The law minister of Central Government Shri Kiren Rijiju said in a reply to a question in Lok Sabha (lower house of parliament) that in India over 4.7 crore (47 million) court cases are pending in various courts of the country. In the third week of March 2022 in his written reply Law minister said that disposal of court cases is within the domain of the judiciary and no time frame has been prescribed for the disposal of various court cases by the respective courts.
At present a retrograde motion of Saturn in Capricorn, the 9th house of India’s foundation horoscope, is indicating some major judicial reforms in the next few months which may include making mediation compulsory and legally binding before filing a civil court case.

Astrological Yoga’s for trouble from enemies
In the classical texts like Jataka Tattwam and Jataka Parijat some yoga’s have been given to see trouble from enemies and victory over foes. As per Jataka Tattwam ‘Shashtam Vivek Adhyay’ enemies, thieves, aggression, worries, disturbances, diseases etc. are seen from the 6th house. In this chapter of Jataka Tattwam the sloka number 10 to 18 gives various combinations for trouble from enemies and victory over them.
The below given are some of the important yoga’s from ‘Shashtam Vivek Adhyay’ of Jataka Tattwam (Sloka 10 to 18).
- If 6th lord is in Kendra houses (1st, 4th, 7th or 10th) and is getting the aspect of a malefic planet then native get trouble from enemies.
- An exchange of houses between the lagna lord and 6th lord or malefic placed in the 6th house is also a yoga for trouble from enemies as per Jataka Tattwam.
- If 6th lord is weak and is getting bad aspect of natural malefic planets or 6th lord is hemmed between natural malefic planets then also a native get trouble from his enemies. Jataka Parijata also refers to this yoga.
- If 6th lord is in the lagna then native destroy his enemies. Similarly, if the 6th lord is strong then native is ‘Shatru Hanta’ i.e. he demolish his enemies.
- If the 6th house gets aspect of many benefic planets, then also native destroy his enemies. (Important point to note in that Jataka Tattwam give importance to the aspect of a benefic on the 6th house)
- If the 6th lord is in Trik Bhava i.e. in 6th, 8th or 12th and is combust or debilitated then also it is consider good for the destruction of enemies , but here the lagna lord should be strong.
- If the 6th lord is weaker than the lagna lord then enemies of the native are destroyed.
Role of Jupiter and auspicious dasha
As per my teacher Shri K.N. Rao if a strong Jupiter aspect the 10th house from lagna and/or Moon then a native gets an advantage in the matter of court cases as Jupiter’s divine blessing is a saving grace for his public image to some extent. The dasha of 2nd, 6th and 11th house lord is also an advantage in the matter of court cases. I have also found people getting relief in the matter of court cases in Dasha or anter dasha of strong planet in the 8th house or strong 8th lord. Also if a native suffering from long pending court cases gets the dasha of strong 2nd lord then he can get away from trouble after paying to the authorities and/or concerned party in opposition is what I have found in many cases.
Now we will take some examples horoscopes of native who had suffered from major court cases.
Case 1. IT company founder
11 October 1972, 13:35 hours.
Longitude: 85 E 07’ and Latitude: 25 N 36’
Balance of Saturn dasha 11 years 6 months 3 days
Gulika is in Scorpio at 21 degrees and 10 minutes
The Capricorn lagna chart given above is of an engineering (B.Tech in IT) who got married late in year 2011 (Venus-Venus period) and started an IT company in the same year. His work was flourishing until his ‘Sadhe-Sati’ started in 2014 when he had to face a court case. One of his clients had mistakenly send 70 Lakhs (7 million) rupees to his company account which he refused to returned back. It was the Vimshottari dasha of Venus-Mars in his chart (April 2014 to June 2015) when he had to face charges for fraud. The maha dasha lord Venus as the 10th lord is in the 8th house and anter dasha lord Mars is associated with the 8th lord Sun shows some unscrupulous activity.
In his horoscope 6th lord Mercury is at the 10th house of career and when transiting Saturn was over his 6th lord in Libra sign in 2014, he faced this court case.
