community has to think about how we make sure that children are not being infected with this twisted notion that somehow they can kill innocent people and  that is justified by religion. And to some degree, that is something that has to come from within the Muslim community itself. The horoscope of Islamic State (IS) has been cast for the time when Abu Bakar al-Baghdadi had proclaimed him to be a Calipha of the Islamic world and renamed his group as ‘Islamic State’. Earlier the name of the group was ISIS which came into existence after the merger of some Sunni rebels groups fighting in Iraq against the US and its allies who were protecting the Shia led government in the country since the fall of Saddam Hussein. These terrorist groups had also actively taken part in the civil war of Syria which started after the public protests against the Bashar –al-Assad’s government  during the ‘Arab Spring’ of 2011. After the declaration of Caliphat the IS start spreading its tentacles in many countries. See the strong lagan lord Jupiter in the 8^th house with 8^th lord Moon here. Jupiter is exalted and is very strong though badly place in 8^th house of secret plans and mass deaths. It is believed that Islamic State is secretly funded by Saudi Arabia who is the friend of United States. The Russian President Putin has presented some documents to the G-20 nation heads in November 2015 showing how this terrorist group is getting aid from its supporters from 40 countries.

The strong Raj Yoga of 9^th lord Sun and 10^th lord Mercury in the 7^th house (foreign) astrologically explain the wealth of this terrorist organization. The IS makes money by selling crude oil illegally to Turkey and some of the North African countries. The Islamic State terrorists also earn money from extortion and smuggling of narcotics.

At the birth of this group the enigmatic Vimshottari dasha of Saturn-Venus was running in the chart. The maha dasha lord Saturn owns the 2^nd (wealth) and 3^rd (communication) houses. The exalted Saturn as the lord of the third house enables them to make use of media for broadcasting their propaganda, particularly through social media, in scores of languages around the world. Notice here that Saturn has become highly malefic for being retrograde and its conjunction with Rahu. The release of vides and photographs of the brutal killings of prisoners of war by beheading, shooting or by burning them alive has now become a ‘hall-mark’ of IS. The aspects of Mars and Saturn on the ascendant show the heinous and destructive agenda of this terror group.

The anterdasha lord Venus strongly place in the 6^th house of territorial combats gave them resilience to fight. Venus is the lord of 6^th and 11^th house (gains) here which gave them success to control large territories in Iraq and Syria. In Navamsha both Saturn and Venus are place in the 7^th house of war.

Now the dasha of Saturn-Moon will be in operation from 27 November 2015 to 27 June 2017 in the chart of IS. Moon is placed in the 8^th house of mass destruction in the Rashi showing great losses. The Moon is conjoined with lagan lord Jupiter and is also under the aspect of retrograde Saturn. At present Russia and France are vigorously attacking the installations of this terrorist group. The IS has suffered lots of losses in this war but they will not get completely destroyed as in their chart they have a very strong 8^th house showing good longevity for the group. The aspect of Saturn on the 8^th house though will lead to the death of present Calipha Abu-Bakar-Al-Baghdadi but the group will soon announce the name of its new successor. The war against the IS will prove very costly for the west particularly for the USA ( 4 July 1776, 10 hours and 21 minutes at Philadelphia ) which will bear the brunt of two big eclipses in March 2016 on its ascendant and Moon.

In case of Israel ( 14 May 1948, 16:00 hours at Tel Aviv) having Virgo ascendant it will be even worse. Israel will be getting into the maha dasha of 8^th lord Mars from 15^th of February 2016. Mars is place in the 12^th house of losses and its dasha will be get country involve it into some very hazardous territorial wars with Hamas and other terrorist organizations. This will ignite a big war in the middle-east which will put the Arab countries against the western powers.

Foundation Chart of Israel

The solar and lunar eclipse falling in the month of March 2016 will be afflicting the Leo-Aquarius axis. The affliction to the sign Aquarius, which is the rashi signifying places of worships, and Leo will bring a terror attack on Jerusalem which is the holy city for Islam, Christianity and Jews. This will be the starting point of a war taking the shape of an armed clash between Western and Islamic world.

The Mars and Saturn will be giving their aspects to the eclipse points in Aquarius and Leo for almost 6 months. The long conjunction of Mars and Saturn in Scorpio and two eclipses in the lunar month of ‘Phalguana’ is a dangerous combination. This war in the months of April-May-June in 2016 may be the deadliest since the World War II.

The conjunction of Saturn and Mars in Scorpio also indicate the possibility of the use of secret weapons of mass destructions. The Scorpio being the sign of secrecy and chemicals show this astrological probability. The terrorists of Islamic State, who have manage to infiltrate secretly in Europe and USA disguising as refugees, may use some chemical or biological weapon in the first half of 2016.

The France is under the Vimshottari dasha of Venus-Rahu from 01 September 2015 to 01 September 2018. Venus and Rahu are both in the 7^th house of war. The period of Venus-Rahu-Jupiter will run from 13 February 2016 to 08 July 2016. This period will be the most dangerous for the country as Jupiter the sub period lord is badly place in the 8^th house. In Navamsha the Jupiter is debilitated. France has the largest numbers of Muslims in Western Europe. The majority of French Muslims are immigrants from its former colonies in Northern Africa. This country face the greatest threat of becoming a victim of a chemical and/or biological weapon inflicted by some IS terrorists any time during February to July in 2016. The axis of Saturn and Mars across the 3/9 houses in the chart of France shows the astrological possibility of religious riots.

The Spain has the history of being under Islamic occupation from 711 AD to 1492 AD during the successions of different Arab rulers. It was later conquered by Roman Catholics who pushed back Arabs. The IS terrorists had vowed to take back Spain from Christians. In the Capricorn lagan chart of Spain the solar eclipse of 9 March will fall at its 8^th house which is going to prove very dangerous. It will be Mercury-Ketu dasha in Vimshottari from 8 December 2015 to 5 December 2016 in the foundation chart of Spain.

Mercury is the lord of 6^th (territorial war) and 9^th (religious disputes) houses conjoined with 8^th lord Sun. The Ketu is in the 4^th house under the malefic aspect of Saturn from the 7^th house. In Navamsha the Ketu is in the 9^th house along with Mars. These are all combinations of religious riots which might happen after some terrorist attack on the soil of Spain immediately after the solar eclipse of 9 March 2016.

The Germany has saw the wave of public demonstration under  the PEGIDA (Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamisation of the Occident ) movement against Muslim immigrants. This PEGIDA movement in Germany was started in October 2014 and it may ignite again in the first half of 2016 with more aggression. The eclipses in March will fall over the natal Moon of Germany and across the 2/8 axis of its ascendant which is very bad. The Vimshottari dasha running at present is Saturn-Rahu from 24 January 2014 to 30 November 2016. The period of Saturn-Rahu-Venus from 23 November 2015 to 14 May 2016 particularly shows the chances of a terrorist attack in Germany. The Saturn is in the 6^th house and Rahu is place in the 7^th house. Venus the sub-sub period lord is debilitated and is under the aspect of Saturn which is lord of 7^th and 8^th house here. This is a combination of war like situation for Germany.

Apart from these horoscopes I have also studied the charts of Turkey ( 29 October 1923, 20:30 hours at Ankara) , Italy ( 10 June 1946, 18:00 hours at Rome), Belgium ( 4 October 1830 , 12:00 hours at Brussals) and United Kingdom ( 1 January 1801 at 00:00 hours mid night at London). All these horoscopes show a war like situation for Europe in the first half of 2016.

The menace of Islamic State is going to put the world peace under the biggest challenge since the World War II.
