An interesting contest between CPI (M) led Left Democratic Front (LDF) and Congress led United Democratic Front (UDF) will happen in Kerala for 140 seats legislative assembly. The horoscope of ruling party CPI (M) is available while chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s official birth data, 21 March 1944 is wrong as he himself spills out this long kept secret in front of the journalist as reported by newspapers recently. In Kerala Congress led LDF is the major opposition group while BJP has little weak organization structure though they are hoping to make this contest Triangular or at least stop Congress from coming back to power. Since 1980 the two alliances UDF and LDF are alternatively rotating power in the Kerala Assembly. But during these elections Chief Minister Penarayi Vijayan’s popular image and weakness of the Congress led UDF has raised speculations about the return of Left Parties LDF back into the power. Astrologically there are better chances for Congress led UDF to win Kerala Assembly Elections in 2021. Although the horoscope of Pinarayi Vijayan is not available but his party CPI (M) confirm chart is there for an analysis.
Kerala Chief minister told the journalist “ I had kept it a secret. You have asked my original date of birth many times before. As per records, it is 21 March 1944. But the actual date is 10 Edavom 1120 (Malayalam Calendar), that is 24 May 1945. But I am not going to correct the records, let it remains so”.
Chart 1. Foundation horoscope of CPI (M)
31 October 1964, 14:18 hours at Calcutta, West Bengal
Longitude: 88 E 22’ and Latitude: 22 N 34’
Balance of Dasa in Vimshottari: Sun 5 Years 4 Months 13 Days
Now see the Aquarius lagna horoscope of CPI (M) where Saturn maha Dasha has just started in March 2021. This party is on the decline along with other left parties since last few years during its maha Dasha of Jupiter which ran from March 2005 to March 2021. Jupiter is a functional malefic for the Aquraius lagna chart and it is in the last degrees of sign. They have fallen from winning 54 seats in 2004, to 24 in 2009, 10 in 2014 and 5 in 2019 Lok Sabha (General) elections in India. Jupiter is in ending part of the Rashi in ‘Mrit’ and ‘Nidra’ Avastha as per Parashari Graha Avastha system. Jupiter is retrograde and is also getting the aspect of another retrograde planet Saturn so during its periods CPI (M) had slow but steady decline of her political fortunes. As per a Parashari principal a retrograde or combust planet under the aspect of a retrograde malefic gives bad results during its dasha. The principal applied in the horoscope of CPI (M) who’s fortunes fall badly during maha dasha of Jupiter.
In year 2011 there were ousted from power from the West Bengal Assembly when they were under ‘Sadhe-Sati’. But in year 2016 they manage to come back in power in Kerala state assembly though again lost in West Bengal. Now during the assembly elections CPI (M) would be under Saturn-Saturn-Saturn in Vimshottari from March 2021 to September 2021. Saturn is strongly placed in the lagan and it is in mutual aspect with 6th lord Moon and 10th lord Mars. So the performance of this party will be satisfactory though as per a Parashari rule a planet do not give its full results in its own Bhukti. Also Saturn is retrograde and is in enemy Navamsha. Moreover, the maha Dasa lord Saturn is transiting in the 12th house from the lagna. So Saturn-Saturn Dasha in Vimshottari will give ordinary results to this party, thus they will not come back to power in Kerala state.
As per Jaimini Chara Dasa the period of Virgo-Aquarius is running from July 2020 to June 2021. Virgo and Aquarius are in 6/8 from each other which is not good. Virgo is the 8th house from Janma lagna while from Atamakaraka Jupiter it is the 6th house of disputes. Amatayakaraka is Moon which falls in the 12th house from Virgo and it also aspect the 12th house from Aquarius with its Jaimini aspect. Thus CPI (M) may lose elections in Kerala and West Bengal though they will give a good fight.

Balance of Dasha in Vimshottari: Moon 6 years 2 months 1 day
In the Pisces lagna chart of Congress Party Jupiter-Moon period in Vimshottari is running from July 2020 to November 2021. The sub period lord Moon is in close degree conjunction with Rahu showing its fear psychosis and dilemma about leadership. The party has not yet decided who will be its full time president as Smt. Sonia Gandhi is leading as a temporary arrangement after her son Rahu resigned after the defeat during general elections in 2019. But since anter dasha lord Moon is in Gaja Kesari yoga in both Rashi and Navamsha so party is expected to perform decently during these assembly polls. Jupiter-Moon-Mercury would be running from 15 April 2021 to 21 June 2021. The sub-sub period lord Mercury is decently placed in Rashi and Navamsha charts. The Chara Dasha of Virgo-Scorpio is running from November 2020 to September 2021. Virgo get the aspect of Amatayakaraka Sun which is placed in the 2nd house from anter dasha Rashi Scorpio. Karakamsha is Pisces from where both Virgo and Scorpio sign are in Kendra and Trikona respectively.

The chart 3 given here is of the foundation of Kerala State where an enigmatic period of Mercury-Ketu from 9th of February 2021 to 6th of February 2022 is running in Vimshottari. As per Shri K.N. Rao Mercury-Ketu or Ketu-Mercury periods should be watched very carefully as if these planets are under some afflictions then their respective Dasha can give humiliation and/or controversies. In the Cancer lagna horoscope of Kerala state Mercury is a functional malefic while Bhukit lord Ketu is placed in the 8th house from it. Ketu is getting the aspect of 7th and 8th lord Saturn, which is with Rahu, indicate some danger of communal violence and big controversies damaging the image of current CPI (M) government which will eventually dethroned after the election results. The Congress led UDF is likely to come back to power in Kerala.