In September 2016 he had to spend few days in Jail during Venus-Rahu-Saturn period in Vimshottari . The transiting Saturn was in Scorpio then over his natal Moon and Gulika. I forecasted a major relief from court cases based on the yoga of Jupiter’s aspect on the 10th house from his natal Moon. Moreover, he had benefic Venus in the 10th from his natal Moon and a benefic Mercury in the 10th house from the lagna which has to protect his career somehow.
He got the bail after a few days and later on he got a major relief in Jupiter anter dasha which started in June 2018. In Venus-Jupiter period (June 2018 to February 2021) he went abroad for some time after court released his passport when he paid back the required money to his client who had sued him. And then he came back to India to setup a new IT company. The noticeable point in his case is the aspect of Jupiter on the 10th house from his natal Moon and in Navamsha Jupiter’s placement in the 10th from Moon which somehow protected his career. Moreover, Jupiter is giving aspect to the 6th house from lagna and the 6th from Moon which gave him success in establishing his career and he is now traveling abroad many a times in year for his work when Venus-Saturn period in Vimshottari is running. But the court case is still going on thanks to the slow judicial process of our country.
Case 2. A Dentist
1 November 1977, 12:30 hours
Longitude: 80 E 21’ and latitude: 26 N 28’
Balance of Rahu dasha 8 years 8 months 25 days
Gulika is in Sagittarius at 29 degrees and 37 minutes
In the Capricorn (Makar) lagna chart of this dentist the 10th house of career and fame is under heavy affliction from malefic planets. The lord of 6th house (court case) Mercury and 8th house (Scandal) Sun are in the 10th house getting the joint aspect of both Mars and Saturn. In Jupiter-Mercury dasha in 1992 he lost his father in a road accident. He struggles hard to become a dentist and establish a good career. He was trapped in a rape case falsely in February 2016 when he was under Saturn-Mars-Moon period in Vimshottari.
He remained in Jail till one month which we can see was due to the bad influences of Saturn and Mars on his 10th house of career. A prediction was given to him that he will get the bail easily which he got in Saturn-Rahu dasha in Vimshottari in the month of March 2016. Rahu is in the 9th house along with 5th lord Venus. In Navamsha Rahu is under benefic aspect of Jupiter. Since then, no charge sheet has been filed against him and he has only one pending case that is of physical assault. The court case is still going on as July 2022 when I asked for the feedback.
He had to undergo lots of emotional trauma due to that false case and he is not yet married. In his case it was only the aspect of Jupiter on the 10th house which was a saving grace. The 10th house from Moon had the aspect of benefic Venus. But since both Jupiter and Venus are weak so they could only save him from long sentence but not from the mental trauma which affected his career badly unlike in the ‘case 1’ where we had seen that native recovered very fast in his career.
Case 3. BSF Officer
1 July 1956, 01:45 hours
Longitude : 77 E 13’ and Latitude: 28 N 40’

Gulika is in Aries at 23 degrees and 17 minutes
This Aries lagna chart is of a senior BSF officer who was caught by CBI in September 2014. It was Sun-Mercury dasha period in his chart from April 2014 to February 2015. The 10th lord Saturn is in the 8th house of scandals along with Rahu and is in mutual aspect with 3rd and 6th lord Mercury which is in the 2nd house. The aspect of lagna and 8th lord Mars, which is conjoined with Gulika, on the 6th lord Mercury is very dangerous combination. Also, there is an exchange of houses between 8th lord Mars and 11th lord Saturn which is a combination of some unethical and hidden things.
He was in jail for a few months before getting a bail only in February 2015. Interestingly he won the court case in Moon maha dasha, which started in July 2016, and later on joined his services. Moon here is the lord of 4th house in the 12th house but the 10th house from Moon is getting aspects of Sun, Venus and Jupiter. In Navamsha also Moon is getting the auspicious aspect of Jupiter. In favorable dasha of Moon his career was somehow saved as Jupiter was giving aspect to the 10th from dasha lord Moon.
