The Ayodhya Ram Mandir-Babri Masjid court case is under its final hearing stage in the supreme court of India. The judgement on this historic and long pending religious, social and legal dispute is likely to come on or before the 17th of November this year the day when chief justice Mr. Ranjan Gogoi is schedule to retire. I have given predictions about this dispute in my various articles posted on this blog and also written for the Express Star Teller magazine. As per my humble astrological assessment Ram Temple in Ayodhya is likely to be build or its foundation stone will be laid during the transit of Saturn and Jupiter together from the ‘Makar’ (Capricorn) Rashi from April 2020 to July 2021. The Makar or Capricorn is the 9th house of the foundation chart of India. It has been observed whenever Saturn and Jupiter influence this sign in transit important religious and social developments take place in India. Interestingly when Babri Masjid was demolished on the 6th of December 1992 the transiting Saturn was in Makar rashi then.
The 70 year old litigation for the title dispute of 2.77 acres of land in Ayodhya, which Hindu claims to be Ram Janmabhoomi while Muslims call it Babri Masjid, is in its final stages at the apex court now. The five judges bench headed by Justice Mr. Rajan Gogoi has set the deadline for the last hearing on the 18th of October. So they can get a time of 30 days to deliver the judgement which if come will be miraculous . Generally five judges constitutional bench take longer time to write their judgment’s on the issue of national importance. In my article ‘Hindu New Year 2019-2020’ published in the March 2019 issue of Express Star Teller magazine , I had predicted the construction of Ram Temple in 2020 only when Saturn-Jupiter will be in conjunction in the Makar Rashi.
Now considering the situation of transit of planets during the fortnight starting from the 12th of November 2019 there is a possibility that judgement though will come in favor of Hindu litigants but there will be some technical errors or confusions on some issues. There is also a possibility that court, may though give disputed land to the Hindu litigants for the construction of Ram Temple , but it will also give some concession to the Muslim litigants. There will be an appeal for a review petition or curative judgement which will again take few months for this dispute to finally get a closer sometimes between the mid of 2020.
Full Moon horoscope

In the Full Moon (or Poornima) horoscope of 12 November 2019 the Vrishabha (Taurus) sign is rising which is the Rashi of the Janma lagna of foundation horoscope of India. The 9th lord Saturn in the 8th house of disputes along with Ketu and 8th lord Jupiter shows a big court judgement but with some enigma and confusions. Mars, 7th lord of violence, is in the 6th house, from there it aspect the lagna and 9th house (court of law). Mars also aspect the Moon which falls in the 12th house. This shows some aggression, disappointment and resentment after the Ayodhya Ram Mandir-Babri Masjid court case judgement. The disputes about Krishna-Janamabhoomi in Mathura and Varanasi Mandir-Masjid may also ignite then.
In the Full Moon horoscope the planetary position is good from the Moon’s position though which is a consolation. The 9th house from the Moon has 9th lord Jupiter with 10th lord Saturn showing some kind of government intervention for damage control. In Navamsha chart of Full Moon Kundali the 9th lord Jupiter is in the 10th house in mutual aspect with 10th lord Mars and also the 7th and 8th lord Saturn.

Hindu New Year horoscope of 2019-2020

In the Hindu New Year horoscope the luminaries Sun and Moon are in the 9th house of higher judiciary. But the 9th lord Jupiter falls in the 6th house with Ketu and Saturn. The aspect of Mars on the 9th lord Jupiter shows a hasty judgment having some technical glitches which may give some dissatisfaction . The verdict of the apex court will be in favor of Ram Temple construction at the disputed land in Ayodhya but some technical issues will create trouble with its implementation.
Foundation Horoscope of India

In the Taurus lagna foundation horoscope of India the Vimshottari dasha of Moon-Jupiter is ending on the 10th of December 2019. The period of Moon-Jupiter-Rahu (28 September 2019 to 10 December 2019) will running at the time when judgment on Ayodhya dispute will be pronounced. Jupiter the Karaka for judiciary is the lord of 8th house in 6th giving aspect to Aquarius (Kumbha) the sign of temples or places of worship. But since Jupiter as the 8th lord is in the 6th house so the court verdict may have some technical glitches. Also consider the sub period of Rahu which shows some haziness in the judgment which may give some delay in construction of Ram temple. It is only in 2020 when Moon-Saturn dasha in Vimshottari will be running we can expect the laying of foundation stone at Ayodhya Ram Janamabhoomi for temple construction.
Indian Republic horoscope

In the horoscope of India Republic the Vimshottari dasha of Jupiter-Venus is running from May 2019 to December 2021. Both Jupiter and Venus are at the 11th house of legislature. It indicate that central government will pass a legislation in the parliament or bring an ordinance to remove any obstruction that may come after the judgment of Supreme Court on Ayodhya Ram temple dispute. So the Ram Temple in Ayodhya will be build when the transiting Saturn and Jupiter will be in Makar Rashi in year 2020-21.