Case 4. A Veterinary Doctor
25 February 1969, 20:30 hours
Longitude: 76 E 11’ and Latitude: 20 N 32’
Balance of Mars dasha 3 years 11 months 27 days
Gulika is in Leo 13 degrees and 19 minutes
The Virgo lagna horoscope given here is of a veterinary doctor who had got promotion after clearing a departmental competition examination in year 2012. But his colleagues filed a case against him which halted his promotion as court put a stay on it. It was Saturn-Mercury running in Vimshottari at the time in year 2012 when he faced the case related with his promotion. Saturn as the 6th lord is in the Kendra with some good malefic influences. But his 6th house has Sun getting aspect of Gulika and Mars both. The affliction to the 6th house by malefic can give trouble from enemies as per Jataka Tattwam. But since his lagna lord Mercury in the 5th house was getting the auspicious aspect of Jupiter so he has to overcome his enemies.
He won the court case in July 2018 during Saturn-Moon period (January 2018 to August 2019) in Vimshottari. Moon is the lord of 11th house is strongly placed in the 9th house in mutual aspect with 9th lord Mars is making a good Dhana Yoga. The dasha or anter dasha of 11th lord can give success in court case. In Navamsha chart Moon is in the 6th house along with Mars which gave him success. But he didn’t live too long to enjoy this success as his daughter committed suicide in the end of 2018 and he went into depression. He died in early 2021 during Saturn-Rahu dasha in Vimshottari.
Case 5. Michel Platini
21 June 1955, 09:00 hours at Joeuf, France

The Cancer lagna horoscope given above is of Michel Platini who is regarded as one of the greatest football players of all time. He won the FIFA Ballon d’Or (Best player award) three times in a row in 1983, 1984 and 1985 when he was at the peak of his career. He was the key player of French national team that won 1984 European Championship when he was running under Saturn-Rahu dasha in Vimshottari (May 1982 to March 1985). Later he held many position in FIFA and also for French football team as sports administrator before being banned in 2015 on corruption charges.
During Venus-Sun dasha period in Vimshottari from February 2015 to February 2016 he was banned from involvement in football under FIFA organization over ethical violations. Venus the maha dasha lord is a functional malefic for his Cancer lagna chart which is in conjunction with 12th lord Mercury. The anter dasha lord Sun is in the 12th house along with Ketu, Mars and Moon. The close degree conjunction of Moon and Mars is a classical yoga for unethical practices. In Navamsha Venus is the lord of 8th house along with malefic Mars.
Michel Platini had to fight a long court battle to get clearance from the corruption charges by a Swiss court recently on the 9th of July 2022. The Federal Criminal Court in Bellinzona, Switzerland cleared him of corruption charges {Refer link https://www.business-standard.com/article/international/sepp-blatter-michel-platini-cleared-of-corruption-charges-by-swiss-court-122070800793_1.html } . Platini, who had lost his job as UFEA President following the ban in 2015 said that the false case was an attempt to thwart his chances to become FIFA president back in year 2015.
Michel Platini is running under Venus-Jupiter period in Vimshottari from December 2021 to August 2024 when he got the decision of Federal Criminal court in his favor. Jupiter the sub period lord is taking the lordship of 6th and 9th houses. We have discussed in the beginning of this write-up that dasha of 6th house lord is consider very favorable, if it is strongly placed, in the matter of court cases.
In case of Platini the 6th lord Jupiter is exalted in the lagan and in Navamsha Jupiter is the lord of lagan itself. The noticeable point here is that Jupiter is in the 2nd house from the Moon and its aspect the 10th from it which gave him freedom from corruption charges and protected his image as sports administrator. The aspect of Jupiter on the 10th house from lagna and Moon is very helpful in protecting the image of native in the matter of court cases is the key point which a student of astrology should always remember. Now Platini is likely to restart his career of sports administrator as the sub period of Jupiter is auspicious for him and dangerous for his adversaries who implicated him in a false case of corruption earlier. He has announced that he will go after his foes after going through the full judgement by his legal team.
